Synthesis and screening of a molecularly imprinted polymer library targeted for penicillin G

A library of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) was synthesized by radical bulk polymerization using the beta-lactam antibiotic penicillin G as the template. Diversity of the library was obtained by combining various functionalized monomers and cross-linkers and by varying the stoichiometry and the concentration of the components in the prepolymerization mixtures. The library was screened for selectivity to penicillin G by a radioligand binding assay and was compared to a corresponding control library. The best MIP candidate, showing the highest selectivity for penicillin G, was prepared from methacrylic acid and trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate as the functionalized monomer and cross-linker, respectively. Cross-reactivity studies with other beta-lactam antibiotics showed a low cross-reactivity of penicillin V (15%), ampicillin (16%), and amoxicillin (19%). Nafcillin and oxacillin showed less cross-reactivity (<1%). Cross-reaction with a cephalosporin antibiotic (cephapirin) and structurally nonrelated antibiotics (chloramphenicol, tetracycline, dapsone, and erythromycin) was less than 0.01%.     

重组大肠杆菌利用醋酸及乳酸为碳源合成PHB

以廉价的工业副产物醋酸及乳酸为碳源,对产PHB重组大肠杆菌进行培养,考察醋酸及乳酸的添加对重组大肠杆菌生长及PHB产量的影响。将来自Cupriavidusnecator的PHB合成操纵子phaCAB基因簇克隆至pBAD载体,得到产PHB菌株BL21＿pBAD＿phaCAB,以阿拉伯糖为诱导剂,在大肠杆菌中进行重组表达。分别使用LB及M9培养基,对重组菌株BL21＿pBAD＿phaCAB进行培养,研究其生长速度及PHB产量,探索产PHB重组大肠杆菌最适培养基。以添加0.04 g/L乳酸、1.2 g/L乳酸、0.02 g/L醋酸、0.6 g/L醋酸、0.04 g/L乳酸+0.02g/L醋酸、1.2g/L乳酸+0.4g/L醋酸的M9培养基(均含2 g/L葡萄糖)为实验组,以M9培养基(含2g/L葡萄糖)为对照组,考察醋酸及乳酸的添加对重组大肠杆菌生长及PHB产量的影响。分别取第6,12,24和36小时的培养液,分析其葡萄糖、醋酸及乳酸含量的变化。结果表明,低氮型M9培养基更适合产PHB重组大肠杆菌在低糖培养环境中生长。在葡萄糖消耗殆尽后,大肠杆菌能够以醋酸及乳酸为碳源进行代谢,因此在培养基中...     

基于Bert股吧舆情分析的特征融合股价走势预测研究

传统股价预测模型往往只考虑时序性数据且局限于模型自身机制,而忽略舆情对股价的影响,导致预测精度不高,针对该问题,提出基于 Bert 股吧舆情分析的特征融合预测模型对股价收盘价进行涨跌幅预测。 首先,采用Bert 自然语言处理对股吧舆情以及公司公告政策进行情感分类,并转化为虚拟变量,构建金融舆情情感特征库;然后将金融舆情特征库和时序性数据合并构建特征融合矩阵;最后输入长短期记忆网络模型(LSTM)进行股价收盘价预测,并得出股价的涨跌结果。 以华银电力(600744. SH)为例进行实证分析,实验结果表明:引入股票情感特征后的模型,得到的股价走势准确率上升了 8. 63%,预测收盘价的回归指标 FMAPE FRMSE 分别下降了 23. 59%、22. 9%,R2 提高了 8. 11%,证明引入新的舆情情感特征在实际预测中能提高股价预测的准确率,可以作为精准预测股价走势的手段。     

排序集抽样下Inverse Rayleigh分布的Fisher信息量及其在参数估计中的应用

文章分别在简单随机抽样和排序集抽样下研究了Inverse Rayleigh分布中对应样本所含刻度参数θ的Fisher信息量.数值结果表示,同等样本容量的排序集样本比简单随机样本提供更多关于θ的信息.接着分别基于简单随机样本和排序集样本构造了θ的一些优良估计,并对估计结果进行了数值比较.     

CARRIER PHOTOGENERATION IN POLY（N-VINYL-CARBAZOLE）-BASED PHOTOCONDUCTIVE THIN-FILM DEVICES

In this paper, photoexcitation processes in the bilayer devices based on inorganic materials and poly（N-vinylcarbazole） （PVK） were investigated. In order to clarify the roles of inorganic materials in photoconductive properties of bilayer devices, TiO2 and ZnS were chosen to combine with PVK. A model for generation of photocurrent （Iph） in single layer device of PVK was obtained. It is deduced that the recombination rate constant （Pcomb） and the ionization rate constant （y） ofexcitons should be considered as the most important factors for Iph. For inorganic materials （TiO2 or ZnS）/PVK bilayer devices, in reverse bias of-4 V, the photocurrent of 115 mA/cm^2 in the TiO2/PVK device was observed, but the photocurrent in the ZnS/PVK device was only 10 mA/cma under the illumination light of 340 nm and the light intensity of 14.2 mW/cm^2. The weaker photocurrent is attributed to the absorption of ZnS within UV region and the energy offset at the interface between PVK and ZnS, which impedes the transport of charge carriers.

Regularity of Viscosity Solutions of the Biased Infinity Laplacian Equation

In this paper, we are interested in the regularity estimates of the nonnegative viscosity super solution of the $β$−biased infinity Laplacian equation $$∆^β_∞u = 0,$$ where $β ∈ \mathbb{R}$ is a fixed constant and $∆^β_∞u := ∆^N_∞u + β|Du|,$ which arises from the random game named biased tug-of-war. By studying directly the $β$−biased infinity Laplacian equation, we construct the appropriate exponential cones as barrier functions to establish a key estimate. Based on this estimate, we obtain the Harnack inequality, Hopf boundary point lemma, Lipschitz estimate and the Liouville property etc.     

双模随机晶体场对混合自旋1/2和自旋1纳米管上相变的影响

本文利用有效场理论研究了自旋1/2和自旋1混合Blume-Capel模型在具有双模随机晶体场的圆柱形Ising纳米管上的磁化和相变. 通过数值计算,我们得到了随温度和随机晶体场参数变化的相图和磁化强度. 结果表明: (1) 改变晶体场的概率和比例,双模随机晶体场可以描述不同掺杂原子对自旋的作用;(2) 对于一定的概率值、负或正的晶体场和晶体场的比例值都存在临界点;(3) 系统显示多种相变温度,一阶相变和二阶相变.     

On the isomorphisms and automorphism groups of circulants

Denote byC _n(S) the circulant graph (or digraph). LetM be a minimal generating element subset ofZ _n, the cyclic group of integers modulon, and In this paper, we discuss the problems about the automorphism group and isomorphisms ofC _n(S). When M S , we determine the automorphism group ofC _n(S) and prove that for any T if and only ifT = S, where is an integer relatively prime ton. The automorphism groups and isomorphisms of some other types of circulant graphs (or digraphs) are also considered. In the last section of this paper, we give a relation between the isomorphisms and the automorphism groups of circulants.
