A novel small-molecule near-infrared II fluorescence probe for orthotopic osteosarcoma imaging

Osteosarcoma is the most common primary malignant tumor of bone, particularly among children and adolescents. Advances in imaging, surgical techniques, and implants have dramatically reduced the need for amputation in the past three decades.Recently, in vivo fluorescence imaging in the second near-infrared window(NIR-II, 1,000–1,700 nm) shows impressive advantages of deeper tissue penetration and higher spatial resolution, which makes it a promising tool for the early diagnosis and post-operative observation of Osteosarcoma. To the best of our knowledge, this paper is the first time to develop a novel NIR-II fluorescence probe conjugated with an osteosarcoma targeted oligopeptide for molecular tumor imaging in a xenograft orthotopic osteosarcoma mouse model.     

APPLICATION OF THE MOMENT METHODS TO ANALYSIS OF X-RAY DIFFRACTION LINE PROFILE FOR PA1010-BMI SYSTEM

Pure X-ray diffraction profiles have been analysed for polyamide 1010 and PA1010--BMI system by means of multipeak fitting resolution of X-ray diffraction.The methods ofvariance and fourth moment have been applied to determine the particle size and strainvalues for theparacrystalline materials.The results indicated that both variance and fourthmoment of X-ray diffraction line profile yielded approximately the same values of theparticle size and the strain.The particle sizes of(100)reflection have been found todecrease with increasing BMI content,whereas the strain values increased.

纳米核壳式铜-锡双金属粉的制备及性能研究

A kind of novel core-shell Cu-Sn bimetallic nanoparticles has been prepared by a new method (displacement method), in which Sn was made to cover on the surface of Cu nano-core. The preparation method and reaction mechanism have been discussed. This reaction happened under the existence of coordinate agent-(NH₂)₂CS and protective agent PVP. The nanoparticles prepared were with a core-shell structure, granule diameter between 50～100 nm and good dispersing capability. The Cu-Sn nanoparticles proposed has better oxidation-resistant ability than Cu nanoparticles with corresponding granule diameter and can be applied as lubricant additives as well as antibacterial agent. When the additive amount is very low (0.1wt‰～0.5wt‰), it can improve the P_B of the lubricant by 92%～106%, and also enhance its antiwear characteristics and friction-reducing properties. At the concentration of 1 000 ppm, it can reach an antibacterial ratio of 99.99%.     

Synthesis, Characterization and Crystal Structure of （Z）-1-[2-（Triarylstannyl）vinyl]-1-indanols and Their Arylhalostannyl Derivatives

(Z)-1-[2-(Tri-o-tolylstannyl)vinyl]-1-indanol (1) and (Z)-1-[2-(tri-p-tolylstannyl)vinyl]-l-indanol (2) were synthesized by the addition reaction of 1-ethynylindanol with tri-o-tolyltin and tri-p-tolyltin hydride. The aryl groups in compound 1 and 2 were substituted by Br2 or I2 to yield monohalide derivatives (3-6). The compounds 1-6 were characterized by elemental analysis, ^1H NMR and FT-IR spectroscopy. The crystal structures of 1, 2 and 4 have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The Sn atom in 1 and 2 exhibits a tetrahedral geometry distorted towards trigonal bipyramid due to a weak intramolecular interaction between Sn and the hydroxyl O atoms [0.2839(4) nm and 0.2744(5) nm], while the Sn atom in 4 adopts a trigonal bipyramidal geometry with a significant O→Sn(1) interaction [0.2552(5) nm].     

甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基乙酯与丙烯酰β-环糊精共聚水凝胶的合成及其性能研究

用不同的方法合成了两种结构不同的丙烯酰 β 环糊精酯 (β CD 3 A和 β CD 6 A) ,以此为单体与甲基丙烯酸N ,N 二甲氨基乙酯 (DMAEMA)通过氧化还原自由基引发聚合 ,合成出两类含 β 环糊精结构单元的新型水凝胶 .用核磁共振 ,红外光谱及元素分析对两种单体及共聚物的结构和组成进行了表征 .溶胀实验结果表明 ,两类水凝胶均具有较好的pH、温度及离子强度敏感性 ,且因其交联网络结构不同 ,其溶胀性能有所差异     

一种新的滤纸基质固体表面低温荧光(燐光)测定装置

对自行研制的铜制滤纸基质低温荧光（燐光）测定的样品支架，进行了滤纸基质固体表面低温荧光测定的可行性研究。与同类冷冻装置和室温装置比较，本装置用于滤纸基质固体表面低温荧光（燐光）测定具有以下优点；样品的分析周期大大地缩短，由45min缩短为5-6min；装置简单、便宜耐用；操作简便，简化了室温测定时的滤纸干燥程序，应用范围广，方法的重现性好，检样分析结果的相对标准偏差RSD%小于10%，荧光（燐光）分析灵敏度高，检出限低，线性范围宽。     

A phosphate-based epoxy resin for flame retardance: synthesis, characterization, and cure properties

A phosphorus-containing oligomer, bis(3-hydroxyphenyl) phenyl phosphate (BHPP), was synthesized through the reaction of phenyl dichlorophosphate and 1,3-dihydroxybenzene, and characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform IR spectroscopy, and ¹H NMR and ³¹P NMR spectroscopy. Consequently, the phosphate-based epoxy resins with a phosphorus content of 1 and 2 wt % were prepared via the reaction of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A with BHPP and bisphenol-A, and were confirmed with Fourier transform IR spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography. Phenolic melamine, Novolak, and dicyanodiamide were used as curing agents to prepare the thermoset resins with the control and the phosphate-based epoxy resins. Thermal properties and thermal degradation behavior of these thermoset resins were investigated by using differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. The thermoset resins cured with phenolic melamine exhibited higher glass-transition temperatures than the other cured resins owing to the high rigidity of their molecular chain. Thermogravimetric analysis studies demonstrated that the decomposition temperatures of the thermoset resins cured with Novolak were higher than those of the others. A synergistic effect from the combination of the phosphate-based epoxy resin and the nitrogen-containing curing agent can result in a great improvement of the flame retardance for their thermoset resins.     

旋转薄层色谱分离聚合物

报道了旋转薄层色谱分级聚合物，及配合直接扫描密度法测定分子量分布的结果．在旋转薄层硅胶板上用混合溶剂成功地分离并直接收集了聚苯乙烯２１个级分，分子量测定结果与ＧＰＣ法基本一致．初步认为旋转薄层色谱以薄层吸附色谱分离机理为基础，采用连续注入流动相和旋转薄层板离心力相结合的方式，改善并加快了分离效果     

Infrared and Raman spectra, conformational stability, ab initio calculations of structure, and vibrational assignment of 2-hexyne

The infrared spectra (3500–50 cm⁻¹) of the gas and solid and the Raman spectra (3500–50 cm⁻¹) of the liquid and solid have been recorded for 2-hexyne, CH₃–CC–CH₂CH₂CH₃. Variable temperature studies of the infrared spectrum (3500–400 cm⁻¹) of 2-hexyne dissolved in liquid krypton have also been recorded. Utilizing four anti/gauche conformer pairs, the anti(trans) conformer is found to be the lower energy form with an enthalpy difference of 74±8 cm⁻¹ (0.88±0.10 kJ/mol) determined from krypton solutions over the temperature range −105 to −150 °C. At room temperature it is estimated that there is 42% of the anti conformer present. Equilibrium geometries and energies of the two conformers have been determined by ab initio (HF and MP2) and hybrid DFT (B3LYP) methods using a number of basis sets. Only the HF and DFT methods predict the anti conformer as the more stable form as found experimentally. A vibrational assignment is proposed based on the force constants, relative intensities, depolarization ratios from the ab initio and DFT calculations and on rotational band contours obtained using the calculated equilibrium geometries. From calculated energies it is shown that the CH₃ group exhibits almost completely free rotation which is in agreement with the observation of sub-band structure for the degenerate methyl vibrations from which values of the Coriolis coupling constants, ζ, have been determined. The results are compared to similar properties of some corresponding molecules.
