P物质对大鼠星状神经节细胞的除极化

应用细胞内生物电记录技术,观察神经肽P物质(SP)对大鼠星状神经节细胞的影响.SP在1 μmol～10 μmol或更高的浓度范围内,供试35个细胞, 有28个细胞发生膜除极反应.用低钙(0.25 mm)或用含河豚毒素(TTX,1 μmol)克氏液灌流神经节,不影响SP引起的除极反应的幅度和时程.SP引起除极反应的同时常伴有膜电阻增大.当膜电位增大时,除极化反应幅度变小,反转电位为-80 mV至-100 mV.研究表明,SP对部分星状神经节细胞具有兴奋作用,使通过这些细胞的信息传递增强;SP对细胞膜的除极作用是由于其引起细胞膜钾导降低所致.     

含间位聚醚酮醚酮酮的合成与结晶

广西玉林地区青少年纵向体质发育指标分析

用随机分层抽样方法,对７岁－１６岁广西玉林地区博白,陆川两县１１３５名中,小学生质发育２３项指标测量调查,选身高,躯干长,上肢长,下肢长进行男女学生对比,结果男女生的发育趋势一致,但突增期不同,（男１０岁～１１岁,女１２岁～１３岁）对上肢长／身高指数分型,发现男女生的上胀长／身高指数均集中在短型（分别为９８．０％,９８．２％）对下肢长／身高指数分型,发现男女生的下肢长／身高指数多在长型（男５８．５     

Extrapolation Combined with Multigrid Method for Solving Finite Element Equations

An algorithm combining the MG method with two types of extrapolation is given for solving finite element equations with any initial triangulation. A high order approximation to the solution of PDEs can be obtained at the cost of order O(N) of computational work.

基于LabVIEW的频谱分析仪的设计

摘 要：基于LabVIEW在测控领域的广泛使用,应用数据采集卡采集模拟信号,设计了一种频谱分析仪。由数据采集卡收集到得现场信号,经过所设计的频谱分析仪对采集到的数字信号进行分析。在频谱分析仪的设计中,实现了一种新的频率细化方法在LabVIEW环境下的实现,比较好的改善了频谱分析的准确度和灵活性。     

Terfenol-D超磁致伸缩换能器的有限元模拟

本文研究了利用ＡＮＳＹＳ软件分析磁致伸缩换能器,使这一有限元分析软件能够用于Ｔｅｒｆｅｎｏｌ－Ｄ换能器的分析设计。设计了１４ｋＨｚ Ｔｅｒｆｅｎｏｌ－Ｄ纵向换能器,计算结果与实验结果符合很好。     

交流电在Al_2O_3模板中沉积金属机理探讨

以铝阳极氧化形成有序的多孔氧化铝为模板,利用交流电在模板孔洞中沉积金属Ag得到纳米Ag粒子/Al2O3组装体系,透射电镜观察证实在氧化铝模板中有金属纳米Ag粒子存在.分析了交流电能在孔洞中沉积金属的原因是由于Al/Al2O3界面的整流特性,测量了Al/Al2O3界面的I－U关系曲线.     

Study on spline wavelet self‐convolution in filtering and resolving overlapped voltammetric signals simultaneously

The normal distribution function is used as resolving factor and spline wavelet self‐convolution is used to resolve the overlapped peaks containing noise. The resolution of several kinds of overlapped peaks (SNR from 5 to 50) simulated by computer has been discussed in details. It is known that the overlapped peaks with noise can be separated (SNR > 50) directly and the noise is removed at the same time in time domain. Base‐line separation can be achieved. The relative errors of peak area and position are less than 5.0%. The satisfactory results are also obtained in resolving voltammetric overlapped signals by this method.     

Paired-permanent approach for VB theory (II)

Paired-permanent approach for VB theory is extensively developed. Canonical expansion of a paired-permanent is deduced. Furthermore, it is shown that a paired-permanent may be expressed in terms of the products of sub-paired-permanents of any given order and their corresponding minors. Anab initio spin-free valence bond program, called Xiamen, is implemented by using paired-permanent approach. Test calculation shows that Xiamen package is more efficient than some other programs based on the traditional VB algorithm, and it provides a new practical tool for quantum chemistry.
