社区治理一直走不出自治不足的困境,其关键点就在于社区居民参与公共事务的热情不高,而究根到底就是社区治理以行政性组织为单一的领导中心。多中心秩序是市场经济条件下人们需求多样性的必然要求。社区多中心秩序的建立将促进居民互动和社区化,促进居民对社区事务的有序参与。社区政党组织、业主委员会、居委会、个体等将是多中心秩序的主要构建者,法律则是维系多中心秩序的制度保障。     

Orem自理模式在脑血管疾病病人护理中的应用

目的探讨自理模式对脑血管疾病病人护理的可行性,提供更好的护理干预措施.方法将121例脑血管疾病病人分为两组,61例采用自理模式护理(观察组);60例采用功能制护理(对照组);观察两组病人的平均平均日、病人对护理服务满意度及并发症.结果观察组病人的平均住院日及并发症的发生率低于对照组,病人对护理服务满意度高于对照组.结论自理模式护理方式对脑血管疾病病人具有可行性,自我护理模式可缩短病人的住院日,减少并发症的发生,促进了病人的康复.
