The multiple-state storage capability of phase change memory (PCM) is confirmed by using stacked chalcogenide films as the storage medium. The current-voltage characteristics and the resistance-current characteristics of the PCM clearly indicate that four states can be stored in this stacked film structure. Qualitative analysis indicates that the multiple-state storage capability of this stacked film structure is due to successive crystallizations in different Si-Sb-Te layers triggered by different amplitude currents. 相似文献

The carbonyl iron flakes are fabricated by high-energy ball milling. The effective permeability is measured and calculated for the composite consisting of flakes embedded in a nonmagnetic matrix. The magnetic flakes with a shape anisotropy and random spatial distribution of normal direction are considered to calculate the complex permeability of magnetic flake materials. Its analytical model is derived from the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation and Bruggeman 's effective medium theory. The calculated results agree well with the experiment. 相似文献

采用便携式近红外光谱仪采集枸杞子表面不同部位的近红外漫反射光谱,结合多类支持向量机算法对枸杞子产地进行快速无损辨识。以识别率为评价指标进行光谱预处理方法的选择,为了消除样本划分偏性对结果的影响,本研究通过重复划分样本集多次建模与预测,利用识别率的统计结果考察各个光谱采集部位的建模结果。实验结果表明,原始数据经二阶导数加SG平滑处理后,所建模型具有良好的产地预测性能。除了枸杞子顶端部位外,其他部位模型的稳定性及准确性均较好,其外部验证识别率的中位数与平均值均大于97%。这表明利用枸杞子样品表面近红外光谱可实现产地的准确鉴别,便携式近红外光谱技术可作为中药材流通环节中的有效监控手段。 相似文献

The multilayer Laue lens (MLL) is a novel diffraction optics which can realize nanometer focusing of hard X-rays with high efficiency. In this paper, a 7.9 μm-thick MLL with the outmost layer thickness of 15 nm is designed based on dynamical diffraction theory. The MLL is fabricated by first depositing the depth-graded multilayer using direct current (DC) magnetron sputtering technology. Then, the multilayer sample is sliced, and both cross-sections are thinned and polished to a depth of 35-41 μm. The focusing property of the MLL is measured at the Shanghai Synchrotron Facility (SSRF). One-dimensional (1D) focusing resolutions of 205 nm and 221 nm are obtained at E=14 keV and 18 keV, respectively. It demonstrates that the fabricated MLL can focus hard X-rays into nanometer scale. 相似文献

Theoretical studies of cobalt(I)‐catalyzed hydroacylation of vinylsilanes and alkyl aldehydes 下载免费PDF全文
Density functional theory (DFT) was used to investigate computationally cobalt(I)‐catalyzed hydroacylation of vinylsilanes and alkyl aldehydes to give ketones. Calculation indicated that cobalt(I)‐catalyzed hydroacylation had eight possible reaction pathways. In the cobalt‐hydride complexes IM2a and IM2b, the hydrogen migration occurred prior to the carbon–carbon bond‐forming reaction. In the complexes IM3a1 and IM3b1, the carbonyl elimination reaction occurred prior to the direct reductive elimination reaction. In the cobalt–carbonyl complexes IM4a and IM4b, the carbonyl insertion reaction was much easier to achieve than the decarbonylation reaction. The dominant reaction pathway was the reaction channel IM1a → TS1a → IM2a → TS2a1 → IM3a1 → TS4a → IM4a → TS5a → IM5a → TS6a → IM6a, and the reductive elimination reaction was the rate‐determining step for this channel, so the dominant product predicted theoretically was the linear ketone. The phase transitions, lattice dynamical and thermodynamic properties of BeS, BsSe and BeTe at high pressure have been investigated with the density functional theory. The calculated equilibrium structural parameters agree well with the available experimental and theoretical values. The phase transition pressures from the zinc-blende (ZB) to the nickel arsenide (NiAs) phase of these compounds are determined. The calculated phonon dispersion curves of these compounds in ZB phase at zero pressure do not show any anomaly or instability. Dynamically, the ZB phase of BeS, BeSe and BeTe is found to be stable near transition pressures PT. Within the quasiharmonic approximation, the thermodynamic properties including the thermal expansion coefficient, heat capacity at constant volume, heat capacity at constant pressure and entropy are predicted. 相似文献
