电子资源对图书馆的挑战

目前,电子资源在现代图书馆馆藏资源中所占的比例越来越大,日益成为读者研究、学习的重要信息来源。电子资源的应用在提升现代图书馆服务能力和水平的同时,也给图书馆带来了前所未有的挑战。就电子资源对用户信息行为模式、馆藏发展模式、资源定价、资源采购与资源管理等方面的挑战进行了探讨。     

Metabolic profiles of dioscin in rats revealed by ultra‐performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry

Dioscin (DIS), one of the most abundant bioactive steroidal saponins in Dioscorea sp., is used as a complementary medicine to treat coronary disease and angina pectoris in China. Although the pharmacological activities and pharmacokinetics of DIS have been well demonstrated, information regarding the final metabolic fates is very limited. This study investigated the in vivo metabolic profiles of DIS after oral administration by ultra‐performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry method. The structures of the metabolites were identified and tentatively characterized by means of comparing the molecular mass, retention time and fragmentation pattern of the analytes with those of the parent compound. A total of eight metabolites, including seven phase I and one phase II metabolites, were detected and tentatively identified for the first time. Oxidation, deglycosylation and glucuronidation were found to be the major metabolic processes of the compound in rats. In addition, a possible metabolic pathway on the biotransformation of DIS in vivo was proposed. This study provides valuable and new information on the metabolism of DIS, which will be helpful for further understanding its mechanism of action. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

基于Android 的拼接屏智能移动控制系统

为更好满足用户对大屏幕显示内容进行实时控制的需求, 开发了一款新颖的在Android 系统上对拼接屏进行图形化操作控制的智能移动控制系统, 并提出一种基于世界坐标的智能布局算法, 实现了客户端编辑模式下图像的智能布局。客户端与服务器使用socket 编程建立TCP 通信。该系统在多个城市得到广泛应用, 取得了良好的社会效益与经济效益。

结合工作实际,阐述了图书馆财务管理的基本内容及其重要性,探讨了图书馆财务工作的基本规范化管理,强调了加强馆内财务预算管理的问题.     

基于期刊阅读群划分的期刊服务探索——以北京青年政治学院图书馆为例

新媒体时代的到来,使图书馆传统的期刊服务面临着新的挑战。为更好地做好期刊服务,分析了期刊阅读群各自的特点,探讨了基于期刊阅读群划分的期刊服务,包括面向教学科研期刊阅读群的深层次服务、面向学生阶段性阅读群的引导型服务以及面向休闲浅阅读群的灵活性服务。     

高速实时可见光通信技术研究及应用

 介绍了可见光通信技术的发展历史及研究现状。基于带宽拓展技术搭建了1 W荧光型LED做光源、PIN光电二极管做探测器、单路速率610 Mb/s的实时传输演示系统，该系统在传输距离为6.2 m时的误码率为3.48×10^-5。在此基础上搭建了荧光型LED为光源、PIN光电二极管做探测器的、双向100 Mb/s无线光上网演示系统。     

A Photoactivated Cu–CeO2 Catalyst with Cu-[O]-Ce Active Species Designed through MOF Crystal Engineering

Fully utilizing solar energy for catalysis requires the integration of conversion mechanisms and therefore delicate design of catalyst structures and active species. Herein, a MOF crystal engineering method was developed to controllably synthesize a copper–ceria catalyst with well-dispersed photoactive Cu-[O]-Ce species. Using the preferential oxidation of CO as a model reaction, the catalyst showed remarkably efficient and stable photoactivated catalysis, which found practical application in feed gas treatment for fuel cell gas supply. The coexistence of photochemistry and thermochemistry effects contributes to the high efficiency. Our results demonstrate a catalyst design approach with atomic or molecular precision and a combinatorial photoactivation strategy for solar energy conversion.     

高校校园文化景观设计创意和表达

高校校园的文化景观不仅对其师生有潜移默化的教育作用,更会传达给师生归属感和认同感.以上海应用技术学院奉贤校区的"思贤庭"为例,在设计中结合地理位置、学科特色、功能定位、校园文化特色等,从场地原有的精神特性、历史文脉出发,演绎推导出校园文化景观的语境、符号等要素,形成了较有典型意义的校园文化景观表达模式.指出,文化景观创意的表达无需说教,可用"只言片语"的形式含蓄表达,重要的是营造出既符合功能需求又具有灵性的校园户外空间.     

Measured and Predicted Solubility Phase Diagrams of Quaternary Systems LiBr-NaBr-MgBr2-H2O and LiBr-KBr-MgBr2-H2O at 298.15 K

The stable phase equilibria of quaternary systems LiBr-NaBr-MgBr₂-H₂O and LiBr-KBr-MgBr₂-H₂O at 298.15 K were studied by both experimental measurement(isothermal solution saturation method) and theoretical prediction(Pitzer model). The solubilities of the saturated solution have been determined experimentally and two stable phase diagrams and relevant water diagrams of the two quaternary systems were obtained. Results show that quaternary system LiBr-NaBr-MgBr₂-H₂O is hydrate II type as NaBr and NaBr·2H₂O coexistence. Its phase diagram consists of only one invariant point, four univariant curves, and five crystallization fields. The quaternary system LiBr-KBr-MgBr₂-H₂O is a complex type as the double salt KBr·MgBr₂·6H₂O formed. In addition to this double salt, the three single salts LiBr·2H₂O, KBr and MgBr₂·6H₂O also crystallize. In this paper, the solubilities of phase equilibria in above quaternary systems were also calculated by the Pitzer's electrolyte solution model. All the needed parameters can be obtained from the literature or be fitted by experimental data. On the Basis of the experimental and calculated results, the phase diagram of the quaternary system was plotted for comparison. It shows that the calculation results are consistent with the experimental ones.

基于当前新时代体育事业发展背景，在上海市构建全球著名体育城市的发展过程中，分析其构建的内涵与动机，解析构建全球著名体育城市的内在逻辑规律，采用SWOT-PEST组合矩阵模型并结合政治、经济、社会、技术背景因素，依次对上海市构建著名体育城市的内部优势、劣势环境与外部机遇、威胁环境进行相应的剖析，以此组合得出模型的优化路径，为上海市构建全球著名体育城市提出战略发展方向上的建议：转化发展理念，健全体育行政管理机制；强化产业结构，升级体育经济规模效益；深化健康意识，完善公共体育服务体系；进化科技运用，扩充体育技术创新领域。
