THE COMPARISON OF LANZHOU LOESS PROFILE WITH VOSTOK ICE CORE IN ANTARCTICA OVER THE LAST GLACIATION CYCLE

Loess near Lanzhou in the late Pleistocene is very sensitive to climatic fluctuations. The Beiyuan terrace profile in Linxia City, of which the curve of susceptibility tallies with the trend of isotopic curves of Vostok 2083 m ice core in Antarctica, is 35m thick. There are five layers of paleosols under Malan loess(L_1). Upper three layers (S_(1-a),S(1-b)and S_(1-c) correspond to three warm stages in last interglaciation, Interstadial of Last Glacial (C stage in Antarctic ice core)was clearly recorded in the Beiyuan profile, in which three layers of paleosols and two of loess were formed. The lowest section of the profile belongs to penultimate glaciation, in which fossils of cold-drought-resistant mammal and mollusc have been discovered.     

聚醚酮酮（PEKK）／4，4′-二苯氧基二苯砜（DPODPS）多嵌段共聚物的合成与性能

采用溶液缩聚法由酰氯端基聚醚酮酮(PEKK)齐聚物和4，4′-二苯氧基二苯砜(DPODPS)制备了PEKK／DPODPS多嵌段共聚物，用DSC、TGA等方法对共聚物进行了表征和性能测试。结果表明，随着共聚物中DPODPS含量的增加，共聚物的熔融温度逐渐降低，而其玻璃化转变温度则逐渐升高。当DPODPS质量分数在32．63％～40．73％范围内时，所得共聚物的Tg为185～193℃，比纯PEKK的Tg高出20～28℃；其Tm为322～346℃，比纯PEKK的Tm降低35～59℃，这既保持了纯PEKK的耐热性，又改善了熔融加工性能。该组成范围内的共聚物的拉伸强度(σi)为86．6～84．2MPa，拉伸模量(M)为3．1～3．4GPa，断裂伸长率(ε)为18．5％～20．3％。     

一锅法制备全乙酰吡喃溴代糖

将未保护的吡喃糖与醋酸酐在分子碘的催化下制得全乙酰吡喃糖 ,随后不经分离直接与溴化氢的冰醋酸溶液( 4 5 %)反应得到全乙酰吡喃溴代糖 .这种一锅法制备全乙酰吡喃溴代糖操作方便 ,收率高 ,经济实用且对环境友好     

β沸石分子筛固体酸的制备及其在异丁烷和丁烯烷基化反应中的应用

以四乙基溴化铵(TEABr)为模板剂，硅胶为硅源，铝酸钠为铝源，采用水热晶化法合成β沸石．研究了其晶化温度、晶化时间、硅铝比、碱度、水含量等各种因素对晶化过程和产物性质的影响．得出适宜的初始凝胶组成为SiO2和Al2O3的比值在25-60之间，TEABr和SiO2的比值在0．32～0．4之间，OH^-和SiO2的比值在0．2～0．23之间，H2O和SiO2的比值在8．6～18．0之间．通过XRD，ICP，IR，SEM和NH3-TPD方法分别对样品的结构和性质进行了表征．烷基化反应的结果表明，β分子筛具有较为适宜的孔结构和反应活性．     

滇紫草及露蕊滇紫草的氨基酸和元素分析

为分析滇紫草及露蕊滇紫草中的氨基酸和元素含量，将样品用酸处理后，采用氨基酸分析仪及电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪进行了测定。结果表明，两种紫草含有18种氨基酸及14种元素。可见滇紫草及露蕊滇紫草问氨基酸和元素含量没有重大的差异。     

Synthesis of Tetra—Schiff Base Macrocyclic Compound Containing Benzo—12—crown—4

Tetra-Schiff base macrocyclic compound containing benzo-12-crown-4 was synthesized via condensation of 2,6-diformyl-4-methyl-phenol with 4′，5′-diaminobenzo-12-C-4 promoted by proton. The compound was characterized by MS,IR ^1HNMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis.     

PREPARATION OF CUO/γ-Al2O3 CATALYSTS FOR CATALYTIC COMBUSTION VOCS VIA PLASMA

CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by plasma treatment and conventional impregnation methods. The catalytic combustion of two kinds of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), toluene and benzene, were carried out over these CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalysts. The surface properties of these catalysts were characterized by X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The experimental results showed that in catalytic combustion the activity of the CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst prepared via plasma was much higher than that of the CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst prepared by conventional impregnation method. XRD results showed that an enhanced dispersion had been achieved with the plasma treatment. SEM results indicated that the size became much smaller and the surface became more uniform with the plasma treatment.

Preparation of Europium Induced Conformation—specific anti—calmodulin Monoclonal Antibody

Monoclonal antibody technique was employed to detect the conformational difference of CaM induced by metal ions. A trivalent europium ion induced conformation-specific anti-calmodulin monoclonal antibody was successfully prepared with europium-saturated calmodulin as antigen.     

趋磁细菌(MTB)吸附Pd2+的实验研究

以趋磁细菌MTB作为吸附剂,吸附溶液中的Pd2 ,对影响吸附的因素进行了实验研究。结果显示,MTB对溶液中Pd2 的最佳吸附条件为:pH=1~5,菌体浓度在6g/L左右,Pd2 初始浓度为20mg/L~80mg/L,室温条件下吸附30min。吸附过程遵循准一级动力学方程和Langmuir等温吸附模型。
