浅谈宽带接入技术及小区智能化的发展趋势

简单介绍了几种宽带接入技术,分析了小区宽带接入面临的问题及选择的接入技术方案,并展望了住宅智能化的发展趋势。     

Investigation of Impurity Ion Transport with Laser Blow-off in HL-2A Tokamak

Non-recycling impurities are injected into ohmic HL-2A plasma for the first time. The impurities of titanium and aluminium are injected in the discharges with varying plasma density and current. The convection and diffusion process of the injected impurity ions during the inward phase are qualitatively investigated. The results show that the transport of impurities is much slower in the central region of the plasma than outside of it and that it is greatly enhanced during sawtooth crashes.     

BOUND POLARONS IN ASYMMETRIC QUANTUM WELLS IN AN ELECTRIC FIELD

We have proposed the Hamiltonian of a polaron bound to a donor impurity in semiconductor quantum wells (QWs) in the presence of an electric field. The couplings of an electron with the confined bulk like longitudinal optical (L₀) phonons, halfspace L₀ phonons and interface phonons are considered. In particular, the interaction of the impurity with the various phonon modes is also included. We have calculated the ionization energy of a bound polaron in Al_xl Ga_1-xl As/GaAs/Al_xr Ga_1-xr As asymmetric and symmetric QWs. Results are obtained as a function of the barrier height (or equivalently of Al concentration x),the well width, the electric field intensities and the position of impurity in the QWs. Our numerical calculations show clearly that the interaction between the impurity and the phonon field plays an important role in screening the Coulomb interaction. It is shown that for at hin well (＜12nm), the cumulative effects of the electronphonon coupling and the impurityphonon coupling can contribute appreciably to the donor ionization energy and polarizability.     

稀土金属合金纳米粒子制备及特性研究

采用直流等离子体电弧法在甲烷，氢氩气氛下制备了钐铁合金的多种纳米粉，在甲烷气氛下没有钐或铁的氧化物生成，反应生成Fe3C，在氢氩气氛下，有钐的氧化物存在，在纯甲烷气氛下制备的样品的矫顽力大，在氢氩氯氛下制备的纳米颗粒的饱和磁化强度和剩余磁化强度高，而且矫顽力也不低。     

圆柱面绕任意轴回转形成的包络面分析

在分析及计算椭圆上距离任意已知点最远或最近的点基础上,分析了最远点及最近点在圆柱面绕任意轴回转形成包络面过程中的作用,从而由最远点及最近点的计算公式导出了多种形式的包络面方程,并由此找出了包络面受各种因素影响的规律.     

离心流动超细粉碎机中粉碎球的运动特性

介绍了离心流动超细粉碎机的工作原理和特征，并由广义的运动微分方程推导出离心流动超细粉碎机中粉碎球的运动方程，进而总结出离心流动超细粉碎机设计中最重要的设计参数——最优抛出角％的计算方法。为离心流动超细粉碎机的实际应用提供了理论基础与依据。     

~(147)Pm激发的ZnS∶Cu,Cl发光粉的研究

以高纯ZnS粉末为基质,采用高温转相、扩散,以及表面涂敷工艺,制得了147Pm激发的ZnS∶Cu,Cl发光粉。分析了ZnS∶Cu,Cl的晶体结构,测量了ZnS∶Cu,Cl的激发光谱、发射光谱、发光亮度。其晶体结构主要是六方纤锌矿型结构,激发光谱峰值波长为341nm,发射光谱峰值波长为513nm,初始发光亮度达到312mcd/m2。由激发光谱的峰值波长341nm推算得到六方ZnS晶体的禁带宽度为3.64eV。分析了147Pm激发的ZnS∶Cu,Cl发光粉的发光寿命,其发光寿命达到5年以上。还探讨了该放射性发光粉的发光机理。147Pm激发的ZnS∶Cu,Cl的稳定发光,实际上是激发过程与复合过程的准平衡。ZnS∶Cu,Cl的绿色发光来源于深施主-深受主对的复合发射。实验结果的分析表明,ZnS∶Cu,Cl中深施主-深受主之间的能级间隔约为2.42eV。     

"十二五"期间广西酸雨污染变化特征分析

为了解"十二五"期间广西酸雨污染特征及变化趋势情况,利用"十二五"期间广西全区14个市的大气降水监测数据,通过pH值、酸雨频率、降水离子组分3方面数据统计并分析其变化趋势。"十二五"期间广西酸雨污染主要为弱酸性酸雨,其次为酸性酸雨,重酸性酸雨污染占比不足20%,较少有严重酸性酸雨;降水酸度总体呈减弱趋势,酸雨频率呈波动下降趋势,5年期间城市酸雨污染整体呈减轻趋势;酸雨区域主要集中在桂北、桂西部地区,东南部由酸雨区域变为非酸雨区域,酸雨区域面积有所减少;降水中SO24-离子当量浓度逐年下降,NO3-离子当量浓度呈上升趋势,SO24-/NO3-的比值呈现显著下降趋势,广西酸雨污染特征由硫酸型向硫酸与硝酸混合型酸雨过渡。广西的酸雨污染略有减轻趋势,这与广西近年来的环境治理取得的成效有关。
