介绍了作业成本法的特点,从5个方面探讨了作业成本法与传统成本法的差别,指出作业成本法具有一定的先进性。     

Structural-morphological and biological properties of selenium nanoparticles stabilized by bovine serum albumin

Nanostructures formed during the reduction of ionic selenium in the selenite-ascorbate redox system in an aqueous solution of bovine serum albumin (BSA) were studied using static and dynamic light scattering and flow birefringence. It was established that this process results in the formation of stable aggregates of selenium nanoparticles that adsorb BSA molecules. It was found that highly-ordered superhigh-molecular-weight spherical nanostructures with high density and unique morphology are formed. Experiments with a cell culture of promyelocytic leukemia HL-60 showed that BSA adsorbed on selenium nanoparticles can inhibit the growth of tumor cells and deactivate free radicals with an efficiency comparable with that of sodium selenite.

本文首次用模拟位移函数的方法,给出锥形模超塑挤压力学场的解析式以及应变、应变速率和应力的约束方程。由于实验选用的是典型超塑性合金ZnAl₅,所以结果有相当的包络性。即使对于非典型超塑性材料,这种方法亦有普遍意义。     

Analytical investigation into the mechanism of dielectric losses due to interlayer polarization

The theory of dielectric space-charge polarization losses describes well both the model of an inhomogeneous dielectric [1] and the polarization resulting from mosaic blocks of alkali-halide crystals [2]. The Debye frequency dependences ε*(ω) and tan δ(ω) with non-Arrhenius relaxation time are calculated in the first approximation of perturbation theory [3, 4] with the use of a nonlinear system of the Fokker-Planck and Poisson equations for the interlayer polarization with allowance for tunnel transitions of relaxation oscillators. For the Maxwell mechanism of space-charge relaxation, tan δ(ω) also has the Debye form [5]. It should be noted that in studies cited above the electric field was considered uniform, and the nonlinearity of the initial system of equations was not investigated. Study on the Baryon State X Produced in the Process J／ψ→p＋X,X→p＋P

The decay process J/ψ→p X X→p P，where p,p and P are the proton,antiproton and pseudoscalar states,respectively,has been studied in terms of the angular distribution and the generalized moment analysis methods.The result shows that we can identify the spin,but cannot determine the parity of the baryon resonance state X produced in the process J/ψ→p X X→p P.     

The Exact Solutions of Some (2 + 1)-Dimensional Integrable Systems

The equivalence of three (2 1)-dimensional soliton equations is proved, and the quite generalsolutionswitha some arbitrary functions of x, t and y respectively are obtained. By selecting the arbitrary functions, many specialtypes of the localized excitations like the solitoff solitons, multi-dromion solutions, lump, and multi-ring soliton solutionsare obtained.     

光泽精化学发光体系的研究与应用

对光泽精化学发光体系的动力学性质、荧光光谱、化学发光光谱及化学发光机理进行研究和探讨。详细研究了光泽精 - H2 O2 - Co( )流动注射化学发光体系的最佳分析条件。结果表明 ,当光泽精 (L c)为 2 .5×10 - 5mol/L、H2 O2 为 0 .5 mol/L、Na OH为 0 .4 mol/L、CTMAB为 2 .0× 10 - 5mol/L时 ,测定 Co( )的校准曲线线性范围为 0 .0 5— 2 0 0μg/m L ,检出限为 0 .0 1μg/m L。对 10μg/m L Co( )连续测定 7次 ,相对标准偏差为 1.7%。
