预应力混凝土箱梁爆炸损伤评估及公式拟合

对预应力混凝土箱梁进行爆炸损伤评估研究。首先,对矩形梁进行爆炸数值分析,结合现场试验结果验证了爆炸数值模型的准确性、可靠性。其次,基于箱梁剩余承载力,建立了箱梁爆后损伤评估准则。通过对预应力混凝土箱梁在不同爆炸工况下的爆后剩余承载力计算,建立箱梁各损伤程度下P?I（超压?冲量）曲线。研究发现,混凝土强度对箱梁超压和冲量临界值影响较大,钢筋屈服强度对超压和冲量临界值影响较小。随着结构损伤等级的增大,各参数对箱梁P?I曲线的影响幅度各不相同。最后,对不同混凝土强度箱梁中各损伤等级P?I曲线进行公式拟合,并对拟合参数β进行分析。     

动态可控残差卷积神经网络的低剂量 CT 图像处理

针对计算机断层扫描(Computed Tomography, CT)中因采用低剂量扫描方式,导致图像噪声伪影干扰,尤其 是不同部位噪声和伪影强度存在较大差异这一问题,提出了一种基于动态可控残差的卷积神经网络(DC-ResNet) 算法。 DC-ResNet 的主要思想是在常规残差网络连接中添加一个图像质量指导的控制变量,以允许获取残差的加 权和,从而实现残差特征的动态可控。 所设计的 DC-ResNet 网络是一种包括两个子网络的组合型结构,一个是作 为主干网络的基础子网络,在该子网络中使用全局动态残差块和局部动态残差块来实现低剂量 CT 图像质量的提 高;另一个是作为辅助网络的条件子网络,用来生成基础子网络中不同动态可控残差块的权值,辅助基础子网络的 学习。 通过 Mayo 与 UIH 数据实验验证,其视觉结果表明:处理后的不同部位 CT 图像噪声伪影均能够得到较好的 抑制,并能有效地保留结构细节及组织纹理;量化结果表明:处理后的 CT 图像峰值信噪比( Peak-Signal to Noise Ratio, PSNR)和结构相似性(Structure Similarity, SSIM)均优于对比方法。     

密闭空间串联式两级热电制冷器瞬态特性分析

综合考虑包括汤姆孙效应在内的热电材料内部效应,建立工作在绝热表面空间内和非绝热表面空间内的串联式两级热电制冷器计算模型,通过分析冷热端温度、级间温差等参数的瞬态变化对两级热电制冷器性能的影响,得到了制冷空间温度、制冷量、制冷系数等性能参数随时间的变化规律. 分别改变输入电流、热电偶数量和热电偶分配比,对比分析了2种模型的最低制冷温度、降至稳定温度耗时、制冷量和制冷系数的变化规律. 结果表明,与相同条件的单级热电制冷器相比,两级热电制冷器降温所需时间较长但可达到更低的制冷温度;适当增大电流可以有效减少制冷耗时,且存在最佳电流、最佳热电偶数量和最佳热电偶分配比,分别使制冷空间温度最低,制冷器制冷系数最大.     

Scanning Kelvin Microscope: a new method for surface investigations

Based on the well known Kelvin probe for work function measurements a new microstructure analysis system - the Scanning Kelvin Microscope - has been developed. It allows to measure simultaneously with high lateral resolution the distribution of the contact potential difference (CPD) between a conductive sample and a reference probe together with the topographical structure of the sample surface. The measurement is contact free and non-destructive and can be carried out in natural environments. At present the lateral resolution of the measurement approaches 5 microm. The results can be displayed on a computer in three dimensional colour pictures.     

反胶束溶液和血红蛋白水溶液相平衡的研究

研究了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵－正庚烷反胶束溶液和牛血红蛋白水溶液的相平衡,探讨了有机相助表面活性剂种类和浓度、水相ｐＨ值、水相离子种类和强度、表面活性剂浓度的影响,适宜条件下,牛血红蛋白的萃取率可达９５％以上。对实验结果从表面活性剂极性头与蛋白质分子间的相互作用和反胶团包溶蛋白质时的空间阻碍作用上进行了解释。     

苯甲醛缩氨基硫脲Cu(I)、Zn(Ⅱ)配合物的直接电化学合成

用电化学金属阳极氧化法在非水溶剂中合成了苯甲醛缩氨基硫脲（ＨＬ）与Ｃｕ（Ｉ）、Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、磁矩、摩尔电导等对配合物进行了表征。     

Origin of immature sulfur-rich oil in Jianghan oil field

Chemical structure of immature sulfur-rich kerogen and composition of immature sulfur-rich crude oil in Jianghun oil field have been studied. In molecular level, crude oil differs from thermolysed and chemolysed products of kerogen but does resemble the bitumen in immature sulfur-rich source rock. Therefore, immature sulfur-rich oil may be derived from the expelling of bitumen rather than from thermal cracking of kerogen.     

Leakage of mantle helium from the Liaodong Peninsula, China

The isotopic cumpositions of helium have been investigated in hot spring gases sampled from the Liaodong Peninsula. China. The³He/⁴He ratios range from 0.14 Ra (0.14 times the atmospheric³He/⁴He ratio of 1.40 × 10^-6 to 0.72 Ra.³He/⁴He versus⁴He/²⁰Ne ratios and He contents suggest that a small amount of mantle-derived helium reaches the earth’s surface. Helium iwtope ratios of the hot spring gases show a distribution pattern similar to the regional heat flow values, indicating that the positive thermal anomaly occurring in the rtrea is closely associated with the presence of mantle-derived helium. The observations described above provide some significant evidence that the molten magma originating from partial melting of the upper mantle may have intruded into the continental crust along the activity fault. The coupling of the presence of mantle He and heat flow anomalies to seismic activity in studied region seem to imply that there is an internal relationship between mantle degassing and seismic activity.     

Properties of a supercritical superdiffusion and solutions of its corresponding differential equation

The range and the nonextinction property of a supercritical superdiffusion and solutions of its corresponding differential equation are studied. It is pruved that under a suitable condition, the conditioned superprocess of the supercritical superdiffusion is a subcritical superdiffusion.     

Cloning, construction of prokaryotic expression vector and expression ofEscherichia coli cytosine deaminase gene

Cytosine deaminase gene ofEscherichia coli strain H-30 was cloned, and its initiation codon of ‘GTG’ was mutated to ‘ATG’ by PCR. Prokaryotic recombinant expression vector pBV220-CD was constructed. Clone with high enzyme activity were selected by detecting their specific activity of cytosine deaminase. 5-FC(5-FC, 5-fluorocytosine) could induce the lethal toxicity to cells containing active CD gene. DNA sequence analysis indicated that there were 16 altered bases and 5 of them resulted in the alteration of amino acids in predicted peptide by comparing DNA sequence of the clone H-30-CD-11 with high enzyme activity with CD gene reported in Gene Bank.
