世界长跑技术的演进规律及我国长跑技术努力方向研究

运用文献资料法、专家咨询法、录像观察法等方法，根据长跑技术的演变及发展趋势，结合生物力学原理，探讨世界长跑技术发展规律，找出我国中长跑技术的缺陷，提出发展的方向，为29届奥运会中国该项目再创辉煌献计献策。     

水中N-羟基吖啶衍生物的一步合成

N-Hydroxylacridinedione derivatives were synthesized by three-component reaction of aromatic aldehydes, 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and hydroxylamine hydrochloride using triethylbenzylammonium chloride （TEBA） as the catalysis in water. The reaction has many advantages including good yields, easy to be separated and environmental friendliness.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of N-Hydroxy-9-(3'',4''-methylene-dioxyphenyl)-1,8-dioxo-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10-decahydroacridine in Aqueous Media

The title compound N-hydroxy-9-(3',4'-methylenedioxyphenyl)-1,8-dioxo-1 ,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10-decahydroacridine (C20H19NO5, Mr = 353.36) is of orthorhombic, space group Pna21 with a = 14.6914(16), b = 8.8103(10), c = 12.6648(14) (A), Z = 4, V = 1639.3(3) (A)3, Dc = 1.432 g/cm3,μt(MoKα) = 0.103 mm-1, F(000) = 744, R = 0.0445 and wR = 0.1043 for 2172 observed reflections (I ＞ 2σ(Ⅰ)). X-ray analysis reveals that the pyridine and cyclohexane rings adopt boat and half-chair in the title molecule.     

重庆市江津区空气污染指数变化特征及影响因素分析

以2010~2014年重庆市江津区两个环境空气自动监测站逐日空气污染指数(API)、主要污染因子和空气质量级别为基础,分析了近5年该区空气质量变化特征.结果表明,重庆市江津区城市空气质量总体上以优、良天数为主,主要污染因子为可吸入颗粒物.API从时间变化上看,冬季空气质量最差,春秋季次之,夏季最好.气象因子、地理条件以及人类活动对城区空气质量影响显著.     

基于进化神经网络的RNA二级结构预测方法

本文提出了一种基于进化神经网络预测RNA二级结构的方法.该方法利用进化算法优化了神经网络结构和权值,改善了传统BP人工神经网络容易陷入局部最优等缺陷.实验结果表明该算法能够获得一个最优结构和权值的神经网络,利用该网络去预测不带伪结的RNA二级结构能获得理想的效果,敏感性和相关系数都有所提升,证明了该改进算法的可行性.     

浅析高校机构知识库构建

机构知识库是秉承知识自由理念而设计和创造的一种开放存取的数字化知识产品,对于高校机构知识库来讲,只有在平台打造、内容建设以及相关制度建设等方面做好充足的准备,才能真正发挥其功能,达到促进知识传播和学术交流的目的。     

基于交叉相位调制波长转换的实验研究

对色散位移光纤中交叉相位调制效应(XpM)导致连续波产生频移进行了实验研究,并用光纤光栅滤波实现了波长转换.结果表明基于色散位移光纤中交叉相位调制效应的波长转换具有宽的波长转换范围和快的转换速度,是一种简单、高效和通用的波长转换技术.     

深化“木材学”课程教学改革与实践,以课程带动专业建设

研究了"木材学"课程的教学改革与实践,其教学改革与实践的主要经验为:因"材"施教;加强实验、实践环节,推进独立设课;加强木材识别与鉴定的专业训练;参与科学研究,培养创新能力;建立校外实习基地--红木文化馆;建立木材学网站,丰富扩充资料.最后,总结木材学教学实践与改革的主要成效及其在木材科学与工程专业建设中的的带动作用.     

Spectroscopic studies on binding of 1-phenyl-3-(coumarin-6-yl)sulfonylurea to bovine serum albumin

The interaction of 1-phenyl-3-(coumarin-6-yl)sulfonylurea (SU22) with bovine serum albumin (BSA) has been investigated by fluorescence quenching spectroscopy combined with UV-absorption, circular dichroism (CD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy techniques under simulative physiological conditions for the first time. Fluorescence data and UV-absorption spectra revealed that the quenching mechanism of fluorescence of BSA by SU22 was a static quenching process and the number of binding sites was about 0.8858; the thermodynamic parameters (DeltaG=-29.23 kJ mol(-1), DeltaH=-47.48 kJ mol(-1), and DeltaS=-61.24 J mol(-1)K(-1)) explained that hydrogen bond and Van der Waals interaction were the main binding force stabilizing the complex. The binding average distance between SU22 and BSA was obtained (3.20 nm) on the basis of the F?rster's theory. In addition, The CD spectra and FT-IR spectra have proved that BSA secondary structure changed in the presence of SU22 in aqueous solution.
