报道了既不连续又不可逆一维映象中出现的一种具有新特征的激发(crisis)模式。这一新型激发产生于不连续性与不可逆性相互作用所导致的“映孔”与混沌吸引子的碰撞。映孔的出现可使迭代过程逃逸原来吸引子所占据的相空间区域,从而发生吸引子的突然扩张。数值计算结果表明,激发的特征时间<τ>与外控参量距其临界值距离的依赖关系为<τ>∝exp(U_0—U_(0c))~(-1/2),τ的不变分布P(τ)随τ增长呈现指数衰减关系。这种产生机制及主要特征与三种常见的激发相比均有新的特点。

Streak camera has high temporal resolution and high sensitivity, and is a powerful tool in biomedical study to measure fluorescence lifetime and perform fluorescence lifetime imaging. However, nonuniformity of the gain in the streak tube and nonlinearity of the sweeping speed limit the precision of fluorescence lifetime measurement, particularly when fluorescence lifetimes are short. We have constructed a two-photon excitation fluorescence lifetime measurement system that is based on a synchroscan streak camera and have developed accordingly a method to correct the effect of gain nonuniformity and nonlinearity of sweeping speed on the measurement precision. A continuous-wave laser of high stability is used to calibrate the gain of the streak camera, and a Fabry-Perot etalon is used to calibrate the nonlinearity of the sweeping speed. Fitting algorithms are used to correct the gain of the streak camera and nonlinearity of the sweeping speed respectively, which significantly improves the measurement precision of the system, as characterized through the fluorescence lifetime of the short-lived fluorescence dye, Rose Bengal. Experimental results show that the measurement fluctuation of the lifetime has been improved from more than 10% to 2% after correcting the effects of gain nonuniformity and sweeping speed nonlinearity. 相似文献

This paper considers the scattering of a plane, time-harmonic wave by an inclusion with heterogeneous nonlinear elastic properties embedded in an otherwise homogeneous linear elastic solid. When the inclusion and the surrounding matrix are both isotropic, the scattered second harmonic fields are obtained in terms of the Green's function of the surrounding medium. It is found that the second harmonic fields depend on two independent acoustic nonlinearity parameters related to the third order elastic constants. Solutions are also obtained when these two acoustic nonlinearity parameters are given as spatially random functions. An inverse procedure is developed to obtain the statistics of these two random functions from the measured forward and backscattered second harmonic fields. 相似文献

The dynamical localization phenomena in two-electron quantum-dot shuttles driven by an ac field have been investigated and analyzed by the Floquet theory. The dynamical localization occurs near the anti-crossings in Floquet eigenenergy spectrum. The oscillation of the quantum-dot shuttles may increase the possibility of the dynamical localization. Especially, even if the two electrons are initialized in two neighbor dots, they can be localized there for appropriate intensity of the driven field. The studies may help the understanding of dynamical localization in electron shuttles and expand the application potential of nanoelectromechanical devices. 相似文献

We demonstrated the possibility of designing super-thin electromagnetic cloaks based on spoof surface plasmon (SSP). Using a metamaterial layer, incident waves can be coupled into SSP efficiently at the air/metamaterial interface. Due to the strong surface confinement of SSP, EM waves are squeezed into and propagate in deep sub-wavelength scales. Implementation of an 8.2 GHz cloak less than 1/50 the cloaking diameter was presented using split ring resonator (SRR). Excellent cloaking effect was verified by simulations. Rather than isolating objects from the background, such cloaks can drastically enhance the field intensity around the cloaked object. Von Neumann stability theory is applied to analyze the stability of a fully
coupled implicit (FCI) scheme based on the lower-upper symmetric Gauss-Seidel (LU-SGS)
method for inviscid chemical non-equilibrium flows. The FCI scheme shows excellent
stability except the case of the flows involving strong recombination reactions,
and can weaken or even eliminate the instability resulting from the stiffness problem,
which occurs in the subsonic high-temperature region of the hypersonic flow field. In
addition, when the full Jacobian of chemical source term is diagonalized, the stability
of the FCI scheme relies heavily on the flow conditions. Especially in the case of high
temperature and subsonic state, the CFL number satisfying the stability is very small.
Moreover, we also consider the effect of the space step, and demonstrate that the stability
of the FCI scheme with the diagonalized Jacobian can be improved by reducing
the space step. Therefore, we propose an improved method on the grid distribution
according to the flow conditions. Numerical tests validate sufficiently the foregoing
analyses. Based on the improved grid, the CFL number can be quickly ramped up to

The interactions between femtosecond (fs) laser pulses and a thin Au film deposited on a silica glass substrate were systematically investigated based on experimental data. Different structures, including microholes, nanoholes, and nanobumps, are obtained when pulses with different energies are incident on the surface of a gold film. The experimental results are discussed according to specific experimental parameters. Two physical models were constructed in order to explain the experimental results. The formation of nanoholes in a silica substrate is attributed to etching by higher order harmonic generations (HHG) when the femtosecond laser pulse interacts with the generated plasma layer, while the formation of nanobumps on the surface of an Au film is attributed to the elastic and plastic characteristics of the metal film under laser pulse irradiation. 相似文献

Based on the substrate integrated waveguide technology,we present a dual-band frequency selective surface(FSS) with a quasi-elliptic bandpass response.The characteristics of the quasi-elliptic bandpass response are realized by shunting two substrate integrated waveguide cavities of different sizes,with the same slots on both sides of the metal surfaces.Four cavities of different sizes and two slots of different sizes are used to design the novel FSS.Every bandpass response with sharp sidebands is induced by two transmission nulls that are generated by the coupling between the slot aperture resonance and the cavity resonance.The simulation results show that such dual-band FSS has the advantages of high selectivity and stable performance at different oblique incident angles.Moreover,it is easy to fabricate. 相似文献
