APPLICATION OF THE MOMENT METHODS TO ANALYSIS OF X-RAY DIFFRACTION LINE PROFILE FOR PA1010-BMI SYSTEM

Pure X-ray diffraction profiles have been analysed for polyamide 1010 and PA1010--BMI system by means of multipeak fitting resolution of X-ray diffraction.The methods ofvariance and fourth moment have been applied to determine the particle size and strainvalues for theparacrystalline materials.The results indicated that both variance and fourthmoment of X-ray diffraction line profile yielded approximately the same values of theparticle size and the strain.The particle sizes of(100)reflection have been found todecrease with increasing BMI content,whereas the strain values increased.     

纳米核壳式铜-锡双金属粉的制备及性能研究

A kind of novel core-shell Cu-Sn bimetallic nanoparticles has been prepared by a new method (displacement method), in which Sn was made to cover on the surface of Cu nano-core. The preparation method and reaction mechanism have been discussed. This reaction happened under the existence of coordinate agent-(NH₂)₂CS and protective agent PVP. The nanoparticles prepared were with a core-shell structure, granule diameter between 50～100 nm and good dispersing capability. The Cu-Sn nanoparticles proposed has better oxidation-resistant ability than Cu nanoparticles with corresponding granule diameter and can be applied as lubricant additives as well as antibacterial agent. When the additive amount is very low (0.1wt‰～0.5wt‰), it can improve the P_B of the lubricant by 92%～106%, and also enhance its antiwear characteristics and friction-reducing properties. At the concentration of 1 000 ppm, it can reach an antibacterial ratio of 99.99%.     

Synthesis, Characterization and Crystal Structure of （Z）-1-[2-（Triarylstannyl）vinyl]-1-indanols and Their Arylhalostannyl Derivatives

(Z)-1-[2-(Tri-o-tolylstannyl)vinyl]-1-indanol (1) and (Z)-1-[2-(tri-p-tolylstannyl)vinyl]-l-indanol (2) were synthesized by the addition reaction of 1-ethynylindanol with tri-o-tolyltin and tri-p-tolyltin hydride. The aryl groups in compound 1 and 2 were substituted by Br2 or I2 to yield monohalide derivatives (3-6). The compounds 1-6 were characterized by elemental analysis, ^1H NMR and FT-IR spectroscopy. The crystal structures of 1, 2 and 4 have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The Sn atom in 1 and 2 exhibits a tetrahedral geometry distorted towards trigonal bipyramid due to a weak intramolecular interaction between Sn and the hydroxyl O atoms [0.2839(4) nm and 0.2744(5) nm], while the Sn atom in 4 adopts a trigonal bipyramidal geometry with a significant O→Sn(1) interaction [0.2552(5) nm].     

X-射线衍射法测定尼龙1010结晶度

根据X-射线散射强度理论,使用图解多重峰方法对尼龙1010三个结晶峰及非晶峰的衍射强度进行校正,首次导出了尼龙1010结晶度计算公式,所得结果与密度及量热测定结果具有很好可比性。     

热处理过程中聚酯长丝的形态变化

在自制的红外三因素处理机上~[1],用红外加热在定张力下对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)成品长丝进行热处理(二次定型)。用X-光衍射(WAXS)、X-光小角散射(DAXS)、红外光谱(IR)和双折射方法,测定样品的热收缩、结晶度、晶粒尺寸和取向、非晶取向、长周期和链折叠带强度。所得形态参数的变化表明,处理温度在200℃以上时,张力不再阻碍链折叠。不同定张力样品的形态研究表明,存在阻碍链折叠的某个张力转折值。本文条件下,这个张力值为f_(critical)=0.066g/dtex 。张力大于此值,链折叠过程受阻。

瓜环与2,2''''-联吡啶衍生物的相互作用

利用~1H NMR技术、紫外吸收光谱及荧光光谱方法,考察了对六、七以及八元瓜环与多种2,2'-联吡啶衍生物相互作用形成的主客体配合物结构及光学性质.研究结果显示,不同的2,2'-联吡啶衍生物与瓜环作用不仅形成多种不同包结比的稳定包结配合物,且所形成的主客体包结配合物的结构及光谱性质也各不相同;同时用几种方法协同考察起到了互为补充、互为验证的良好效果.     

两流方式下薄板坯连铸连轧生产组织方法及仿真

针对薄板坯连铸连轧两流供料方式下生产组织中出现的新问题,提出两种生产计划组织方式,建立模型进行仿真分析.根据仿真分析结果对薄板坯连铸连轧的生产组织方式选择提出建议.
