Cloning and characterization of vernalization-related gene (ver203F) cDNA 3′ end

Based on the cDNA fragment sequence of vernalization-related geneverc203 cloned by differential screening in our lab, the 5′ primer has been designed. The cDNA 3′ end ofver203 gene (1 197 bp) has been cloned by the RACE method. And it is identified by Northern blotting that its expression is special in vernalization treatment. After comparing the sequence in the nucleotide sequence databases of Genbank, EMBL and DDBJ, the gene has homology withHordeum vulgare jesmonate-induced protein gene. It is suggested that this gene might be related to the signal transduction mediated by jamonate.     

Role of the prolyl isomerase Pin1 in protecting against age-dependent neurodegeneration

The neuropathological hallmarks of Alzheimer's disease and other tauopathies include senile plaques and/or neurofibrillary tangles. Although mouse models have been created by overexpressing specific proteins including beta-amyloid precursor protein, presenilin and tau, no model has been generated by gene knockout. Phosphorylation of tau and other proteins on serine or threonine residues preceding proline seems to precede tangle formation and neurodegeneration in Alzheimer's disease. Notably, these phospho(Ser/Thr)-Pro motifs exist in two distinct conformations, whose conversion in some proteins is catalysed by the Pin1 prolyl isomerase. Pin1 activity can directly restore the conformation and function of phosphorylated tau or it can do so indirectly by promoting its dephosphorylation, which suggests that Pin1 is involved in neurodegeneration; however, genetic evidence is lacking. Here we show that Pin1 expression is inversely correlated with predicted neuronal vulnerability and actual neurofibrillary degeneration in Alzheimer's disease. Pin1 knockout in mice causes progressive age-dependent neuropathy characterized by motor and behavioural deficits, tau hyperphosphorylation, tau filament formation and neuronal degeneration. Thus, Pin1 is pivotal in protecting against age-dependent neurodegeneration, providing insight into the pathogenesis and treatment of Alzheimer's disease and other tauopathies.

Characterization of impurities in the bulk drug lisinopril by liquid chromatography/ion trap spectrometry

Two trace impurities in the bulk drug lisinopril were detected by means of high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry （HPLC/MS） with a simple and sensitive method suitable for HPLC/MSn analysis. The fragmentation behavior of lisinopfil and the impurities was investigated, and two unknown impurities were elucidated as 2-（6-amino- l-（l-carboxyethylamino）- l-oxohexan-2-ylamino）-4-phenylbutanoic acid and 6-amino-2-（l-carboxy-3-phenylpropylamino）-hexanoic acid on the basis of the multi-stage mass spectrometry and exact mass evidence, The proposed structures of the two unknown impurities were further confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR） experiments after preparative isolation.     

结构振动噪声的H∞反馈力控制研究

基于H∞控制理论,采用次级力作为执行器,应用反馈控制来抑制结构振动噪声,建立了结构振动声辐射反馈力控制模型,引入了性能加权函数,得到了广义系统模型,将反馈控制器设计问题转化为标准H∞控制问题求解.同常用的自适应滤波前馈控制相比,这种方案不需要用参考信号、不存在声反馈问题.封闭空间结构振动声耦合反馈力控制仿真结果表明:通过合理选择性能加权函数,噪声可以在指定频带得到良好的控制,最大噪声峰值近20 dB(A).     

高铬铸铁在不同工作条件下磨料磨损耐磨性的研究

本文对含铬１５％、２０％、２８％，含碳２％～４％，含硼和不含硼，不同的热处理工艺，共计７２种成分状态的高铬系铸铁进行了低应力和冲击条件下的磨料磨损试验；测定了其宏观硬度，显微组织和碳化物数量；对宏观硬度、碳化物数量与耐磨性进行了相关分析。结果表明：磨损条件不同，磨损机理不同，其耐磨性的影响因素也不同，低应力磨料磨损的耐磨性与碳化物数量明显相关，冲击磨损的耐磨性与宏观硬度明显相关。此结论对根据不同工作条件合理选用高铬铸铁的成分和热处理工艺有指导意义．     

歧口凹陷沙一下亚段白云岩储集空间特征研究

 歧口凹陷沙一下亚段白云岩分布广泛,白云岩可以发育物性良好的储层。根据钻井岩心、地球化学特征、扫描电镜、电子探针及物性资料,确定了该套地层白云岩储层的主要岩石类型及储集空间类型：岩石类型可分为微晶白云岩、泥晶白云岩、砂质云岩、灰质云岩和云质灰岩;储集空间有晶间孔、粒间孔、溶蚀孔、构造缝、溶蚀缝等,主要以次生孔隙和裂缝为主。微晶白云岩储集物性较好,主要为晶间孔、粒间孔及裂缝,为较好的储层。分析了目的层白云岩储层的主要成岩作用及期次,主要有胶结作用、压实、压溶作用、白云岩化作用、溶蚀作用等。明确了改善及破坏白云岩储集性能的成岩作用类型,其中对储集性产生积极影响的有溶蚀作用、白云岩化作用,消极影响的有压实、压溶作用、胶结作用。建立了歧口凹陷沙一下亚段白云岩化作用影响储层物性模式,稀土元素Eu异常特征揭示了本区白云岩化作用的两种成因环境：准同生期的回流渗透白云岩化作用和成岩期的埋藏白云岩化作用,通常准同生期的回流渗透白云岩经过深部热液流体的改造,发生埋藏白云岩化作用,多见于裂缝发育区,后者较前者对白云岩储层的改善作用更为明显。     

改性花生壳粉对Mn^2＋的吸附

以花生壳为原料,用甲醛和环氧氯丙烷为改性剂制备了甲醛和环氧氯丙烷改性花生壳粉吸附剂,并考察了其吸附Mn^2＋的影响因素即吸附溶液的pH、金属离子初始质量浓度、吸附时间等.结果表明：在10 g花生壳粉中分别加入1.25 mol/L的NaOH溶液80 mL和环氧氯丙烷30 mL,置于水浴锅中于40℃搅拌反应1 h,水洗干燥后得到环氧氯丙烷改性花生壳粉,用此改性的花生壳粉吸附Mn2＋的最佳条件为：pH值5.0、吸附30 min,用0.2 g环氧氯丙烷改性花生壳粉处理10.0 mg/L的Mn^2＋溶液25 mL吸附率可达100%,最大吸附量不低于29 mg/g;未改性花生壳粉和甲醛改性花生壳粉对Mn^2＋的吸附率仅为53%和43%,最大吸附量分别为5.96 mg/g和1.32 mg/g.

典型性微量金属元素对藻华的激励趋势探讨

Fe、Mn、Zn等典型性微量营养元素对藻类增殖的影响是探讨藻华成因分析的重要内容.通过设计系列正交实验,研究代表性微量元素Fe、Mn、Zn对常见藻华生物(蓝藻、绿藻)的影响,结果表明:P、Fe、Mn、Zn的质量浓度变化对藻生长速率激励效果明显,显著性顺序依次为:ZnPFeMn.通过单独添加Fe、Mn、Zn的方法进一步进行了藻增长潜力实验.结果表明:在Fe、Mn、Zn质量浓度分别为0.20、0.13、0.033mg/L时,藻类生长速率达到最大值,低于该质量浓度时,金属离子质量浓度与藻类生长速率、生物量呈正相关;高于该质量浓度时,金属离子质量浓度与藻生长水平呈反相关;拟合Fe、Mn、Zn质量浓度与藻生长速率之间的数值关系,分别得到相关系数为0.93、0.87、0.90的回归方程;根据微量元素与藻类生长速率之间的相关性,可以对藻华的爆发时间或程度进行一定精度的预测.正交实验中,锰的激励作用受微量元素之间的竞争性抑制而被消弱,反映出锰的作用机理比较复杂,有待于深入研究.
