MP2/6-31+G* calculations were performed on the cation- complexes of ethylene, cyclobutadiene and benzene with a number of atomic cations. It was found that except B+ all the atomic cations form -type cation- complexes with ethylene. On the other hand, with cyclobutadiene Li+, N+, Na+, P+ and K+ form -type complexes, whereas H+, F+, and Cl+ form covalent -type complexes. With benzene Li+, B+, Na+, Al+, and K+ form -type complexes whereas H+, F+, and Cl+ form -type complexes. It was concluded that the driving force to form the -type complex is chemical bonding, and that for metal cations to form -type complexes is non-covalent interaction. 相似文献

本文研究了供氧能力对土曲霉IFO-6365分批发酵生产衣康酸能力的影响。当通风比为0.5V.V.m,搅拌叶轮末端线速度为125.7cm/s时的最大衣康酸发酵产率分别是叶轮末端线速度为94.2cm/s和78.5cm/s的1.28倍和3倍;当添加氧载体──正十二烷,叶轮末端线速度为78.5cm/s时,与对照相比,可提高产酸14%,但在更高的叶轮末端线速度条件下,加入正十二烷,只能促进菌体的生长,对发酵产酸是抑制作用。 相似文献

在项目开发前期通过优化电驱动桥扭矩特性的设计,可以规避噪声大问题。根据电驱动桥台架在对应扭矩下的振动噪声特性,提出了一套稳定高效的测试流程和分析方法。首先设计了一套完整的试验流程,制定了精准的数据分析方法。然后绘制出能够全面反映电驱动桥振动噪声特性的等高图。最后利用电驱动桥台架的振动噪声等高图,准确评估电驱动桥加速工况下振动噪声风险,为主机厂和电驱动桥零部件企业提供电驱动桥扭矩特性设计前期指导。利用该方法成功识别到某电驱动桥匀速及加速工况下电机及齿轮的啸叫问题。通过优化电驱动桥扭矩特性设计,电机48阶噪声峰值降低了8.5dB(A),确认该方法准确可靠,具备推广应用价值。 相似文献

The study on the mechanism and kinetics of mRNA degradation provides a new vision for chemical intervention on protein expression. The AU enrichment element (ARE) in mRNA 3′-UTR can be recognized and bound by the ARE binding protein (AU-rich Element factor (AUF1) to recruit RNase for degradation. In the present study, we proposed a novel strategy for expression regulation that interferes with the AUF1-RNA binding. A small-molecule compound, JNJ-7706621, was found to bind AUF1 protein and inhibit mRNA degradation by screening the commercial compound library. We discovered that JNJ-7706621 could inhibit the expression of AUF1 targeted gene IL8, an essential pro-inflammatory factor, by interfering with the mRNA homeostatic state. Phytotherapy offers obvious advantages in the intervention of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), but it is difficult to clarify the working mechanisms of the medicinal materials it uses. DGS is a natural vasoprotective combination that was screened out in our previous research, yet its potential components and mechanisms are unknown. Therefore, in this study, HPLC-MS and network pharmacology were employed to identify the active components and key signaling pathways of DGS. Transgenic zebrafish and HUVECs cell assays were used to evaluate the effectiveness of DGS. A total of 37 potentially active compounds were identified that interacted with 112 potential targets of CAD. Furthermore, PI3K-Akt, MAPK, relaxin, VEGF, and other signal pathways were determined to be the most promising DGS-mediated pathways. NO kit, ELISA, and Western blot results showed that DGS significantly promoted NO and VEGFA secretion via the upregulation of VEGFR2 expression and the phosphorylation of Akt, Erk1/2, and eNOS to cause angiogenesis and vasodilation. The result of dynamics molecular docking indicated that Salvianolic acid C may be a key active component of DGS in the treatment of CAD. In conclusion, this study has shed light on the network molecular mechanism of DGS for the intervention of CAD using a network pharmacology-driven strategy for the first time to aid in the intervention of CAD. 相似文献

Iron–manganese silicate (IMS) was synthesized by chemical coprecipitation and used as a catalyst for ozonating acrylic acid (AA) in semicontinuous flow mode. The Fe-O-Mn bond, Fe-Si, and Mn-Si binary oxide were formed in IMS on the basis of the results of XRD, FTIR, and XPS analysis. The removal efficiency of AA was highest in the IMS catalytic ozonation processes (98.9% in 15 min) compared with ozonation alone (62.7%), iron silicate (IS) catalytic ozonation (95.6%), and manganese silicate catalytic ozonation (94.8%). Meanwhile, the removal efficiencies of total organic carbon (TOC) were also improved in the IMS catalytic ozonation processes. The IMS showed high stability and ozone utilization. Additionally, H2O2 was formed in the process of IMS catalytic ozonation. Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) analysis and radical scavenger experiments confirmed that hydroxyl radicals (•OH) were the dominant oxidants. Cl−, HCO3−, PO43−, Ca2+, and Mg2+ in aqueous solution could adversely affect AA degradation. In the IMS catalytic ozonation of AA, the surface hydroxyl groups and Lewis acid sites played an important role. 相似文献

利用生理信号的无线测量设备实现了对驾驶员在驾驶过程中的脑电信号、肌电信号和呼吸信号的采集,并对其进行分析处理,从而实现驾驶员的疲劳检测.首先分别计算三个生理信号的近似熵并将其作为疲劳检测的特征参数,然后使用主成分分析对特征参数进行降维优化处理,同时对原始特征参数和分析后的主成分分别进行统计分析,基于优化处理后的特征参数利用回归方程建立驾驶疲劳估计模型.最后通过交叉验证对本方法进行评价,并使用数据融合方法给出了综合的评价结果.评价结果表明提出的方法对驾驶员疲劳状态的检测正确率达到90%以上. 相似文献
