东北亚问题的历史考察与启示

冷战结束后,东北亚问题不但没有得到较好的解决与控制,反而变得愈加错综复杂.在全球化和区域合作的推动下,东北亚国家应积极构建集体身份认同,改变零和博弈的生存发晨观,增加政治互信,调整国家战略利益,加强协调与合作,理性应对特殊的国际环境,促使东北亚问题向着缓和方向发展.     

软件无线电的新进展

针对软件无线电在军用及民用等方面有着极为广阔的应用前景，阐述了软件无线电的开放式总线结构、高性能的互连结构、高速DSP、宽带模数转换器(ADC)、数字下变频器(DDC)等关键技术，介绍了软件无线电的工业标准(MMITS)，2l世纪国防远景展望及软件协议，并总结了近几年来在体系结构、器件和技术标准等方面所取得的一些新进展。     

Cytotoxic and NF-κB inhibitory sesquiterpene lactones from Piptocoma rufescens

Six new (1-6) and eight known germacranolide-type sesquiterpene lactones, along with several known phenylpropanol coumarates and methylated flavonoids, were isolated from the leaves of Piptocoma rufescens, collected in the Dominican Republic. The new compounds were identified by analysis of their spectroscopic data, with the molecular structure of 3 being established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The absolute configurations of the sesquiterpene lactones isolated were determined from their CD and NOESY NMR spectra, together with the analysis of Mosher ester reactions. Bioassay screening results showed the majority of the sesquiterpene lactones isolated (1-13) to be highly cytotoxic toward the HT-29 human colon cancer cell line, with the most potent compound being 15-deoxygoyazensolide (10, IC(50), 0.26 μM). In addition, several of the sesquiterpene lactones exhibited NF-κB (p65) inhibitory activity.     

Biodegradable aromatic copolyesters made from bicyclic acetalized galactaric acid

Random poly(hexamethylene terephthalate‐co‐galactarate)s and poly(dodecamethylene terephthalate‐co‐galactarate)s copolyesters covering the whole range of compositions were obtained with weight‐average molecular weights of ～30,000–50,000 g mol^?1 by melt polycondensation. They were thermally stable above 300 °C, and displayed T_g in the +20 to ?20 °C range with values steadily decreasing with the content in galactarate units. All the copolyesters were semicrystalline with T_m between 50 and 150 °C and those made from dodecanediol were able to crystallize from the melt at a crystallization rate depending on composition. Copolyesters containing up to 50% of galactaric units retained the crystal structure of their respective polyterephthalate homopolyesters, whereas they adopted the structure of the respective polygalactarates when the content in Galx units reached 70%. Stress‐strain essays revealed decay in the mechanical parameters as the aromatic units were replaced by Galx. Incubation in aqueous buffer revealed that hydrolysis of the polyesters were largely enhanced by copolymerization and evidenced the capacity of the Galx unit for making aromatic polyesters susceptible to biodegradation. A detailed NMR analysis complemented by SEM observations indicated that hydrolysis took place by preferred splitting of galactarate ester bonds with releasing of alkanediol and Galx‐diacid. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The preparation and adsorption properties of electrospun aramid nanofibers

The focus of this work is the preparation of aramid nanofibers via electrospinning technology and the study of their adsorption properties. In this article, aramid nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning aramid fibers solution with the addition of lithium chloride (LiCl). It showed a good adsorption capacity when methylene blue (MB) was used as the model target. There were much larger adsorption amounts and faster kinetics of uptaking target species of electrospun aramid nanofibers to MB than that of electrospun polyethersulfone (PES) nanofibers. Compared with activated carbon, aramid nanofibers also have a much faster adsorption rate to MB. Aramid nanofibers were subsequently used to effectively remove endocrine disruptors such as bisphenol A (BPA), phenol (Phe), and p‐hydroquinone (BPhe) from their aqueous solutions. Additionally, molecule imprinted technology enhances aramid nanofibers with much higher adsorption amounts and special adsorption property for endocrine disruptors. 基于GCRN的矿岩可爆性分级模型及其应用

为了准确反映岩体可爆性等级,构建了由弹性波阻抗、坚固性系数、平均裂隙距和标准爆破漏斗炸药单耗4个因素组成的评价体系,采用改进的灰色关联分析法对传统的岩体可爆性等级划分标准进行优化。利用灰色关联相对贴近度(GCRN)来反映各可爆性等级之间的差别,确定各可爆性等级对应的灰色关联相对贴近度区间,以此划分新的岩体可爆性等级。采用基于GCRN的矿岩可爆性分级模型对武钢资源集团公司程潮矿业有限公司东、西区矿体的可爆性级别进行评价,评价结果与实际情况基本一致,表明利用灰色关联相对贴近度来划分矿岩可爆性等级的方法是可行的。     

In situ self-assembly synthesis of gold nanoparticle arrays on polystyrene microspheres and their surface plasmon resonance

Gold (Au) nanoparticle arrays with tunable morphology and optical characteristics were synthesized by in-situ self-assembly process that occurred on the surface of aniline-modified polystyrene (PS) microspheres. The method can be used to control the growth of both single and aggregated Au nanoparticle arrays on PS microsphere surface. This method could also be adapted for synthesis of other noble metals hybrid materials, which opens exciting opportunities for their practical applications.     

A validated stability-indicating LC method for simultaneous determination of quinapril and hydrochlorothiazide in pharmaceutical samples

A stability-indicating liquid chromatographic method was developed and validated for simultaneous determination of quinapril and hydrochlorothiazide in drug substances and dosage forms. Chromatographic separation of quinapril, hydrochlorothiazide and its degradation products was achieved on a RP-18 column, using acetonitrile and phosphate buffer (pH 4.6) as mobile phase in a gradient mode and detection at 216 nm. Stress testing was performed under hydrolytic, oxidative, thermal and photolytic conditions. The degradation products were well resolved from main peaks, proving the stability-indicating power of the method. The assay was linear for quinapril and hydrochlorothiazide concentrations of 40–200 µg mL^?1 and 25–125 µg mL^?1, respectively. The developed method was selective, accurate and precise for quinapril and hydrochlorothiazide determination. This method was used to quantify both drugs in combined commercial tablets. The results showed that the proposed method was found to be suitable for quantitative determination and the stability study of quinapril and hydrochlorothiazide in pharmaceutical samples.      

Theoretical prediction of intrinsic self-trapping of electrons and holes in monoclinic HfO2

We predict, by means of ab initio calculations, stable electron and hole polaron states in perfect monoclinic HfO2. Hole polarons are localized on oxygen atoms in the two oxygen sublattices. An electron polaron is localized on hafnium atoms. Small barriers for polaron hopping suggest relatively high mobility of trapped charges. The one-electron energy levels in the gap, optical transition energies and ESR g-tensor components are calculated.
