对比碳钢涂层试样,对镁合金涂装体系进行了盐雾实验,跟踪检测了涂层失效过程的电化学阻抗谱特征.结果表明:镁合金涂装试样均比碳钢涂层试样易受扩散控制,扩散特征直线斜率均小于1,并分析了可能的原因;证明了铬酸盐体系中感抗因素的存在;同时利用数学解析的方法获得了涂层电容与电阻的信息,表明介质渗透至界面后,镁合金涂漆试样吸水量急剧增加,且腐蚀程度也远比碳钢涂漆试样严重;涂层电容与电阻的计算值并不恒定,为弥散区间,并且腐蚀越严重,区间变化幅度越大. 相似文献

The simultaneous oxidation and sulfidation of Fe 25Cr and Fe-17Cr-l.5Si-0.5Al alloys was studied at 1023K and 1223K in H2-H2O-H2S gas mixtures. The kinetic boundary which indicates the transition from oxide to sulfide has heen found in these two alloys. The critical oxygen partial pressures of Fel7Crl.5SiO.5Al alloys were systematically lower than those of Fe-25Cr alloy. The reaction kinetics were measured by the stainless steel spring balance, and the reaction products were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The reaction rate usually decreased with the increase of the oxygen partial pressure at the constant sulfur partial pressure. The exista-nce of silicon plays an important role to suppress the sulfidation of Fel7Cr alloy. 相似文献

Aluminum hydroxide sol (consisting of aluminum hydroxide nano-particles) prepared by a hydrothermal method was used as nano-aluminum adjuvant adsorbed the inactived Newcastle disease virus (NDV). The zeta potential of aluminum hydroxide colloidal particles,the inactivated NDV and the nano-aluminum adjuvant NDV are +48.16 mV,?13.8 mV and +39.97 mV,respec-tively. The nano-aluminum adjuvant vaccine was transparent and stable without precipitate,whereas the conventional aluminum ad-juvant vaccine was turbid and a white precipitate was visible soon. The hemagglutination inhibition (HI) titers of the nano-aluminum adjuvant group were generally higher than those of the conventional aluminum group except the titer on day 29. The results show that the nano-aluminum adjuvant has better stability and higher levels of antibodies for a longer time than the conventional aluminum adjuvant. 相似文献

The addition of 5-10 mL min-1 nitrogen to the central channel of plasma in Laser ablation Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) increases the sensitivities of Cd by a factor of 3 and decreases oxide interferences by one order of magnitude, which allows the direct analysis of trace levels of Cd in glass samples. A type of photovoltaic cell was made by sandwiching micro-crystalline chlorophyll-a (chla) layer and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) film between two semiconductive optical transparent SnO2 electrodes, such as SnO2/chla/PVA/SnO2. The cell showed a dark rectifying effect and presented photovaltaic properties on illumination, which was illustrated by the charge distribution in the cell. It was suggested that the SnO2/chla junction might be responsible for photovaltage and the chla/ PVA for the charge separation upon irradiation of visible light. The equivalent electric circuit was discussed and its e-quivalent component values were calculated. 相似文献

Pig pancreas ferritin(PPF) was purified by ultra-centrifugation, ion-exchange chromatography, and native gradient polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGENG). Sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)-PAGE indicates that PPF consists of two subunit types, namely, H(21000) and L(19000) subunits, and its core shows an average element composition of 1698 Fe3+ and 179 phosphate molecules within the hollow shell, giving a 9.5:1 ratio of Fe3+ to phosphate. An off line approach combining reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) with matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS) made the decomposition of PPF shell into H and L subunits for the analysis of mass spectrometry(MS), giving molecular weights of both H(21014.4) and L(18319.9) subunits. Both subunit types were further identified by an approach combining peptide mass fingerprint(PMF) with database search. A ratio of 1H to 2L subunits in PPF was determined by SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC, and MALDI-TOF MS, respectively. It is well known that the non-covalent interaction of L-L or H-L subunits is stronger than that of H-H subunits in PPF, which may be further used to explain the unclear physiological function between H and L subunits in PPF. 相似文献

掺入Eu的钛酸钡纳米晶陶瓷材料制备与电子结构特征 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以Eu2O3、TiO2和BaCO3为原材料,在高温高压的极端条件下(4.0GPa,1090℃)采用固相反应法制备了结构均匀的新陶瓷材料Ba1-xEuxTiO3(x=0.1-0.4),样品显示灰黑色。当x增加到0.5时,出现ABO3型钙钛矿相和Eu2Ti2O7焦绿石相共存。X射线衍射图样显示Eu离子对A位Ba离子的均匀替代。并随着Eu含量的增加,结构向高对称性转变。通过对X射线衍射数据计算,表明材料结晶在平均粒度为几十纳米的数量级。X射线电子能谱(XPS)分析说明:在高压的作用下,Eu^3 离子部分被还原,在晶体结构中以Eu^3 离子(4f^6)和亚稳态Eu^2 离子(4f^7终态构形)稳定共存。同时在样品表面存在大量的吸附氧。Ba1-xEuxTiO3材料的电中性由亚稳态Eu^2 离子和吸附氧(O^-)共同补偿。 相似文献
