Lobatamide C: total synthesis,stereochemical assignment,preparation of simplified analogues,and V-ATPase inhibition studies

The total synthesis and stereochemical assignment of the potent antitumor macrolide lobatamide C, as well as synthesis of simplified lobatamide analogues, is reported. Cu(I)-mediated enamide formation methodology has been developed to prepare the highly unsaturated enamide side chain of the natural product and analogues. A key fragment coupling employs base-mediated esterification of a beta-hydroxy acid and a salicylate cyanomethyl ester. Three additional stereoisomers of lobatamide C have been prepared using related synthetic routes. The stereochemistry at C8, C11, and C15 of lobatamide C was assigned by comparison of stereoisomers and X-ray analysis of a crystalline derivative. Synthetic lobatamide C, stereoisomers, and simplified analogues have been evaluated for inhibition of bovine chromaffin granule membrane V-ATPase. The salicylate phenol, enamide NH, and ortho-substitution of the salicylate ester have been shown to be important for V-ATPase inhibitory activity.     

5-氨基-1H-1，2，4-三氮唑-3-硫代-2′-丙酸乙酯类Schiff碱的合成与表征

用氨基三氮唑硫代丙酸乙酯与取代苯甲醛反应，合成了6个新型的5-氨基-1H-1，2，4-三氮唑-3-硫代-2′-丙酸乙酯类Schiff碱，其结构经^1H NMR，IR，MS和元素分析表征。

无保护流体室温燐光法测定吲哚-3-丁酸的研究

在仅以碘化钾为重原子微扰剂、亚硫酸钠为除氧剂及无任何保护性介质存在的水溶液中 ,吲哚_3_丁酸 (IBA)能发射很强的室温光 (RTP) ;详细研究了分析测定条件及有机溶剂对RTP的影响 ;在最大光波长λex/λem =281/447nm处 ,光强度与IBA浓度在2.0×10 -7～1.0×10 -5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,检出限4.3×10-8 mol/L ;方法直接用于强化水样和土壤中IBA的测定 ,回收率96 %～104 % ,相对标准偏差2.37 %～3.97 %。     

聚苯胺复合材料研究进展

综述了聚苯胺/无机物复合材料和聚苯胺/有机高聚物复合材料的合成方法，性能特征，并展望了聚苯胺复合材料的研究，应用前景。     

新型酰腙类荧光探针的合成及其对Al(Ⅲ)的传感性质

合成了两个酰腙类荧光探针1和2,在DMSO-H_2O(7∶3,体积比)体系中,两者分别在478 nm和460 nm处对Al~(3+)具有较好的荧光选择识别作用。Job's法、核磁滴定、质谱分析表明,探针1和2与Al~(3+)的配位比均为1∶2,且对Al~(3+)的检出限分别为9.58×10~(-8) mol/L和6.52×10~(-8) mol/L。同时提出了探针1和2对Al~(3+)的荧光传感机理。实际应用研究表明,探针1和2可用于河水和自来水中一定浓度范围内Al~(3+)的检测。     

Ultrafine molybdenum carbide nanoparticles supported on nitrogen doped carbon nanosheets for hydrogen evolution reaction

Nitrogen doped carbon nanosheets supported molybdenum carbides nanoparticles (Mo_xC/NCS) have been synthesized by tuning the mass ratio of melamine and ammonia molybdate. The Mo₂C/NCS-10 exhibits superior electrocatalytic performance and stability for HER, which was attributed to N-doped carbon nanosheets, small particle size, mesoporous structure, and large electrochemical active surface area.     

THF-FER沸石的系列研究—Ⅱ．模板剂分子THF的位置

用^13C HPDEC MAS NMR与热分析方法表征了在四氢呋喃（THF）-Na2O-SiO2- Al2O3-H2O体系中水热合成的高硅Na-THF-FER沸石、酸交换后的H-THF-FER沸石以及 吸附于Na-FER和H-FER沸石中的THF。结果证明，模板剂分子THF位于Na-THF-FER沸 石骨架的FER笼内，平衡骨架阳离子Na^+主要存在于十元环孔道；而吸附子FER沸石 中的THF仅处于十元环孔道中，合成样品中THF的化学位移与液态THF相比，向低场 移动，谱线明显变宽，表明THF分子与FER笼之间存在很强的相互作用。     

Synthesis of poly(<Emphasis Type="Italic">N</Emphasis>-methylolacrylamide)/polymethylacrylamide hybrids via frontal free-radical polymerization

In this study, poly(N-methylolacrylamide)/polymethylacrylamide (PNMA/PMAA) hybrids were produced successfully by frontal free-radical polymerization at ambient pressure. In a typical run, the appropriate amounts of reactants (N-methylolacrylamide, NMA; methylacrylamide, MAA) and initiator (ammonium persulfate) were dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide at ambient temperature. Frontal polymerization (FP) was initiated by heating the wall of the tube with a soldering iron, and the resultant hot fronts were allowed to self-propagate throughout the reaction vessel. Once initiated, no further energy was required for polymerization to occur. The dependences of the front velocity and front temperature on the initiator concentration, reactant dilution, and NMA/MAA components were thoroughly investigated. The front temperatures were between 69 and 116 °C, depending on the persulfate concentration. We have also investigated the FP of PNMA/PMAA hybrids with N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone as solvent. Results show that FP can be exploited as a means for the preparation of PNMA/PMAA hybrids with the potential advantage of higher throughput compared to the traditional mode.     

1，4二环己基取代六元瓜环与Na(Ⅰ)自组装实体的合成与晶体结构

A novel complex of a new 1,4-dicyclohexyl cucurbituril(DCYQ[6]) with sodium(Ⅰ) ion was synthesized, and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction technique. In this self-assembled entity both the cavity interaction of DCYQ[6] included a nitrate anion and the portal interaction of the dipole carbonyls of DCYQ[6] with sodium cations lead to form self assembled molecular capsules. The crystal structure of the entity shows a packing of the self assembled molecular capsules connected by hydrogen bonds of water molecules. CCDC: 271400.
