YBa2Cu1-xCox(Cu1-yZny)2Oz体系的Co,Zn共同掺杂效应

本文报道通过对YBa₂Cu_1-xCo_x(Cu_1-yZn_y)₂O_z(0≤x,y≤0.1)体系晶体结构、氧含量、正常态电阻-温度关系、Hall效应以及超导临界温度等的综合测量,发现随着Co和Zn含量的增加,体系经历了从正交结构的超导金属向四方结构的非超导半导体的转变,超导临界温度T_c和载流子浓度n_h均迅速下降,Co 关键词：

基于8点长方集团变分模型,并引入各向同性最近邻相互作用,以及各向异性次近邻相互作用,计算了YBa₂Cu₃O_z两Ba层间铜氧平面上□—O系统的有序—无序相变图,不仅在z=7.0附近得到具有超导电性的正交相,并且在z=6.5附近得到具有两倍晶格长度的另一种正交相(正交相Ⅱ)。 关键词：     

钙钛矿型Sr_（1－x）Bi_xFeO_（3－y）系列物的结构、电性及铁氧化态研究

在１１００℃制备了钙钛矿型非计量系列物Ｓｒ_（１－ｘ）Ｂｉ_ｘＦｅＯ_（３－ｙ），与文献相比，明显具有温度低、时间短、能耗少的特点。用化学分析方法测得其化学式及Ｆｅ离子的平均价态，用ＸＲＤ、交流阻抗、ＩＲ、Ｍｏｓｓｂａｕｅｒ谱等方法研究了其结构与性质，该类化合物具有Ｐｍ３ｍ对称性和半导体性质，铁离子会产生电荷歧化现象。     

Transformation of malonic acid adsorbed on a clay-mineral by gamma irradiation

The effect of clay on the radiolysis of malonic acid solutions was studied. The results showed an enhanced of decarboxylation rather than condensation reactions.

本文了绝对半素环的概念，研究了绝对半素与与半素环及素环之间的关系，讨论了由全体绝对半素环类决定的上根－－绝对半半素根及其性质。     

Kinetics of phenol hydrogenation over supported palladium catalyst

Kinetics of vapor phase hydrogenation of phenol to cyclohexanone over Pd/MgO system has been studied in a flow microreactor under normal atmospheric pressure. The reaction rate is found to be negative order with respect to the partial pressure of phenol and has increased from −0.5 to 0.5 with increasing temperature (473 to 563 K). The apparent activation energy (E_a) of the process is found to be close to 65 kJ per mol. On the basis of kinetic results a surface mechanism is proposed.

织构C60薄膜的生长与光致发光特性

用Hot Wal方法，在氟金云母单晶上生长出了（111）织构的C₆₀薄膜．用X射线衍射、Raman散射、扫描电子显微镜和原子力显微镜研究了织构C₆₀薄膜的结晶质量和结构特性．测量了织构C₆₀薄膜在室温300K和低温77K的光致发光光谱．对所得结果进行了分析与讨论 关键词：     

金属与金刚石薄膜接触的电学特性研究

用热丝辅助化学汽相沉积技术在Si衬底上合成了含少量受主型杂质的近于本征的金刚石薄膜，并研究了三种金属（Cu，Ag和Al）与它接触的电学特性，以及退火对接触特性的影响．结果表明Cu，Ag与金刚石薄膜接触的电学特性比较类似，而Al则明显不同；而且退火对它们的接触特性影响很大 关键词：     

Studies on basicity of alkali metal catron exchanged β and X zeolites by pyrrole-IR spectroscopy

The strength of basic sites has been measured by pyrrole-IR on alkali metal cation exchanged β and X zeolites, as well as NaOH loaded Naβ. The influence of cation type and the structure of zeolites on their basicity has been studied. The acidic and basic properties of the samples were investigated by NH3-TPD and isopropanol reaction. It was shown that the strength of basic sites on samples could be characterized by the shift of vNH band in the pyrrole-IR spectra. The framework oxygen charges were calculated from the Sanderson electronegativity. The changes in basic properties with various alkali metal cation are consistent with the changes of local oxygen charges of the zeolite framework.
