The vibrationally resolved mass analyzed threshold ionization (MATI) spectra of jet-cooled 7-azaindole have been recorded by ionizing via four different intermediate levels. The adiabatic ionization energy of this molecule is determined to be 65 462±5 cm−1, which is greater than that of indole by 2871 cm−1. The vibrational spectra of 7-azaindole in the S1 and D0 states have been successfully assigned by comparing the measured frequencies with those of indole as well as the predicted values from the ab initio calculations. Detailed analysis on the MATI spectra shows that the structure of the cation is somewhat different from that of this species in the neutral S1 state.  相似文献

The equation of state (EOS) of Duh and Mier-y-Terán for one Yukawa potential is expanded to two Yukawa potentials to describe the nonidealities of the charged lysozyme and alpha-chymotrypsin solutions. Instead of the classical DLVO theory, the attractive dispersion and double-layer repulsion interactions are represented by two Yukawa potentials, respectively. For the aqueous lysozyme solutions, the only adjustable dispersion energy parameter epsilon/k is regressed and the average deviation is 1.76%. For the aqueous alpha-chymotrypsin solutions, two adjustable parameters (the molecular weight and dispersion energy parameter) are regressed and the average deviation is 7.62%. Some correlation and prediction results are discussed.  相似文献

A novel immune algorithm for resolution and quantitative determination of the components in overlapping chromatograms was proposed by imitating biological immune systems. The algorithm takes an overlapping chromatogram as its input and subtracts the chromatograms of standard samples from the input by iteration of a network. When the residual does not change, the network will converge and chromatographic information of the components in overlapping chromatogram will be obtained. Both simulated and experimental data sets were investigated by the method. Results showed that both resolved results and recoveries of quantitative determination are satisfactory. Comparing with conventional least-square method, the immune algorithm is fast in calculation.  相似文献

采用杂化密度泛函方法(B3LYP)和有效核势基组预测了TixNy (x≤3, y≤2)团簇的结构及稳定性, 并分析了可能存在构型的电子结构. 结果表明Ti2N中体系的自旋多重度由Ti原子决定. Ti3N中随着N的配位数增加, N的负电荷增加, 平均每个Ti向N提供约0.3个电子. 从Ti2N2可能稳定构型分析, 成键数目越多, 能量上越有利, 且Ti—N键的数目的增加, 将削弱N—N间的成键.  相似文献

The vibration spectrum and FAB mass spectrum of (+/-)-1-[3-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-2-hydroxypropyl]-4-[(2,6-dimethylphenyl)aminocarbonylmethyl]piperazine dihydrochloride salt was studied. By comparing with the spectra of free base, different bands of IR were found in the NH+ stretching, the NH+ deformation motion, the CH2 of NCH2 group symmetric stretching, the CH2 of N-CH2 group twisting and the CN stretching. FAB shows the basic peak is M + H. Other m/e peaks are consistent with the structure.  相似文献

Ab initio calculations employing the configuration interaction method including Davidson's corrections for quadruple excitations have been carried out to unravel the dissociation mechanism of acetylene dication in various electronic states and to elucidate ultrafast acetylene-vinylidene isomerization recently observed experimentally. Both in the ground triplet and the lowest singlet electronic states of C2H2(2+) the proton migration barrier is shown to remain high, in the range of 50 kcal/mol. On the other hand, the barrier in the excited 2 3A" and 1 3A' states decreases to about 15 and 34 kcal/mol, respectively, indicating that the ultrafast proton migration is possible in these states, especially, in 2 3A", even at relatively low available vibrational energies. Rice-Ramsperger-Kassel-Marcus calculations of individual reaction-rate constants and product branching ratios indicate that if C2H(2)2+ dissociates from the ground triplet state, the major reaction products should be CCH+(3Sigma-)+H+ followed by CH+(3Pi)+CH+(1Sigma+) and with a minor contribution (approximately 1%) of C2H+(2A1)+C+(2P). In the lowest singlet state, C2H+(2A1)+C+(2P) are the major dissociation products at low available energies when the other channels are closed, whereas at Eint>5 eV, the CCH+(1A')+H+ products have the largest branching ratio, up to 70% and higher, that of CH+(1Sigma+)+CH+(1Sigma+) is in the range of 25%-27%, and the yield of C2H++C+ is only 2%-3%. The calculated product branching ratios at Eint approximately 17 eV are in qualitative agreement with the available experimental data. The appearance thresholds calculated for the CCH++H+, CH++CH+, and C2H++C+ products are 34.25, 35.12, and 34.55 eV. The results of calculations in the presence of strong electric field show that the field can make the vinylidene isomer unstable and the proton elimination spontaneous, but is unlikely to significantly reduce the barrier for the acetylene-vinylidene isomerization and to render the acetylene configuration unstable or metastable with respect to proton migration.  相似文献

Direct two-photon ionization of the matrix has been considered a likely primary ionization mechanism in matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) mass spectrometry. This mechanism requires that the vertical ionization threshold of matrix materials be below twice the laser photon energy. Because dimers and larger aggregates may be numerous in the early stages of the MALDI plume expansion, their ionization thresholds are important as well. We have used two-color two-photon ionization to determine the ionization thresholds of jet cooled clusters of an important matrix, 2,5-dihydroxy benzoic acid (DHB), and mixed clusters with the thermal decomposition product of DHB, hydroquinone. The thresholds of the clusters were reduced by only a few tenths of an eV compared to the monomers, to an apparent limit of 7.82 eV for pure DHB clusters. None of the investigated clusters can be directly ionized by two nitrogen laser photons (7.36 eV), and the ionization efficiency at the thresholds is low.  相似文献

Lanthanum complex supported by the heterocyclic Schiff-base ligand of N-(2-pyridyl)-3,5-di-tert-butyl-salicylaldimine was prepared and employed for the ring-opening polymerization(ROP)ofε-caprolactone(ε-CL).The polymers obtained with this initiator showed a unimodal molecular weight distribution implied that only one active species was present.Mechanism study revealed that the polymerization proceeds via acyl-oxygen bond cleavage.  相似文献
