Chemical Structure of HfO2/Si Interface with Angle-Resolved Synchrotron Radiation Photoemission Spectroscopy

Interracial chemical structure of HfO2/Si （100） is investigated using angle-resolved synchrotron radiation photoemission spectroscopy （ARPES）. The chemical states of Hf show that the Hf 4f binding energy changes with the probing depth and confirms the existence of Hf-Si-O and Hf Si bonds. The Si 2p spectra are taken to make sure that the interracial structure includes the Hf silicates, Hf silicides and SiOx. The metallic characteristic of the Hf-Si bonds is confirmed by the valence band spectra. The depth distribution model of this interface is established.     

Large Magnetoresistance Based on Double Spin Filter Tunnel Barriers

We propose and theoretically analyse a double magnetic tunnel device that takes advantages of the spin filter effect. Two magnetic tunnel barriers are formed by different spin filters which have different barrier heights. The magnetoresistance of the device is low （high） when the magnetic moments of the two spin filters are parallel （antiparallel）. We present a theoretical calculation of the magnetoresistance based on electric tunnel effect. In addition, the effect of the difference barrier heights and exchange splitting energies between the two spin filters are also analysed in detail. The numerical results show that the spin filter in this configuration gives a magnetoresistance larger than that with standard magnetic tunnel junctions.     

Preparation, characterization and photocatalytic activity of multi-walled carbon nanotube-supported tungsten trioxide composites

Multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT)-supported tungsten trioxide (WO₃) composite catalysts were prepared by liquid-phase process. WO₃ nanoparticles grew on the inner and outer surface of MWCNTs. Their photocatalytic activities in the degradation of the Rhodamine B Dye were studied. The effects of mass ratio of MWCNTs to WO₃ were discussed. X-ray diffraction, field emission transmission electron microscopy, thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis and ultraviolet-visible light absorption spectra were carried out to characterize the composite catalysts. The results indicated that the optimum mass ratio of MWCNTs to WO₃ is 5:100.

两种以Znq2为基体的新型电致发光材料的合成与性能

以8-羟基喹啉为配体的金属配合物是一种性能优良的有机电致发光材料,其中有关8-羟基喹啉铝(Alq₃)研究已有大量报道,8-羟基喹啉锌(Znq₂)研究还有待发展。介绍了两种以Znq₂为基体的新型有机电致发光材料Znq₂(H₂O)₂和(Znq₂)₄的合成方法。用IR、XRD、TG、DTA和荧光测试方法进行表征与分析表明:Znq₂(H₂O)₂和(Znq₂)₄的玻璃化温度(T_g)分别为104.2℃和204.9℃;在161℃下Znq₂(H₂O)₂脱去水分子成为Znq₂,在361℃高温下四聚体(Znq₂)₄裂解为单体Znq₂;Znq₂(H₂O)₂和(Znq₂)₄具有很好的发光性能,在光致发光谱中λ_max分别是505,550nm。     

非对称量子阱中非线性光学吸收系数的计算

非对称量子阱中的非线性光学效应因其潜在的实用价值而引起人们的广泛关注,而量子阱内带间的光学吸收问题对研究远红外光学探测器件具有重要的理论指导意义.以Pschl-Teller势阱为例研究了影响非对称量子阱中的非线性光学吸收系数的因素.考虑到带间的电子弛豫,用量子力学中的密度矩阵算符理论导出了Pschl-Teller势阱中的线性与三阶非线性光学吸收系数的表达式.因该势阱中有两个可调参数,通过调节系统的参数,发现该系统的非线性光学吸收系数呈规律性的变化.以典型的GaAs/AlGaAs非对称量子阱为例作了数值计算,通过调节系统的参数,数值计算结果表明,入射光强以及系统的非对称性对量子阱的非线性光学吸收系数有较大的影响,从而为实验上研究非对称量子阱的非线性光学效应提供了必要的理论依据.     

A Novel Analytical Approach for Multi-Layer Diaphragm-Based Optical Microelectromechanical-System Pressure Sensors

An optical microelectromechanical-system （MEMS） pressure sensor based on multi-layer circular diaphragm is described and analysed by using the proposed novel analytical approach and the traditional transfer matrix method. The analytical expressions of the deflection of multi-layer diaphragm and absolute optical reflectance are derived respectively. The influence of residual stress on the deflection of diaphragm is also analysed. Simulation results given by the finite element method are consistent with the ones which are analysed by using the analytical approach. The analytical approach will be helpful to design and fabricate the optical MEMS pressure sensors with multi-layer diaphragm based on Fabry-Perot interferometry.     

Effect of Incident Intensity on Films Growth in Pulsed Laser Deposition

Incident intensity, defined by the amount of particles deposited per pulse, is an important parameter in the film growth process of pulsed laser deposition （PLD）. Different from previous models, we investigate the irreversible and reversible growth processes by using a kinetic Monte Carlo method and find that island density and film morphology strongly depend on pulse intensity. At higher pulse intensities, lots of adatoms instantaneously diffuse on the substrate surface, and then nucleation easily occurs between the moving adatoms resulting in more smaller-size islands. In contrast, at the lower pulse intensities, nucleation event occurs preferentially between the single adatom and existing islands rather than forming new islands, and therefore the average island size becomes larger in this case. Additionally, our results show that substrate temperature plays an important role in film growth. In particular, it can determine the films shape and weaken the effect of pulse intensity on film growth at the lower temperatures by controlling the mobility rate of atoms. Our results can match the related theoretical and experimental results.     

二(2-乙基己基)磷酸稀土配合物的红外和拉曼光谱

用稀土氯化物与二(2-乙基己基)磷酸反应制备了14种标题配合物,测定了配合物的红外和拉曼光谱,对其主要红外和拉曼谱带进行了归属.结果表明,Ln(DEHP)3应具有与Sm(DMP)3和Pr(DMP)3相同的配位形式和结构类型,每个稀土离子通过双O-P-O桥与邻近的三个稀土离子相连接,形成"双桥二十四元环"的多聚网络结构.Ln-O键基本上是离子键.     

饲料中氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟甲砜霉素含量的HPLC测定方法

采用微量化样品处理技术,用乙酸乙酯提取饲料样品中的氯霉素、甲砜霉素、氟甲砜霉素,并经液-液分配净化后,用反相液相色谱梯度洗脱双波长对3种组分进行同时分离测定,外标法定量.检出限为0.020mg/kg,回收率大于70%,RSD小于17.2%.
