基于公交乘客可靠度的信号配时优化研究

为优化交叉口车流运行状态,本文引入公交乘客可靠度指标用于评估公交乘客通过交叉口的可靠性,分析了信号周期时长、公交车比例与公交乘客可靠度之间的关系,并研究了非公交优先方向流量对公交乘客可靠度的影响。结果表明：提高公交优先方向的公交乘客可靠度会使信号周期时长增加,并且随着公交优先方向的公交车比例增加,交叉口信号周期长度也随之增长。最后通过与Webster信号配时方案的对比,通过仿真验证了所提出的模型具有一定的效果,可为城市交通提供不同信号配时方法。     

基于乡村振兴战略的大余县云山村传统村落规划策略探讨

传统村落拥有大量历史文化瑰宝,是中国悠久历史和璀璨文明的见证者,理应得到保护和传承.以中国传统村落——大余县云山村为例,根据国家乡村振兴战略20字方针要求和云山村的实际状况,从产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕5个方面提出其规划策略.本研究不仅可以指导大余县云山村的规划建设,同时也可为其他传统村落的规划建设提供参考与借鉴.     

基于投影变换的锂电池喷码字符检测定位

针对锂电池喷码字符检测定位问题,提出一种基于机器视觉的定位方法.该方法首先根据锂电池图像的特点采用梯度特征对喷码字符区域进行初定位,然后通过倾斜校正得到精细定位后的字符区域.在此基础上,将阈值分割后的字符图像与形态学膨胀后的Canny边缘图像进行逻辑与操作,得到待投影字符区域,最后将待投影字符区域进行垂直和水平两次投影得到单个字符的位置信息,完成字符的检测定位.实验结果表明所研究的方法可以较好的实现对单个喷码字符的精确定位,具有一定的应用价值.     

基于三维闪电的凉山州森林火灾高危区雷电活动特征分析

为了分析四川省凉山彝族自治州森林火灾高危区雷电活动特征,利用四川地区三维闪电监测定位系统收集２０１８―动时空分布特征,找出凉山州森林雷击火灾重点防护时节和地区,为进一步研究凉山州森林火灾高危区雷电风险区划和雷击２０２０年的雷电活动数据资料,运用ＡｒｃＧＩＳ软件和数理统计等方法分析四川省凉山州木里藏族自治县和盐源县两地的雷电活火灾预防提供科学依据和技术支持     

近断层地震下梁式桥考虑SSI效应的能力谱法

合理地选取215条典型近断层地震动记录,并根据我国桥梁抗震设计规范的场地标准进行分类后,统计了适用于我国桥梁抗震设计的近断层地震弹塑性加速度和位移反应谱,并拟合了阻尼比对近断层地震弹塑性反应谱的影响关系式,进而得到近断层地震的弹塑性需求谱. 再将其与FEMA440的考虑土-结构相互作用（SSI效应）的方法、Chopra改进能力谱法相结合,完善了近断层地震下适用于我国梁式桥且能考虑 SSI效应的能力谱法 . 最后,将本文方法应用于某梁式桥的抗震性能评估中,结果表明：对于近断层地震下考虑SSI效应的我国梁式桥,FEMA440的计算结果偏于保守,而本文方法的计算结果则较为合理,可以应用于我国梁式桥的抗震性能评估中.     

Research on FBG sensor signal wavelength demodulation based on improved wavelet transform

A new Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) wavelength demodulation scheme is studied in the paper, which consists of an improved de-noising method and Gaussian fitting peak searching algorithm. The improved translational invariant wavelet without threshold adjust factor is proposed to get a better de-noising performance for FBG sensor signal and overcome the drawbacks of soft or hard threshold wavelets. In order to get a high wavelength demodulation precision of FBG sensor signal, this de-noising method is designed to combine with Gaussian fitting peak searching algorithm. The simulation results show that the wavelength maximum measurement error is lower than 1 pm, and can get a much higher accuracy.     

Structure and function of annexin V-decorsin fusion

Decorsin is an antagonist of fibrinogen receptor on platelets and Annexin V is able to recognize stimulated platelets. Two recombinant proteins, Annexin V plus Decorsin (AnnV-D39) and Annexin V plus the C terminal 27 amino acids variant of Decorsin (AnnV-D27), were constructed, expressed, and purified. Platelet Aggregation assay results appear that AnnV-D39 shows good anti-platelet aggregation activity, but AnnV-D27 no such activities in any platelet aggregation assay test. And computational simulations reveal that AnnV-D39 showed good anti-platelet aggregation activity as a new antagonist of fibrinogen receptor, while Annv-D27 needs re-modification. Despite the AnnV_D39 fusion is more than decorsin, the former maintains the binding sites of decorsin interacton with its receptor, which contains Asp10, Arg28-Asp33, and Tyr37-Glu39. And the addition of Annexin V could not influence the interaction between its decorsin part with its receptor GPIIb–IIIa due to the linkage peptide (GGGGSGGGGS). Although the AnnV_D27 fusion is similar to the AnnV_D39 fusion, there are differences between them, where the former is in shortage of the linkage peptide and the N-terminal segment of decorsin whose one residue (Asp10) contribution to its interaction with GPIIb–IIIa. Meanwhile, these complex models suggest that decorsin plays a role in antiplatelet aggregation not only by its RGD motif interaction with its GPIIb–IIIa receptor, but also by other residues, especially Asp10 of its N-terminal segment and Tyr37-Glu39 of its C-terminal segment. On the other hand, the linkage peptide acts as avoidance of influence and blockage between domains of fusion. This is the cause that AnnV-D39 shows good anti-platelet aggregation activity.     

能级间同时存在衰变和跃迁时的消相干特性

二能级原子在量子信息中可视为量子位.本文基于约化密度矩阵理论,利用量子纯态和混合态分析方法,针对二能级原子能级间同时存在衰变和跃迁的情况,研究原子消相干特性.     

过硫酸胺与N－［（3－二甲氨基）丙基］丙烯酰胺氧化还原引发体系的研究

N-[(3-DimetLylamino)-propyll acrylamide(DMAPAA) and N-[(3dimetliylamino)-propyl] methacrylamide(DMAPMA) were synthesized by the reaction of 3-dimethylamino-propylamine with acryloyl and methacryloyl chloride respectively at 0-5℃ temperature. The kinetics of the aqueous solution polylmerization of acrylamide(AAm) by using ammonium persulfate(APS) combined with DMAPAA or DMAPMA was investigated. The rate equations were given as:respectively. The overall activation energies of the polymerization were determined as low as 35.0kJ/mol and 41.0kJ/mol respectively. Based on the end-group analysis results, the reaction mechanism of DMAPAA or DMAPMA with APS was proposed to be similar to the initiation reation of persulfate/tertiary aliphatic amine redox system,and the resulting aminomethyl radicals were responsible for initiation of vinyl polymerization as well as sulfate radical.     

C60分子瞬态全光开关

本文以YAG脉冲激光为控制光,He-Ne连续激光为信号光,在C_(60)甲苯溶液中首次实现瞬态全光开关.由光开关时间推断出C_(60)分子三重态的寿命.
