高比表面积MgO-CeO2复合氧化物的制备和表征

用共沉淀法制备了高比表面积的MgO-CeO2复合氧化物，考察了表面活性剂和沉淀剂等对MgO-CeO2复合氧化物的影响，结果表明，在表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵（CTAB）存在的条件下，采用NaOH为沉淀剂，可以制得比表面积为200m^2／g、粒径为5nm左右的纳米MgO-CeO2复合氧化物，并且形成了Mg0.1Ce0.9O2-δ固溶体-焙烧温度超过400℃以后，MgO-CeO2晶粒容易长大，使得比表面积下降。

提出了两种与预解算子有关的迭代序列,得到了Hilbert空间中一类变分不等式的近似解,并证明了迭代序列在各自条件下的强收敛性和弱收敛性.     

Gene flow from genetically modified herbicide-resistant rapeseed to cruciferous weeds

The sexual compatibility between genetically modified (GM) glyphosate-resistant rapeseed variety Q3 (Brassica napus L.) and 5 cruciferous weeds is studied through the observation of fluorescence microscopy and cross-fertility after manual pollination. The results indicated that Q3 (as male) was highly incompatible with Thlaspi arvense L., Capsella bursa?pastoris (L.) Medic, Cardamine hirsuta L. and Rorippa palustris (L.) Besser (as female). Fluorescence microscopic observation showed that growing of pollen tubes terminated on the stigma surface or at the upper 1/3 part of the style. However, B. juncea×Q3 was compatible, and the compatibility index was 1.65. Under the neighboring growth and natural pollination conditions, the rates of gene flow from Q3 to T. arvense, C. bursa-pastoris, C. hirsute and R. palustris were all 0, while it was 0.86% for B. juncea. These results indicate that there is difference in the rate of gene flow between GM rapeseed and cruciferous wild weeds, and frequency of gene flow is highly correlated with sexual compatibility.     

序列线性方程组方法解约束SC1函数最小化问题

对不等式约束SC1函数最小化问题提出一个可行的序列线性方程组算法.算法的每步迭代,子问题只需解具有相同的系数矩阵的四个简化的线性方程组.这个算法的特点是产生的迭代点是可行的;只考虑指标在集合I的一个子集Ak中的约束函数;不需假定聚点的孤立性,就可证明算法产生的迭代点全局收敛到问题的KKT(库恩-塔克)点.在较弱条件下,证明算法是超线性收敛的.

40Ar-39Ar thermochronology of two ductile shear zones from Yiwulüshan, West Liaoning Region: Age constraints on the Mesozoic tectonic events

Two ductile shear zones trending EW and NNE respectively not only controlled the tectonic framework of the northern North China, but also constrained the geodynamic background for gold mineralization in this region. Field observations and microstructural analyses reveal that the EW trending ductile shear zones are mainly contributed to dextral compressional deformation resulting from top-to- the-southeast oblique thrust shearing, whereas the NNE trending ones are genetically related to sinistral strike-slip and extensional faulting. One sample from the former yielded an 40Ar-39Ar plateau age of (219±4) Ma (Bi) and two samples from the latter gave 40Ar-39Ar plateau ages of (116±2) Ma (Bi) and (127±3) Ma (Bi). These ages provide constraints on the top-to-the-southeast oblique thrusting event occurring in Late Triassic and the sinistral extensional and strike-slip faulting event which occurred in Early Cretaceous.     

鸡肉蛋白水解液的研究

用酶水解鸡肉 ,通过单因素实验确定胰蛋白酶 1、中性蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶、酸性蛋白酶、碱性蛋白酶、胰酶 2、胃蛋白酶水解鸡肉的最适条件 ,并确定在它们的最适条件下 ,胰蛋白酶和木瓜蛋白酶是单酶水解较好的酶。在双酶水解中 ,发现胰蛋白酶 1与酸性蛋白酶在各自最适条件下组合水解鸡肉水解率最高 ,进一步确定双酶水解的条件为胰蛋白酶先在 5 0℃ ,p H8.5 ,加酶量 40 0 0 U/ g蛋白质 ,固液比 1∶ 4,水解 3h,后酸性蛋白酶在 45℃ ,p H2 .5 ,加酶量 40 0 0 U/ g蛋白质水解 2 h。在这种组合下酶解 ,水解产物的水解度为 40 .5 % ,蛋白回收率为 81.0 %
