A G 4.0 dendrimer-like poly (amido amine) (PAMAM) based on silica nanoparticles was fabricated via a divergent approach.It was built from γ-aminopropyi silica nanoparfides (APSN) core via repetitive addition of acrylate (MA) and hexylenediamine (HDA). FT-IR and EA were used to monitor the progress of dendrimer during each step. The amino group content of the resulting product increased from 0.49 to 3.72 mmol/g after the 4th generation. In addition, the percentage of grafting increased with increasing generation and reached to 65.9% after 4th generation. It was found that the resulting silica nanoparticles could be dispersed in methanol with a mean hydrodynamic particle diameter of 152.7 nm although the silica nanoparticles had agglomerated during the storage period. 相似文献

Hydrogen-free silicon nitride (SiNx) films were deposited at room temperature by microwave electron cyclotron resonance (MW-ECR) plasma enhanced unbalance magnetron sputtering system. Both Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy are used to study the bonding type and the change of bonding structures of the silicon nitride films. The results indicate that the chemical structure and composition of SiNx films deposited by this technique depend strongly on the N2 flow rates, the stoichiometric SiNx film, which has the highest hardness of 22.9 GPa, could be obtained at lower N2 flow rate of 4 sccm. 相似文献

The method of extracting and describing the intended behavior of software precisely has become one of the key points in the fields of software behavior's dynamic and trusted authentication. In this paper, the author proposes a specified measure of extracting SIBDS (software intended behaviors describing sets) statically from the binary executable using the software's API functions invoking, and also introduces the definition of the structure used to store the SIBDS in detail. Experimental results demonstrate that the extracting method and the storage structure definition offers three strong properties: (i) it can describe the software's intended behavior accurately; (ii) it demands a small storage expense; (iii) it provides strong capability to defend against mimicry attack. 相似文献

The copper(II) complex Na2[Cu(pba)] · 6H2O has been synthesized and its structure determined. It consists of a novel two-dimensional network of [Cu(pba)]2– anions connected to each other through the sodium ion as a bridge. Spectroscopic and magnetic properties have been measured and a spin distribution calculation has been carried out with the GAUSSIAN-94. Theoretical calculations indicate the rather larger spin density on nitrogen atoms should be responsible for the satellite lines appearing beside the main hyperfine coupling signs of copper(II). The antiferromagnetic interaction may be due to the intermolecular interaction and/or different copper(II) ions through the Na+ bridge in the same layer. 相似文献

Hybrid electrode combined coplanar waveguide (CPW) and microstrip lines in ultra-broadband electro-optic modulators. The characteristics of the modulators with hybrid electrode is like that of the modulator with the microstrip lines, in which the microstrip electrode is loaded above only one arm of Mach-Zehnder (M-Z) optical waveguide, besides the problem of microstrip line to coaxial transition and corona polarization in polymer modulators have been best solved at the same time. By using finite element method (FEM), the characteristic parameters such as half-wave voltage, modulation bandwidth characteristic impedance, effective microwave refractive index of polymer modulators with microstrip line and hybrid electrode are analysed and compared in this paper. We present a simplified relativistic configuration interaction method (SRCI), by which all the energy levels and oscillator strengths in each transition array can be calculated. There exist generalized quasi-sum relations for the calculated oscillator strengths in the relevant transition arrays by the SRCI and by an unresolved transition array model (UTA). Based on UTA and the detailed configuration accounting (DCA), with a fully relativistic treatment incorporated with the quantum defect theory, the X-ray absorption spectra for any middle- and high-Z plasmas or composite plasmas can be calculated with much less computational efforts. The gross features of calculated spectra by DCA-UTA are in agreement with the relevant experimental measurements, except some detailed structures in some narrow spectral ranges. Such detailed structures can be calculated by SRCI incorporated with DCA-UTA. As an illustrative example, the absorption spectra of Ge plasmas are calculated by DCA-UTA-SRCI and are in agreement with the experimental opacity data. Therefore, the theoretical method (DCA-UTA-SRCI) verified by experimental measurements will not only be a basic tool to provide “precision” opacity data for the inertial confinement fusion research (ICF) and studies in stellar physics but also can be used to analyze the relevant diagnostic measurements for ICF plasmas. 相似文献

采用激励光源为514.5 nm的分幅扫描单光子计数荧光光谱装置对经20℃、42℃和48℃不同温度处理后的反应中心复合物CP47/D1/D2/Cyt b559的荧光光谱特性进行了研究.经解析,获得不同温度处理后,CP47/D1/D2/Cyt b559复合物最大峰值未发生变化,均在682 nm,说明Chla670的能量都由Chla682接收,但损耗愈来愈小,在48℃时,损耗程度最小,而其荧光百分比未发生多大变化.振动副带~700 nm和~740 nm的中心波长都发生蓝移,在不同温度下分别为:20℃ 703 nm,749 nm;42℃ 697 nm,744 nm;48℃ 694 nm,740 nm.因此可以推测温度的升高,影响了CP47/D1/D2/Cyt b559色素蛋白的二级结构以及色素分子的空间位置,使最大峰值处的荧光强度逐渐降低,振动副带逐渐蓝移.42℃的温度已造成影响,48℃影响较大. 相似文献
