制备了五种对水稳定性好、带-SO3H官能团的磺酸类BrФnsted酸离子液体,用核磁共振(NMR)、红外光谱(IR)、电喷雾质谱(ESI-MS)、热重分析(TG)等表征手段对制备的离子液体进行了表征。结果表明,制备的离子液体与预期设计的结构一致,离子液体纯度大于95%;热重分析发现离子液体具有高的热稳定性和较宽的液态范围,其分解温度均高于300℃;五种离子液体均存在四种离子存在形式,H 可以单独以离子形式存在,并不是通常所认为的仅有两种离子存在形式。另外,研究了离子液体在常用溶剂中的溶解性,发现制备的离子液体易溶于水、甲醇,不溶于乙醚、甲苯和乙酸乙酯。  相似文献

The discovery of artemisinin more than 30 years ago provided a completely new antimalarial structural prototype; that is, a molecule with a pharmacophoric peroxide bond in a unique 1,2,4-trioxane heterocycle. Available evidence suggests that artemisinin and related peroxidic antimalarial drugs exert their parasiticidal activity subsequent to reductive activation by haem, released as a result of haemoglobin digestion by the malaria-causing parasite. This irreversible redox reaction produces carbon-centred free radicals, leading to alkylation of haem and proteins (enzymes), one of which--the sarcoplasmic-endoplasmic reticulum ATPase PfATP6 (ref. 7)--may be critical to parasite survival. Notably, there is no evidence of drug resistance to any member of the artemisinin family of drugs. The chemotherapy of malaria has benefited greatly from the semi-synthetic artemisinins artemether and artesunate as they rapidly reduce parasite burden, have good therapeutic indices and provide for successful treatment outcomes. However, as a drug class, the artemisinins suffer from chemical (semi-synthetic availability, purity and cost), biopharmaceutical (poor bioavailability and limiting pharmacokinetics) and treatment (non-compliance with long treatment regimens and recrudescence) issues that limit their therapeutic potential. Here we describe how a synthetic peroxide antimalarial drug development candidate was identified in a collaborative drug discovery project.  相似文献

Adding to the versatile class of ionic liquids, we report the detailed structure and property analysis of a new class of asymmetrically substituted imidazolium salts, offering interesting thermal characteristics, such as liquid crystalline behavior, polymorphism or glass transitions. A scalable general synthetic procedure for N-polyaryl-N’-alkyl-functionalized imidazolium salts with para-substituted linker (L) moieties at the aryl chain, namely [LPhmImHR]+ (L=Br, CN, SMe, CO2Et, OH; m=2, 3; R=C12, PEGn; n=2, 3, 4), was developed. These imidazolium salts were studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (SC-XRD), NMR spectroscopy and thermochemical methods (DSC, TGA). Furthermore, these imidazolium salts were used as N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) ligand precursors for mononuclear, first-row transition metal complexes (MnII, FeII, CoII, NiII, ZnII, CuI, AgI, AuI) and for the dinuclear Ti-supported Fe-NHC complex [(OPy)2Ti(OPh2ImC12)2(FeI2)] (OPy=pyridin-2-ylmethanolate). The complexes were studied concerning their structural and magnetic behavior via multi-nuclear NMR spectroscopy, SC-XRD analyses, variable temperature and field-dependent (VT-VF) SQUID magnetization methods, X-band EPR spectroscopy and, where appropriate, zero-field 57Fe Mössbauer spectroscopy.  相似文献

We report the discovery of 180° electron-spin precession in spin-polarized electron-reflection experiments on Fe films on Ag(001), the largest possible precession angle in a single electron reflection. Both experiments as a function of Fe film thickness and ab initio calculations show that the appearance of this ultimate spin precession depends with utmost sensitivity on the relaxation of the Fe surface layers during growth. Similar spin precession is also predicted for other ferromagnetic films.  相似文献

A new hierarchical expansion of the kinetic energy operator in curvilinear coordinates is presented and modified vibrational self-consistent field (VSCF) equations are derived including all kinematic effects within the mean field approximation. The new concept for the kinetic energy operator is based on many-body expansions for all G matrix elements and its determinant. As a test application VSCF computations were performed on the H(2)O(2) molecule using an analytic potential (PCPSDE) and different hierarchical approximations for the kinetic energy operator. The results indicate that coordinate-dependent reduced masses account for the largest part of the kinetic energy. Neither kinematic couplings nor derivatives of the G matrix nor its determinant had significant effects on the VSCF energies. Only the zero-point value of the pseudopotential yields an offset to absolute energies which, however, is irrelevant for spectroscopic problems.  相似文献

The coupling of efficient particle and γ detection arrays is a powerful tool to study the deexcitation of both compound and residual nuclei in fusion evaporation reactions.We show first results obtained coupling the DIAMANT (4π light charged particle array) and EUROGAM (4π γ array) detectors demonstrating the improvement in the resolving power by this combination. For γ rays of ?800keV improvements in the Doppler correction up to 50% have been reached for the 2α exit channel following the fusion of 32S+58Ni at 120 MeV bombarding energy (β ? 3%).  相似文献

The accuracy of the vibrational self-consistent field (VSCF) method for the computation of anharmonic vibrational frequencies in the infrared (IR) spectrum of formamide and thioformamide is investigated. The importance of triple potentials in the commonly used hierarchical expansion of the potential energy surface (PES) is studied in detail. The PES is expanded in terms of Cartesian as well as internal coordinate normal mode displacements. It is found that triples play an important role when using rectilinear coordinates. A VSCF computation based on rectilinear displacements exhibits serious shortcomings which are only remedied by a large vibrational configuration interaction (VCI) treatment including triple potentials. These limitations are partially removed when using curvilinear coordinates. The merits and disadvantages of either type of displacements for the generation of the PES are discussed.  相似文献

We report on the magnetic properties of two-dimensional Co nanoparticles arranged in macroscopically phase-coherent superlattices created by self-assembly on Au(788). Our particles have a density of 26 Tera/in2 (1 Tera=10(12)), are monodomain, and have uniaxial out-of-plane anisotropy. The distribution of the magnetic anisotropy energies has a half width at half maximum of 17%, a factor of 2 more narrow than the best results reported for superlattices of three-dimensional nanoparticles. Our data show the absence of magnetic interactions between the particles. Co/Au(788) thus constitutes an ideal model system to explore the ultimate density limit of magnetic recording.  相似文献
