产芽孢细菌B130（BACILLUS SPP）培养条件的初步研究

本文就产芽孢细菌B130(Bacillus spp.)培养条件进行了初步研究,筛选出产菌量较高且来源方便,价格低廉的培养基成分(％w/v):豆饼粉3,麸皮4,玉米粉3,最适pH:6.5或8.0,确定了最佳培养时间区间为平衡期末期。     

Single-molecule single crystals

Various approaches to the preparation and verification of single-molecule single crystals are discussed for polyethylene and poly (oxyethylene). Analytic tools are electron microscopy, electron diffraction, and differential scanning calorimetry. The main difficulty in producing a single-molecule single crystal is to keep crystals from joining during growth.     

Numerical analysis for stochastic age-dependent population equations with Poisson jumps

In this paper, stochastic age-dependent population equations with Poisson jumps are considered. In general, most of stochastic age-dependent population equations with jumps do not have explicit solutions, thus numerical approximation schemes are invaluable tools for exploring their properties. The main purpose of this paper is to develop a numerical Euler scheme and show the convergence of the numerical approximation solution to the true solution.     

AnUV-algorithm for semi-infinite multiobjective programming

In this paper, we give an application ofUV-decomposition method of convex programming to multiobjective programming, and offer a new algorithm for solving semi-infinite multiobjective programming. Finally, the superlinear convergence of the algorithm is proved.     

Inexact Newton methods for the nonlinear complementarity problem

An exact Newton method for solving a nonlinear complementarity problem consists of solving a sequence of linear complementarity subproblems. For problems of large size, solving the subproblems exactly can be very expensive. In this paper we study inexact Newton methods for solving the nonlinear, complementarity problem. In such an inexact method, the subproblems are solved only up to a certain degree of accuracy. The necessary accuracies that are needed to preserve the nice features of the exact Newton method are established and analyzed. We also discuss some extensions as well as an application. This research was based on work supported by the National Science Foundation under grant ECS-8407240.     

Introduction and Applications of a Generalized Intermediate Entangled State Representation

We introduce a generalized intermediate entangled state representation ｜β〉Λ to study the energy spectrum of an electron in a uniform magnetic field and a harmonic potential through algebraic calculatiOn. We find that the degeneracy of the energy levels is disappeared due to the existence of the additional potential. We make it clear that the eigenfunction is just the expression of eigenvector, defined in n Fock space, in ｜β〉Λ representation.     

Nondestructive testing by ESPI and quasi phase shift gradient technique

A new nondestructive testing (NDT) technique, which is based on Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry (ESPI) and digital image processing with quasi phase shift and gradient technique, is presented. A simple phase reduction algorithm is developed, which replaced an accurate phase shifter. Compared with other phase shift techniques, this method is insensitive to environmental vibration and air disturbance, has visible procedures and results allows the object to move slowly during the inspection procedure, does not need phase unwrapping, and has a quick image processing speed. As an application, this NDT technique is used to detect defects in composite materials and the resulting deformation phase gradient image shows a better visual effect than normal ESPI.     

天生桥水电站土石过水围堰的试验研究

本文通过对天生桥水电站土石过水围堰的试验研究,全面阐述了土石过水围堰的体型及其适用条件,提出了确定平台高程的定量标准。比较了混凝土面板、铅丝笼与钢筋笼等不同防护型式,通过试验与理论分析,求得稳定曲线与经验公式。试验结果表明:钢筋笼的稳定性为最好。
