Covalent functionalization of multi-walled carbon nanotubes by lipase

Lipase from Candida rugosa was covalently anchored onto acid-treated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) through a self-catalytic mechanism. A variety of characterization techniques including FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, and XPS were employed to demonstrate the formation of the ester linkage between lipase and MWNTs. The MWNTs-lipase biocomposites showed significantly increased solubility in some common-used organic solvents, such as THF, DMF and chloroform. This study may offer a novel and facile route for covalent modification of carbon nanotubes, and expand the potential utilization of both lipases and MWNTs in the fields of biocatalyst and biosensor.     

热传导型半导体瞬态问题特征变网格有限元法及其分析

热传导型半导体器件的瞬时状态由四个方程的非线性偏微分方程组的初边值问题所决定，其中电子位势方程是椭圆型的，电子和空穴浓度方程是对流扩散型的，温度方程为热传导型的。本文提出解这类问题的特征变网格有限元法，并进行了理论分析，在一定条件下，得到了某种意义下的最佳L^2误差估计结果。

文[4]通过构造反例断言文[1]中定理的必要性证明有误,本文首先指出文[4] 的这个断言不正确,然后对文[4]中定理2.1作了本质性的改进.     

Geometrical study of paraxial light beam transmission in free space

By introducing an imaginary space transform curvature ρ_s, a complex space called Riemannian space is constructed, in which the light propagating in free space has the trajectory of straight line while propagating. Moreover, this curvature couples with that of the wave front of the paraxial beam ρ_w, and therefore a complex curvature ρ_c is constructed, which can be employed to investigate the behavior of the light transmission and to generalize the ABCD law. 聚能射流的断裂时间

从描述聚能射流失稳的一维近似方程出发，导出了聚能射流断裂时间的近似公式。这个近似公式定量显示了屈服应力、本构关系、粘度和径向收缩效应等对射流断裂时间的影响，在４个不同的特殊近似下，可以自然演化为近１０年来所发表的几个半经验解析公式，并且在合理的参数范围内，公式给出的断裂时间曲线覆盖了射流断裂时间的全部实验点。     

OnM-ideals and best approximation

In this paper we will prove some theorems on theM-ideals of compact operators and the best approximation of quasitriangular operator algebras. These results improve and extend the known results in [4, 5, 7].This work is supported in part by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.     

A molecular network model to describe the nonlinear viscoelastic behavior of polymers

A transient molecular network model is built to describe the nonlinear viscoelasticity of polymers by considering the effect of entanglement loss and regeneration on the relaxation of molecular strands. It is an extension of previous network theories. The experimental data on three thermoplastic polymers (ABS, PVC and PA6) obtained under various loading conditions are used to test the model. Agreement between the theoretical and experimental curves shows that the suggested model can describe successfully the relaxation behavior of the thermoplastic polymers under different loading rates by using relatively few relaxation modes. Thus the micromechanism responsible for strain-rate dependence of relaxation process and the origin of nonlinear viscoelasticity may be disclosed. 介绍测量精度为±０．００３ｍｍ的ＣＣＤ尺寸检测系统的光学系统设计特点及远心物镜设计原理，并给出了测试结果。     

人工气候条件下的人体着装试验的研究

本文通过物理试验方法对棉、毛、丝、棉麻及毛涤五种面料进行性能测试,得出其风格数值、透湿阻抗.为了反映面料对人的生理、心理的影响,有必要在人工气候条件下进行人体模拟着装试验,得出面料的人体舒适感觉值。借助多元线性回归方法,通过物理测试与人体试验的对照分析,发现它们之间具有良好的一致性。     

Activity coefficients for NaBr in aqueous ternary solutions with sodium propionate and butyrate from EMF measurements

The activity coefficients of NaBr in the NaBr–NaPropionate–H₂O and NaBr–NaButyrate–H₂O systems were determined from EMF measurements at constant total ionic strength of 0.1 0.5 1.0 1.5 2.0 and 2.5 mol-kg^–1 and at 25° C. The activity coefficients were fitted using Scatchard, Pitzer and Lim equations. Finally the excess Gibbs free energy of these mixtures were also calculated.
