超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱法测定食品中34种非法添加减肥类化合物

建立了超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱测定食品(含保健食品)中34种减肥类非法添加化合物的方法。采用Waters CORTECS T3色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,2.7μm),以0.1%(v/v)甲酸水溶液-含0.1%(v/v)甲酸的乙腈溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,在电喷雾离子源、正离子或负离子模式下以多反应监测(MRM)方式检测。西布曲明等29种化合物在0.5~10μg/L范围内、氯噻嗪等5种化合物在2.5~50μg/L范围内均呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)均大于0.99;西布曲明等29种化合物在5、10和20μg/kg添加水平下的平均加标回收率为49.2%~136.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.7%~15.0%(n=6),氯噻嗪等5种化合物在25、50和100μg/kg添加水平下的平均加标回收率为51.5%~130.9%,RSD为0.8%~14.0%(n=6);西布曲明等29种化合物的检出限为5μg/kg,定量限为10μg/kg,氯噻嗪等5种化合物的检出限为25μg/kg,定量限为50μg/kg。本方法已应用于实际样品的测定,共检出了12种化合物,有效打击了非法添加行为。     

Synthesis of novel 4-(2-amino-5-thiazolyl)-pyrimidine-2-amines as potential protein kinase inhibitors

Abstract  A short and efficient sequence for the synthesis of a series of 4-(2-amino-5-thiazolyl)-pyrimidine-2-amines was developed. 1-Phenyl-2-(6-pyrimidinyl)-ethanones, obtained via Weinreb’s methodology, were used in a Hantzsch thiazole cyclization reaction, followed by introduction of the aniline moieties via nucleophilic substitution. Synthesis of N,N′-bis(isopropylaminoethyl)-1,10-phenanthroli ne- 2,9-dimethanamine and N,N′-bis(diethylaminoethyl)-1,10-phenanthroline -2,9-dimethanamine and potentiometric determination of the formation constants of their complexes with manganese(II), cobalt(II), copper(II) and zinc(II)

Two hexadentate compounds incorporating 1,10-phenanthroline and four alkylamino donors have been prepared. The protonation constants and the formation constants of dipositive ion (Mn2+, Co2+, Cu2+ and Zn2+) complexes have been determined in aqueous solution by pH titration at 25 ± 0.1 °C and I = 0.1 mol·dm–3 NaNO3.     

一类抽象算子方程组的迭代解及其应用

在Banach空间中, 利用半序方法讨论了一类抽象算子方程组解的存在唯一性, 推广和统一了以前的一些结果. 然后应用到 Banach 空间非线性积分方程组, 得到了方程组的唯一解, 构造了收敛于方程组唯一解的迭代序列并给出了相应的误差估计.     

Transfer of Two‐Dimensional Oligonucleotide Patterns onto Stereocontrolled Plasmonic Nanostructures through DNA‐Origami‐Based Nanoimprinting Lithography

The precise functionalization of self‐assembled nanostructures with spatial and stereocontrol is a major objective of nanotechnology and holds great promise for many applications. Herein, the nanoscale addressability of DNA origami was exploited to develop a precise copy‐machine‐like platform that can transfer two‐dimensional oligonucleotide patterns onto the surface of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) through a deliberately designed toehold‐initiated DNA displacement reaction. This strategy of DNA‐origami‐based nanoimprinting lithography (DONIL) demonstrates high precision in controlling the valence and valence angles of AuNPs. These DNA‐decorated AuNPs act as precursors in the construction of discrete AuNP clusters with desired chirality.

Facile Synthesis of Alkylidene Phthalides by Rhodium-Catalyzed Domino C−H Acylation/Annulation of Benzamides with Aliphatic Carboxylic Acids

The Rh-catalyzed ortho-C(sp²)−H functionalization of 8-aminoquinoline-derived benzamides with aliphatic acyl fluorides generated in situ from the corresponding acids has been developed. This reaction initiated with 8-aminoquinoline-directed ortho-C(sp²)−H acylation, which was accompanied by subsequent intramolecular nucleophilic acyl substitution of amide group to produce alkylidene phthalides This approach exhibits high stereo-selectivity for Z-isomer products, and tolerates a variety of functional groups as well as aliphatic carboxylic acids with diverse structural scaffolds.     

Self-assembly between silver(I) and di- and tri-2-pyridines with flexible spacer: formation of discrete metallocycle versus coordination polymer

The self-assembly of metallosupramolecules from reactions of flexible 2-pyridyl ligands and silver salts is described. When 1,3-bis(2-pyridyl)propane (L1), tris[(2-pyridyl)methyl]methane (L2), and 1,3-bis(2-pyridyl)-2-tolylpropane (L3) are used in combination with silver ions, novel discrete metallocyclic complexes are formed in crystals. Moreover, the self-assembly of 1,3-bis(2-pyridyl)-2-phenylpropane (L4) with silver nitrate yields a coordination polymer. The examination of its solution shows that this coordination polymer is formed via the solution-based discrete metallocyclic species.     

超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速检测蔬菜中248种农药残留

采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱（UHPLC-MS/MS）技术建立了快速检测蔬菜中248种农药残留的分析方法。蔬菜样品采用乙腈提取,盐析后无需净化,缩短了样品前处理的时间。采用正负离子多反应监测（MRM）模式对蔬菜中248种农药残留进行定性和定量分析。245种农药在各自的线性范围内线性关系良好（r>0.99）。除丁硫克百威、灭蝇胺、苯磺隆和二氯喹啉酸4种农药外,其余244种农药在3个添加水平下的平均回收率范围为63.0%～126.4%,相对标准偏差（RSD）范围为0.5%～26.7%,方法的定量限为0.001～0.030 mg/kg。该方法具有简单、快速、灵敏度高、准确度高等优点,适合蔬菜样品中农药多残留的快速检测分析。     

大坝安全的可拓策略生成系统

针对水库大坝运行的风险管理、风险预警、风险决策等迫切要求,提出利用可拓模型形式化地描述大坝安全问题,采用物元的概念将研究对象、评估指标和量值结合为一体;基于系统工程的观点,依据菱形思维模式和物元的可拓性,建立大坝安全的可拓策略生成系统．该系统能够通过可拓数据挖掘和可拓推理解决矛盾问题,判定大坝整体安全情况,并根据优度评价准则帮助决策者选择出最优策略,实现了对大坝运行性态的质与量综合刻画,为水库大坝安全决策提供帮助．
