The (Cu0.5Tl0.25Li0.25)Ba2Ca2Cu3?ySiyO10?δ (y = 0, 0.25 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.25) superconductor samples have been prepared by solid-state reaction method. The critical temperature and as well as the magnitude of diamagnetism is increased up to Si concentration y = 1.0, however, from the doping level y = 1.25 a decrease in the critical temperature along with the vanishing of the diamagnetism was observed. The carrier’s in the conducting CuO2/SiO2 planes were optimized by carrying out post-annealing in oxygen and an increase in the critical temperature was observed in all Si doped samples. The doping efficiency of Cu0.5Tl0.5Ba2O4?δ charge reservoir layer in (Cu0.5Tl0.25Li0.25)Ba2Ca2Cu3?ySiyO10?δ (y = 0, 0.25 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.25) samples is enhanced by doping Li+1 ion; as alkali metals are known to easily loose their outer most electron which could be supplied to CuO2/SiO2 conducting planes and would suppress the anti-ferromagnetism in the inner conducting planes. The FTIR absorption measurements have provided an indirect evidence of Si substitution at in CuO2 planes.  相似文献

Scientific research is being compelled to develop highly efficient and cost-effective energy-storing devices such as supercapacitors (SCs). The practical use of SC devices is hindered by their low energy density and poor rate capability due to the binding agents in fabricating electrodes. Herein, we proposed flower-like highly open-structured binder-free ZnCo2O4 micro-flowers composed of nanosheets supported in nickel foam (ZnCoO@NF) with improved rate capability up to 91.8% when current varied from 2 to 20 A·g−1. The ZnCoO@NF electrode exhibited a superior specific capacitance of 1132 F·g−1 at 2 A·g−1 and revealed 99% cycling stability after 7000 cycles at a high current density of 20 A·g−1. The improved performance of the ZnCoO@NF electrode is attributed to the highly stable structure of the micro/nano-multiscale architecture, which provides both the high conduction of electrons and fast ionic transportation paths simultaneously.  相似文献

Series of(Ag)x/(Cu0.5Tl0.5Ba2Ca2Cu3O10-δ) {(Ag)x/Cu Tl-1223} nano-superconductor composites were synthesized with different concentrations(i.e. x ? 0 4.0 wt%) of silver(Ag) nanoparticles. Low anisotropic Cu Tl-1223 superconducting matrix was prepared by solid-state reaction and Ag nanoparticles were prepared by a sol–gel method separately. The required(Ag)x/Cu Tl-1223 composition was obtained by the inclusion of Ag nanoparticles in Cu Tl-1223 superconducting matrix. Structural, morphological, compositional and superconducting transport properties of these composites were investigated in detail by x-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive x-rays(EDX)spectroscopy and four-point probe electrical resistivity(ρ) measurements. The inclusion of Ag nanoparticles enhanced the superconducting properties without affecting the tetragonal structure of the host Cu Tl-1223 matrix. The improvement in superconducting properties of(Ag)x/Cu Tl-1223 composites is most likely due to enhanced inter-grains coupling and increased superconducting volume fraction after the addition of metallic Ag nanoparticles at the inter-crystallite sites in the samples. The presence of Ag nanoparticles at the grain-boundaries may increase the number of flux pinning centers, which were present in the form of weak-links in the pure Cu Tl-1223 superconducting matrix.  相似文献

In this paper, the MHD peristaltic flow inside wavy walls of an asymmetric channel is investigated, where the walls of the channel are moving with peristaltic wave velocity along the channel length. During this investigation,the electrical conductivity both in Lorentz force and Joule heating is taken to be temperature dependent. Also, the long wavelength and low Reynolds number assumptions are utilized to reduce the governing partial differential equations into a set of coupled nonlinear ordinary differential equations. The new set of obtained equations is then numerically solved using the generalized differential quadrature method(GDQM). This is the first attempt to solve the nonlinear equations arising in the peristaltic flows using this method in combination with the Newton-Raphson technique. Moreover, in order to check the accuracy of the proposed numerical method, our results are compared with the results of built-in Mathematica command NDSolve. Taking Joule heating and viscous dissipation into account, the effects of various parameters appearing in the problem are used to discuss the fluid flow characteristics and heat transfer in the electrically conducting fluids graphically. In presence of variable electrical conductivity, velocity and temperature profiles are highly decreasing in nature when the intensity of the electrical conductivity parameter is strengthened.  相似文献

The linear and non‐linear dynamics of ion acoustic waves are investigated in three‐component magnetized plasma consisting of cold inertial ions and non‐thermal electrons and positrons. The non‐thermal components are modelled by the hybrid distribution, representing the combination of two (kappa and Cairn's) non‐thermal distributions. The relevant processes, including the slow rotation of plasma along the magnetic field axis and collision between ions and neutrals, are taken into consideration. It is shown that the non‐linear dynamics of the considered system are governed by the Zakharov–Kuznetsov equation in modified form. In the general dissipation regime, the effects of the two non‐thermal distributions on the solitary waves are compared. The effects of other plasma parameters, such as collisional and rotational frequency, are also discussed in detail.  相似文献

Polypyrrole (PPy) doped with dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid was synthesized and was blended with compatible polymer PMMA in chloroform. Flexible and free-standing films with compositions PPy: PMMA = 10: 90, 20: 80, 30: 70, and 50: 50 were obtained. The percentage of crystallinity and particle size of synthesized polymers were estimated from X-rays diffraction studies. Scanning Electron Micrographs showed that phase separation was observed and compatibility of the mixture decreased with increase of PMMA content. The dielectric measurements were performed in the frequency range 0.1 kHz–1 MHz in temperature range 303–473 K. The frequency dependent conductivity (σac) obeyed a power law of frequency with an exponent s < 1. Electric modulus formalism exhibits a peak in frequency. The peak of conductivity relaxation shifted towards higher frequencies and the magnitude of relaxation decreased with the increase of PMMA content in the composites.  相似文献

The boundary layer stretched flow of a Jeffrey fluid subject to the convective boundary conditions was investigated. The governing dimensionless problems were computed by using the homotopy analysis approach. Convergence of the derived solutions was checked and the influence of embedded parameters was analyzed by plotting graphs. It was noticed that the velocity increases with an increase in the Deborah number. Furthermore, it was found that the temperature is also an increasing function of the Biot number. We further found that for fixed values of other parameters, the local Nusselt number increases by increasing the suction parameter and Deborah number. The present study aims to evaluate phytochemical and pharmacological potentials of Dysphania ambrosioides (L.) Mosyakin & Clemants previously known as Chenopodium ambrosioides L. Extraction was carried out using 14 solvents with wide range of polarity to find out the best solvent system for each bioactivity. Total phenolic and flavonoids contents were measured colorimetrically and polyphenolics were quantified via HPLC-DAD analysis. The samples were screened for inhibitory potentials against free radicals, leishmania, cancer cell lines, protein kinase, α-Amylase enzymes and microbial strains. Among all solvents, maximum percentage of extract was recovered from methanol-water fraction of leaves. HPLC analysis exhibited the presence of rutin, myricetin and quercetin. In DPPH assay, methanolic leaf extract exhibited IC50 value of 130.7 ± 0.57 μg/mL. Considerable α-amylase inhibitory, cytotoxic, leishmanicidal and antimicrobial potentials were exhibited by plant samples. D. ambrosioides revealed significant antioxidant, cytotoxic, antimicrobial and anti-diabetic potentials and thus warrant further detailed studies to find novel drugs.  相似文献
