关中地区区域开发对策探讨

基于关中地区区域经济发展现状及所处的发展阶段,对影响区域经济发展的主要问题与潜力作了深入的分析研究,提出了相应的产业结构优化、技术开发、点轴开发—网络发展的空间开发对策.     

光学导引系统的建模与仿真

在整个定点着舰过程中，飞机着舰下滑阶段的操纵难度和危险系数都是最高的，如何解决光学导引仿真中模型的准确度和视景特效的逼真度。是定点着舰仿真应用的重中之重。为了解决上述问题，根据光学导引秉统成像原理以及飞机、舰之间的几何关系，实时计算光学下滑道，建立了仿真平台的数学模型，并给出了状态方程。在基于VP平台的视景系统中，采用“立体光面”和动态缩放光晕的方法建立菲涅尔助降灯阵和迎角指示器的模型，保证了模拟着舰过程中飞行员视觉的逼真度。以美F-16飞机模型，进行了多次计算机仿真着舰，试验数据表明：在理想条件下光学导引仿真平台模型正确可信，飞行员着舰质量明显提高，能够起到导引着舰的作用。     

城市交通组织优化仿真模型的参数估计新方法

从逼近性较好和易于计算机实现两个角度,对城市交通组织优化仿真模型中参数估计方法进行了研究,给出了极大似然估计法、范数理论的数据拟合以及三次B样条拟合方法,并对3种方法的特点和适用条件进行了比较。极大似然估计法基于数理统计理论,建立在已有试验数据基础上,适合于精度要求不高的情况;范数理论的数据拟合采用欧氏范数(1-范数,2-范数,无穷范数)作为误差量度的准则,理论严密,有明确的几何意义,适合于拟合函数曲线特征比较明显的情况;数据分布规律不明显时,采用三次B样条函数拟合。实例表明,3种仿真模型参数估计方法均是可行的,平均绝对误差从小到大依次为三次B样条拟合方法、2-范数拟合方法和极大似然估计法,分别为0.002 80、.016 90、.017 1。在实际工程中,应分别采用3种方法进行估计,选择误差较小的方法。     

Diverse antidepressants increase CDP-diacylglycerol production and phosphatidylinositide resynthesis in depression-relevant regions of the rat brain

Background  

Major depression is a serious mood disorder affecting millions of adults and children worldwide. While the etiopathology of depression remains obscure, antidepressant medications increase synaptic levels of monoamine neurotransmitters in brain regions associated with the disease. Monoamine transmitters activate multiple signaling cascades some of which have been investigated as potential mediators of depression or antidepressant drug action. However, the diacylglycerol arm of phosphoinositide signaling cascades has not been systematically investigated, even though downstream targets of this cascade have been implicated in depression. With the ultimate goal of uncovering the primary postsynaptic actions that may initiate cellular antidepressive signaling, we have examined the antidepressant-induced production of CDP-diacylglycerol which is both a product of diacylglycerol phosphorylation and a precursor for the synthesis of physiologically critical glycerophospholipids such as the phosphatidylinositides. For this, drug effects on [³H]cytidine-labeled CDP-diacylglycerol and [³H]inositol-labeled phosphatidylinositides were measured in response to the tricyclics desipramine and imipramine, the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors fluoxetine and paroxetine, the atypical antidepressants maprotiline and nomifensine, and several monoamine oxidase inhibitors.

本文依据自我概念的心理学意义，对国内亨利·米勒研究中性话语意义解释的“自我说”予以反思并做出另类理解。就作品整体而言，作者性自由张扬的是基于原欲的本能品质，主要依靠虚拟的方式进行满足，而且性话语的倾诉伤害了两性关系的自然情感。所以，笔者认为，作家小说中通过性方式对自我的确认和建构没有实现，也不可能实现。

Generation of Laser Light via Ultrasonic Four-wave Mixing

On the basis of the interaction between phonons in ionic crystals with anharmonic lattice vibration, we present a laser model on acoustic nondegenerate four-wave mixing. Two beams of highfrequency ultrasound, incident on the acoustic cavity fulfilled with the medium of ionic crystal, play the role of pumping and one of the two side-band modes of the pumping frequency as an acoustic signal mode has a strong interaction with the optical cavity mode, the coupling-out of which wiIl be the light (far-infrared) output of a laser. The problem is treated with quantum-mechanics. The theory shows that there is the threshold phenomenon as usual lasers and a so called "phase-matching" condition is derived, which should be satisfied for stability of the system.     

装配化门洞式膺架体系设计

文章介绍了一种应用于现浇梁施工的装配化门洞式膺架体系的设计思路,它实现了基础、立柱钢管与支撑结构、柱顶分配梁、落架装置、承重主梁等膺架主要部件的标准化、模块化和装配化,提高了现浇梁承重支架施工的工效和周转利用率,减少了工程废弃物,节能环保,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益.     

2种滇产中药材中11个重金属的含量测定

采取混酸湿法消解及微波消解样品,利用原子荧光光谱法及原子吸收分光光度法测定含量.2药材重金属含量(mg/kg)分别为As:0.68,1.39,Pb:0.23,0.16,Cd:0.08,0.14,Ni:0.84,1.84,Cr:4.20,6.96,Fe:254.43,431.23,Mn:9.22,4.02,Cu:4.26,3.88,Zn:19.92,20.22,其中砷的检出限为0.054 3μg/L,2种中药材的砷的加标回收率分别为98.39%~107.72%、96.87%~104.98%.该方法操作简单、准确灵敏,为中药材中重金属含量测定提供了较好的方法.     

城镇居民休闲行为研究——以福州市闽侯县甘蔗街道为例

以福州市闽侯县甘蔗街道居民为调查对象,现场随机选取202个样本,进行问卷调查和访谈,从休闲时间、休闲动机、休闲障碍、休闲方式,休闲消费等角度描绘了不同年龄、职业、教育程度、婚姻状况和收入的城市近郊居民的休闲行为特征,并针对发现问题,提出相关改善建议.研究发现居民工作日和周末及节假日的休闲方式几乎相同,以与家人在家、看电视、上网和逛商场为主,最大的休闲障碍是时间,其次是兴趣,当地居民普遍文化程度不高,导致居民的休闲质量偏低.
