从大连新港石油污染海域海底沉积物中分离获得了5株菌株,编号分别为p14、p22、p23、p35和p37.经16S rDNA测序分析,菌株p14、p22、p23、p35和p37分别与Halomonas titanicae BH1T、Halomonas alkaliphila 18bAGT、Halomonas venusta DSM 4743T、Halomonas alkaliantarctica CRSST和Halomonas pacifica DSM 4742 T最相似.实验研究其石油降解特性表明:该5株细菌菌株皆可降解石油,降解率分别为31.0%、47.8%、18.6%、3.8%、40.2%,菌株p22石油降解性能最佳,高达47.8%,菌株p37其次,高达40.2%.此外,5株细菌菌株均能降解十二烷、十六烷、蒽、萘、菲和芘,其中,p22、p23对芳烃降解性能更好,p14对芳烃的降解能力最差.菌株p14对烷烃降解能力较强,菌株p35、p37对烷烃降解能力较差.表明5株盐单胞菌菌株具有环境污染修复能力,是潜在的优良降有机污染物降解菌剂. 相似文献

A pair of novel 2,3-diaryl indone derivatives (+)- and (?)-ascomindone D [(+)-1 and (?)-1, respectively], as well as two new prenylated polyketides ascomfurans C (2) and ascomarugosin A (3) were obtained from the culture of a mangrove endophytic fungus Ascomycota sp. SK2YWS-L together with three known compounds (4–6). The enantiomers (+)-1 and (?)-1 were purified through chiral HPLC separation, which represented the first example of resolving 2,3-diaryl indone atropisomers in natural products. The structures of the new compounds were determined on the basis of interpretation of spectroscopic data including X-ray diffractions and the absolute configurations of (+)-1 and (?)-1 were elucidated by ECD calculations. The biosynthesis pathway was proposed. In the anti-inflammatory assay, (+)-1 and (?)-1 exhibited potential anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting against the production of nitric oxide (NO) in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced RAW 246.7 mouse macrophages with the IC50 values of 17.0 and 17.1 μM, respectively. 相似文献

利用波长为800 nm的飞秒激光,在空气和去离子水中诱导钛表面形成不同的周期条纹结构。在空气中,激光能量密度为0.265 J/cm2时,钛表面主要形成周期为500~560 nm低空间频率条纹结构;激光能量密度为0.102 J/cm2时,主要形成的是周期为220~340 nm高空间频率条纹结构。两种条纹均垂直于入射激光偏振方向,且条纹周期随着脉冲重叠数的增大而增大。在水中,除形成垂直激光偏振方向、周期为215~250 nm的高空间频率条纹结构,还形成了平行于激光偏振方向且周期约为入射激光波长八分之一的高空间频率条纹结构。利用表面等离子体理论、二次谐波及Sipe理论对各种周期条纹结构的形成机理进行分析,发现周期条纹结构的形成与钛表面氧化层有密切的关系。 相似文献

Ce-Ce exchange interactions. Using a Heisenberg model, we simulate powder-averaged Ce spin wave excitations. Our results show

We develop a locally conservative Eulerian–Lagrangian finite volume scheme with the weighted essentially non-oscillatory property (EL–WENO) in one-space dimension. This method has the advantages of both WENO and Eulerian–Lagrangian schemes. It is formally high-order accurate in space (we present the fifth order version) and essentially non-oscillatory. Moreover, it is free of a CFL time step stability restriction and has small time truncation error. The scheme requires a new integral-based WENO reconstruction to handle trace-back integration. A Strang splitting algorithm is presented for higher-dimensional problems, using both the new integral-based and pointwise-based WENO reconstructions. We show formally that it maintains the fifth order accuracy. It is also locally mass conservative. Numerical results are provided to illustrate the performance of the scheme and verify its formal accuracy. 相似文献
