中国入世对政府的影响及政府应对问题

中国成功入世后，各行各业和各市场主体都面临新的机遇和挑战，以及自我适应和应对的问题。相对而言，政府受到的影响是首要的、最为全面而深远的，政府率先入世既十分必要又相当紧迫。政府要实现真正意义上的入世，关键是要转变公务员队伍观念，提高公务员队伍的整体综合素质，转变政府职能，转变行政方式，实现依法行政。     

泡沫的持液量研究

泡沫的持液量（ｈ，ｍｇ／ｃｍ３）是泡沫的基本特性之一．本文对形成泡沫的起泡剂浓度、增粘剂浓度、气体流量和温度等因素对Ｈ的影响及变化规律作了研究，并对Ｈ与泡沫表观粘度和泡沫半衰期的相互关系作了描述，对泡沫的实际应用具有一定的指导意义．     

昆明奶牛毛发中某些常量及微量元素含量初探

一些常量元素及微量元素对动植物体的健康成长有着明显影响。我们研究了高产奶牛与一般奶牛牛毛中某些常量及微量元素的含量,发现高产奶牛牛毛中许多常量及微量元素的平均含量均高于一般奶牛,而钴、砷、铜、硒、钾、铬及钼在高产奶牛和一般奶牛个体牛毛中的含量较少交错或者不交错。     

Copper-D-penicillamine complex as potential contrast agent for MRI.

In vitro and in vivo proton T1 data are reported that demonstrate that the paramagnetic copper-D-penicillamine complex can be applied as a potential contrast agent to magnetic resonance imaging.     

酵母原生质体形成中的电镜观察

用蜗牛酶处理对数期啤酒酵母和异常汉逊酵母细胞,可以有效地从中分离到原生质体透射电镜观察证明了细胞中周质体的存在,揭示了酵母原生质体的释放机理和蜗牛酶的作用位点。     

Competitive influence of atactic polystyrene and supercritical carbon dioxide on the conformation of syndiotactic polystyrene

The crystallization behavior of miscible syndiotactic polystyrene (sPS) and atactic polystyrene (aPS) blends with different sPS/aPS weight ratios was investigated in supercritical CO₂ by using Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, and wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction. Supercritical CO₂ and aPS exhibited different effects on the conformational change of sPS and competed with each other. Increasing the content of amorphous aPS in the blends made its effect on the conformational change of sPS gradually surpass that of supercritical CO₂. Supercritical CO₂ favored the formation of the helical conformation of sPS in lower temperature range and the all trans planar conformation in higher temperature range, instead of forming the latter one only in higher temperature range in ambient atmosphere. However, increasing aPS content in the blends pushed the range for forming the helical conformation to lower temperature and made the all trans planar conformation dominant in aPS/sPS 25/75 blend after treating in supercritical CO₂ above 60 °C. The all trans planar zigzag conformation was more favorable than the helical conformation after mixing aPS in sPS in supercritical CO₂. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 脉冲等离子体气相合成氮化硼的研究

以Ｂ２Ｏ３粉扩ＮＨ３为原料，用脉冲等离子体反应器合成ＢＮ，所得产品经Ｘ射线衍射，红外光谱分析表明，产品中除含六方氮化硼外，还含有少量立方氮化硼，生产工艺简单。     

步进电机细分技术在经济型数控机床中的应用

本文叙述了步进电机细分原理及微机控制系统，并将其应用于经济型数控铣床的横向进给伺服系统，有效提高了开环数控系统的定位精度。
