二道沟金矿床中的稀土元素地球化学特征

通过对未蚀变流纹岩，蚀变流纹岩和金矿石中稀土元素组成及分布模式的研究，表明岩浆热液与以大气降水为来源的地下水相混合后形成的成矿热液中稀土元素具有富集ＬＲＥ、稀土元素总量低以及Ｅｕ具有明显负异常的特征。     

Comparative resin kinetics using in situ fluorescence measurements

The aminolysis of a novel activated ester resin was utilized for kinetic study via continuous in situ fluorescence measurements. A variety of resin compositions (polystyrene, JandaJel, ArgoPore, TentaGel, NovaGel, and PEGA) and solvents (dimethylformamide, acetonitrile, tetrahydrofuran, 1,2-dichlorethane, and toluene) were tested to compare their effects on the reaction rate. A linear relationship between the reaction rate and (solvent polarity x swelling of resin) was elucidated for the aminolysis reaction.     

SYNTHESIS OF MESOPOROUS POLY(STYRENE-co-MALEIC ANHYDRIDE)/SILICA HYBRID MATERIALS VIA A NONSURFACTANT-TEMPLATED SOL-GEL PROCESS*

Mesoporous poly (styrene-co-maleic anhydride)/silica hybrid materials have been prepared. The synthesis wasachieved by the HCl-catalyzed sol-gel reactions of tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and styrene-maleic anhydride copolymerin the presence of 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES) as a coupling agent and citric acid as a nonsurfactant template orpore-forming agent, followed by ethanol extraction. Characterization results from nitrogen sorption isotherms and powder X-ray diffraction indicate that polymer-modified mesoporous materials with large specific surface areas (e.g. 900 m~2/g) andpore volumes (e.g. 0.6 cm~3/g) could be prepared. As the citric acid concentration is increased, the specific surface areas, porevolumes and pore diameters of the hybrid materials increase.     

Impact of prefractionation using Gradiflow on two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and protein identification by matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry

Prefractionation of protein samples prior to two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) has the potential to increase the dynamic detection range for proteomic analysis. We evaluated a membrane-based electrophoretic separation technique (Gradiflow) for its ability to fractionate an exoproteome sample from the filamentous fungus Trichoderma reesei. The sample was separated on the basis of size and charge. Buffer optimization was found to be necessary for successful size fractionation. Fractionation by charge was used to resolve the sample into four fractions that were subjected to analysis by two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE). Enhanced detection of low-abundance proteins with selective removal of high-abundance species was achieved. Fractionated and unfractionated samples were examined for differences in the ability to identify proteins following 2-DE using trypsin in-gel digestion followed by peptide mass fingerprinting using matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS). Fractionated samples showed marked improvement in protein identification ability and sequence coverage. This study demonstrates the utility of the Gradiflow for fractionation, resulting in an enhancement of resolution and characterization of a moderately complex proteome.

Nd—Al双金属活性体的组成及其对共轭双烯烃的聚合

稀土Ziegler-Natta催化剂活性体对双烯烃配位聚合的研究已有很多报道。作者曾从NdCl_3·3P_(350)~(**)-Al(i-Bu)_3体系分离出Nd-Al双金属活性体。本文从NdCl_3·3P_(350)-HAl(i-Bu)_2和Al(C_2H_5)_3反应体系中分离出一系列Nd-Al双金属活性体,用元素分析方法研究了这些活性体的组成,并综合考察了在无助催化剂AlR_3存在下从不同烷基铝获得的活性体本身对共轭双烯烃的定向聚合能力。 单体、溶剂、HAl(i-Bu)_2、Al(C_2H_5)_5及活性体的合成,聚合方法,聚合物表征均按文献[4]。     

源内裂解液相色谱-质谱鉴别人参皂甙砒和拟人参皂甙F11

研究了利用源内碰撞诱导解离（in-source collision—induced dissociation）的高效液相色谱-大气压化学电离质谱（HPLC—APCI／MS）获取人参和西洋参的化学标志物——人参皂甙Rf和拟人参皂甙F11的特征结构信息及鉴别人参和西洋参的方法。在乙腈-水梯度洗脱反相液相色谱及源内碰撞诱导解离条件下，能获得人参皂甙Rf和拟人参皂甙F11的母核离子及去糖基离子的源内碰撞诱导解离谱，从其差别能清楚区分这对同分异构体。本方法对人参皂甙Rf和拟人参皂甙F11的检出限能达到10^-7g柱上样量，简单、快速，单次质谱实验就能鉴别人参和西洋参。     

四（2,4—二叔戊基苯氧基）酞菁铜（Ⅱ）的合成及其LB膜

合成了标题酞菁铜衍生物,并通过元素分析,高压液相色谱,紫外光谱,红外光谱,核磁共振谱,电镜,顺磁共振谱及质谱加以确认。该化合物在稀氯仿溶液和LB膜中各以单,双分子缔合的形式存在。Z型沉积形成的单层LB膜对氨气有很高的灵敏度和选择性。     

High-throughput protein analysis by multiplexed sodium dodecyl sulfate capillary gel electrophoresis with UV absorption detection

We have developed a novel, high-throughput approach for molecular mass determination of proteins from 14 200 to 116 000 based upon multiplexed, absorbance-based capillary electrophoresis. Via capillary multiplexing, 96 samples were analyzed simultaneously within 30 min. Detection with ultraviolet light obviates the need for protein staining or derivatization. The detection limit of the system was estimated at 5 microg/ml bovine serum albumin (BSA) when sampled from 12.5 mM Tris-HCl. The linear dynamic range was over two orders of magnitude from 5 microg/ml to 1000 microg/ml for BSA. Better than 5% sizing accuracy for protein molecular mass determination and excellent run-to-run and day-to-day reproducibility was obtainable with the described method.

设计和建立了一套能耐高温的用于多相催化反应研究的原位红外系统，反应温度从室温到１１５０Ｋ，系统真空为１．０＊１０＾５－１．０－１０＾－４Ｐａ，红外光谱检测范围为４８００－２００ｃｍ＾－１。此系统扩展了原仪器的功能，提高了仪器利用率和效率。
