MOCVD生长的GaN单晶膜透射光谱研究

采用MOCVD技术在Al2O3(0001)衬底上生长了GaN薄膜，使用透射光谱、光致发光光谱和X射线双晶衍射三种技术测试了五类GaN薄膜样品，实验结果表明：GaN薄膜透射谱反映出的GaN质量与X射线双晶衍射测量的结果一致，即透射率越大，半高宽越小，结晶质量越好；而X射线双晶衍射峰半高宽最小的样品，其PL谱的带边峰却很弱，这说明PL谱反映样品的光学性能与X射线双晶衍射获得的结晶质量不存在简单的对应关系，同时还报导了一种特殊工艺生长的高阻GaN样品的RBS／沟道结果。

滤波与屏蔽、接地共同构成完善的电磁干扰防护,介绍如何正确选择与安装滤波器,利用其衰减特性,使其对电磁干扰的抑制作用达到预期的效果。     

考虑流体湿润性影响的核沸腾RohsenoW修正模型

添加界面活性剂的核沸腾在改变蒸气泡生长特性的同时，主要是强化了对流换热．本文考虑流体湿润性影响，对核沸腾换热沿用最广的对流类比模型－Ｒｏｈｓｅｎｏｗ模型进行了修正．通过对实验数据的检验，表明修正后的模型预示值与实测结果吻合很好．     

Design and Fabrication of 1.06 μm Resonant-Cavity Enhanced Reflective Modulator with GaInAs/GaAs Quantum Wells

A resonant-cavity enhanced reflective optical modulator is designed and fabricated, with three groups of three highly strained InGaAs/GaAs quantum wells in the cavity, for low voltage and high contrast ratio operation. The quantum wells are positioned in antinodes of the optical standing wave. The modulator is grown in a single growth step in an molecular beam epitaxy system, using GaAs/AlAs distributed Bragg reflectors as both the top and bottom mirrors. Results show that the reflection device has a modulation extinction of 3 dB at -4.5 V bias.     

T-RBAC访问控制模型及其约束描述语言

一种结合了基于任务的访问控制模型TBAC和基于角色的访问控制模型RBAC特点的新型访问控制模型-T-RBAC.该模型采用了以任务为中心的"用户-角色-任务-权限"的四级访问控制结构,较好地解决了当前工作流系统中存在的安全性问题.此外,在新模型的基础上设计了一套描述约束机制的语言ETCL,该语言在RCL2000的基础上扩充了时间特性和任务的概念,使新模型具备了较完整的约束描述能力.     

Effect of Molecular Weight on Liquid Crystal Photoalignment by Photosensitive Polyester Containing Thrifluoromethyl Moieties

We investigate the liquid-crystal （LC） alignment direction on photoalignment films formed from photosensitive polyester containing thrifluoromethyl moieties （PPDA） with various molecular weights by crossed polarized optical microscopy. It is found that LC alignment behaviour changes with molecular weight of PPDA. The LC alignment on PPDA irradiated films with the highest molecular weight is homogeneous, while those with low and intermediate molecular weights are homeotropic. However, surface morphologies show weak dependence on molecular weight. The surfaces are smooth and there is no clear morphological anisotropy on these aligned films observed by an atomic force microscope. The surface energies of the irradiated films are also measured by using an indirect contact-angle method where both surface energy and its polar component, increase with increasing molecular weight. Different polar surface energies can be considered as a main reason for different alignment characteristics.     

生长曲线模型中回归系数阵的极大似然估计的精确分布

对于生长曲线模型,基于理论发展和应用效果的考虑,本文引入了Gauss型误差．在此误差下,本文研究了模型中回归系数阵的极大似然估计的精确分布,求出了此分布的密度和特征函数．     

Spatially Inhomogeneous Gain Modification in Photonic Crystals

The electric and magnetic energy distributions in photonic crystals （PC） are calculated by using the plane wave expansion （PWE） method. Even though the total electric and magnetic energy in each unit cell of photonic crystals are equal to each other, the ratio of electric and magnetic energy densities varies depending on the local position. Based on Fermi＇s golden rule, the optical gain is analysed in the full quantum framework that takes the nonuniform energy density ratio into account. This nonuniform energy density ratio in photonic crystals, defined in an equal form as gain modification factor, leads to spatially inhomogeneous modification of optical gain. Results reported in the paper provide a new perspective for analysing gain characteristics, as well as the lasing properties, in photonic crystals.     

基于CTV100平台的DPTV系统的研究与实现

从硬件和软件两方面详细阐述了基于CTV100平台的DPTV系统,并给出了总体设计框图和设计流程图。本项目采用意法半导体公司(ST)的CTV100解决方案,实现了对传统模拟电视信号的高效数字域处理,显著提高了电视画面的图像质量;并通过采用基于32bitCPU的OS20嵌入式操作系统,实现了多种传统模拟电视无法实现的功能。     

学报青年编辑心理素质的表现及培养途径

作为一个职业编辑或有志于学报编辑工作的同志，有必要读读《中国编辑史》一书，目的是为了了解一下我国编辑工作的历史。创新总是以前人的经验和成果为基础。我们研究中国编辑史的目的是为了吸收前人的经验和教训，并从中获取某种启示，从而做好自己的本职工作。从前人典型事例以及自己的工作实践两方面探讨了学报青年编辑的良好心理素质的表现以及培养途径。
