基于乘数交替方向法的系统图像退化恢复方法

针对一般正则化方法不能有效解决非线性成像和高动态成像的系统退化恢复问题,提出一种非线性图像恢复方法,该方法利用乘数交替方向法解决双边全变差(bilateral total variation,BTV)模型的正则化项不平滑问题.建立包含复原图像的非线性最小二乘数据拟合项和BTV正则化项的目标函数;对目标函数进行优化;构建一套有效的乘数交替方向法(multiplier alternating direction method,MADM)求解提出的模型.利用峰值信噪比(peak signalto noise ratio,PSNR)和结构相似性度量(structural similarity index measurement,SSIM)评估图像恢复结果.对于非线性成像系统退化,提出的方法在PSNR和SSIM方面比基于TV(total variation)模型的方法分别提高4.5％和4.1％.对于高动态的成像退化问题,提出的方法获得的恢复图像PSNR值可达61.89 dB,相比其他方法,至少提高了2.9％.此外,该方法的运行时间也至少节省了26％,具有较高的计算效率.     

铜梁县玉米测土配方施肥试验及模型拟合研究

采用"3414"试验方案,以玉米"海禾1号"为材料,在铜梁县钙质石骨土上进行了氮、磷、钾肥料效应及模型拟合研究.结果表明:供试土壤中有效养分含量丰缺程度为N中等级、P高等级、K极高等级,14个处理中以N_2P_2K_2处理的产量最高,产量为5 583.0 kg/hm~2;用二次回归分析,得出氮磷钾的肥料效应函数方程为:y=3 103.31+8.32N+23.64P+16.90K-0.013N~2-0.10P~2-0.09K~2-0.011NP+0.01NK-0.16PK,玉米最高产量5 584.2 kg/hm~2时,N,P_2O_5,K_2O施用量分别为301.4,76.0,39.1 kg/hm~2,肥料施用比例为7.7:2:1.     

电动汽车用锂离子动力电池电感主动均衡系统

研究了一种单体锂离子动力电池电感主动均衡方案,该方案通过相应的开关控制,将高电量电池的多余能量存储到电感中,并通过电感将能量转移到低电量电池中。详细介绍了方案的结构设计、系统仿真及参数选择、优化。以典型车用锂离子电池模块进行均衡方案测试,结果表明,该方案具有较好的均衡效果和较高的均衡效率。

Effect of Flats Speed on Card Sliver Quality

Delivery Digital Television Services over Ethemet

A new architecture for digital television (DTV) delivery based on Ethernet was presented.In this architecture,new protocol stack and packet encapsulation were proposed to help implementation of DTV services over Ethernet link.A simple quality of service (QoS) structure was provided in traffic control of nodes to achieve QoS requirements of DTV delivery.Experiments were proceeded successfully to implement the idea.Finally,a short evaluation to QoS provisions was given,achieving good results.
