基于Web Services的企业应用集成方案

针对当前企业内部应用集成中存在的问题，介绍和分析了Web Services及其相关技术，提出了一种新的企业内部应用集成解决方案——用Web Services搭建企业内部的应用集成。最后分析该方案的特点并预测了Web Services今后的应用前景。     

矩形点阵法测量激光测距机瞄准轴与接收轴一致性

针对激光测距机瞄准轴与接收轴一致性的测量，提出了一种新的方法——矩形点阵法，并通过大量的实验验证了此方法的可行性。通过对结果的计算和误差分析，确定了此方法能够使激光测距机的发射次数在50次以内，测量精度达到10″以内。为激光测距机瞄准轴与发射轴平行性的自动测量提供了一种途径。     

多媒体技术在《运动解剖学》教学中的应用

结合《运动解剖学》教学的特点,在教学过程中引入多媒体教学手段,对优化教学过程,改变学生的学习方式,提高教学质量等方面,都取得了得比较明显的教学效果.表明适当采用多媒体形式教学是提高《运动解剖学》教学质量的有效途径之一.

Stratigraphy and paleontology of the marine Jurrassic strata in Vietnam

Marine Jurassic strata in Vietnam have yielded characteristic ammonites and occur in: (1) west Quang Binh Province located in the eastern margin of the Nam Theun Basin (the main part of which is located in Middle Laos); (2) the Nong Son Basin situated in the north of the Kon Tum Geoblock; (3) the Da Lat Basin, the largest Jurassic basin in Vietnam, extending from the southern margin of the Kon Tum Geoblock to southeast of Ho Chi Minh City. In the first two, Lower Jurassic marine beds occupy the lower part of the section and grade up into Middle Jurassic red beds. In central Da Lat Basin the section consists completely of marine strata containing many ammonite levels dated from Early Sinemurian to Bajocian, whereas the marginal basin section is like the first two areas. Based particularly on biostratigraphical evidence, a marine transgression is considered to have entered the Indochina Block as early as the Late Hettangian. During the early transgression the fauna was distinctly endemic, showing the separate character of the basins, but since the Late Sinemurian, communication between the Da Lat and other basins was established; the marine regime in Da Lat Basin ended around the Late Bathonian.     

Structure of Ramie Treated by Liquid Ammonia

The morphology and supermolecular structures of the scoured/bleached ramie and scoured/bleached/liquid ammonia treated ramie were studied by means of scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer, reverse gel permeation chromatography, etc. The results indic.ate that liquid ammonia treatment of the scoured/bleached ramie leads to a smoother surface, a lower crystalliuity, partial crystal transformation from cellulose Ⅰ to cellulose Ⅲ a decrease in the volume and cumulative surface area of the larger micropores and an increase in those of the smaller ones in the fiber.     

Non-marine Jurassic rocks of Thailand: A summary

Non-marine Jurassic rocks are widespread in the northeastern part (Khorat Plateau), and partly in the northern, eastern, and southern parts of Thailand. In the Khorat Plateau, the rocks, more than 1000 m thick, are represented by the Phu Kradung and Phra Wihan Formations of the Khorat Group but are less extensive in the north, east, and south. Reddish brown to grayish purple sandstones, siltstones, claystones, conglomeratic sandstones and conglomerates are the main lithologies; calcrete nodules are also present in claystones only in the Phu Kradung Formation. Deposition occurred mostly in meandering and braided rivers in semi-arid and slightly humid conditions for the Phu Kradung and Phra Wihan Formations, respectively, except for the southern rocks, where lacustrine deposits dominate. Age determinations are based mainly on vertebrates, bivalves and palynomorphs indicating reassignment to the Jurassicpossibly Early Cretaceous.     

β-谷甾醇酯化反应过程中的反相高效液相色谱分析

应用反相高效液相色谱法对β-谷甾醇与琥珀酸酐酯化反应过程中的分析测定进行了研究. 色谱测定采用Hypersil ODS反相柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm), 流动相为色谱纯甲醇,流速为0.7 mL*min-1, 检测波长为210 nm, 恒溶剂洗脱. 实验结果表明,β-谷甾醇及其酯化产物β-谷甾醇琥珀酸单酯在色谱上均有响应并达到基线分离;采用面积归一法能够快速测定β-谷甾醇酯化反应过程中各组分的含量和β-谷甾醇酯化反应的摩尔转化率.
