A one‐pot synthesis of Hantzsch pyridines was achieved through NH4I‐promoted condensation of 1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds with DMSO and NH4OAc, in which the C4 of the pyridine rings was derived from DMSO and the nitrogen atom resulted from NH4OAc and NH4I. The imaging system based on a fish-eye lens generally has to correct the distortion of fish-eye images. The distortion correction based on the Bayer image signal is valuable, such as reducing the computation burden of image signal processing chips and providing a new imaging system structure of fish-eye lens. In this paper, a distortion correction method of fish-eye lens based on the Bayer image signal is proposed. Firstly, a distortion correction method that focuses on vertical straight lines and processing delay is proposed. Secondly, according to the correlation among color channels of the Bayer image, a novel Hermite interpolation method appropriate for Bayer image signal is proposed. Finally, a prototype system of fish-eye-lens-based imaging is established and the real-time field-programmable gate array (FPGA) implementation of the proposed method is demonstrated. The experiment demonstrates that the proposed distortion correction is not only characteristic of real-time processing and the smaller computation amount, but also applicable to embedded hardware. 相似文献
A new terahertz dispersive device designed for single-shot spectral measurements of broadband terahertz pulses is proposed. With two-dimensional quasi-randomly distributed element design, the device exhibits approximately the dispersive property of single-order diffraction in far field. Its far-field diffraction pattern is experimentally verified employing a continuous terahertz source centered at 2.52 THz and a pyroelectric focal-plane-array camera, which is in good agreement with the numerical result. Pentacene thin‐film transistor with high‐κ TaLaO as gate dielectric has been fabricated and shows a carrier mobility of 0.73 cm2/V s, much higher than that based on pure La2O3 (0.43 cm2/V s) due to the smoother surface of the TaLaO film and thus larger pentacene islands grown on it in the initial stage. Moreover, among various times for fluorine‐plasma treatment on the TaLaO gate dielectric, 100 seconds result in the highest carrier mobility of 1.12 cm2/V s due to (1) smoothest oxide surface achieved by fluorine passivation of oxide traps, as measured by AFM and supported by smallest sub‐threshold swing and lowest low‐frequency noise; (2) the largest pentacene grains grown on the smoothest oxide surface, as demonstrated by AFM.
Yb3+ and Er3+ co-doped YAB powders were prepared by sol-gel method. The structure and fluorescence properties were investigated. XRD pattern indicated that the single phase was obtained at 1150°C and the structure belonged to rhombohedral. Under 379 nm excitation, two emissions around 983 nm and 1531 nm were observed and the effect of Yb3+ ion concentration on the emission intensity was discussed. The energy transfer was observed under 930 nm excitation and the energy transfer efficiencies for all samples were calculated. The lifetimes of 2F5/2 level of Yb3+ ion and 4I13/2 level of Er3+ ion were measured and the effect of Yb3+ ion concentration on the lifetime was also discussed. The results indicated that there was an additional mechanism for the decay of 4I13/2 level in powder samples. The Yb3+ and Er3+ co-doped YAB powders should be a potential candidate for ceramic laser materials. 相似文献
Noncoherent underwater acoustic communication channel in adverse conditions is modeled as a phase-random Rayleigh fading channel,and its capacity curve is derived.To approach the channel capacity curve,the concatenated code of the nonbinary LDPC code and the constant weight code is proposed for noncoherent communication which can late be iteratively decoded in the probability domain.Without information of channel amplitude or phase in the receiver,statistic parameters of the respective signal and noise bins were estimated based on the moment estimation method,the posterior probabilities of the constant weight code words were further calculated,and the nonbinary LDPC code was decoded with the nonbinary factor graph algorithm.It is verified by simulations that by utilizing the proposed concatenated code and its processing algorithm,gap to channel capacity curve is reduced by 3 dB when compared to the existing method.Underwater communication experiments were carried out in both deep ocean(vertical communication,5 km)and shallow lake(horizontal communication,near 3 km,delay spread larger than 50 ms),in which the signal frequency band was 6 kHz to10 kHz,and the data transmission rate Was 357 bps.The proposed scheme can work properly in both experiments with a signal-to-noise ratio threshold of 2 dB.The performance of the proposed algorithm Was well verified by the experiments. 相似文献
We show that a one-dimensional grating can generally exhibit time-reversed lasing better than a uniform slab. As the effective refractive index of a grating can be controlled by adjusting the geometric parameters, the time-reversed lasing can be realized for any incident wavelength in it. Moreover, the operating frequency range of coherently perfect absorption for a grating structure is remarkably broad compared with a uniform structure. All these behaviors are demonstrated with GaAs/Air gratings illuminated around 794.8 nm. The properties of the proposed grating imply the potential applications such as detectors, transducers, and broad band absorber. 相似文献
Based on interferometric microscopy, we develop a quantitative interferometric microscopic cytometer with expanded principal component analysis (PCA) phase retrieval method to obtain phase distributions of numerous biological samples with spatial resolution ~1.5 μm. The expanded PCA method realizes high-speed phase imaging from multiple microscopic interferograms captured by CCD camera when the biological samples are scanned in the field of view. This method is a time-domain algorithm which calculates faster than traditional frequency-domain algorithms and overcomes drawbacks induced by fast Fourier transform. The potential of this phase detecting system for studying biological systems is demonstrated with simulations and phase measurement of red blood cells in experiments. 相似文献
We demonstrate the supercontinuum (SC) generation in a four-hole As2S5 chalcogenide microstructured optical fiber (MOF) experimentally. The As2S5 glass has better property of transmission than As2S3 glass in the visible range. The four-hole As2S5 MOF is fabricated by a rod-in-tube method. The SCs generated by different pump wavelengths at 2,000, 2,300 and 2,500 nm in the MOF whose length is from 2.3 to 20 cm are demonstrated. Those pump wavelengths correspond to the chromatic dispersion wavelength in the normal chromatic dispersion region, the anomalous chromatic dispersion region close to zero-dispersion wavelength (ZDW) and the anomalous chromatic dispersion region far from ZDW, respectively. Wider SCs can be obtained when pumped at a wavelength in the anomalous dispersion region close to ZDW. The widest SC range of 4,280 nm (from 1,370 to 5,650 nm) covering two octaves was obtained in a 4.8-cm-long fiber pumped at 2,300 nm. 相似文献
