The LiMn2O4 spinel was prepared by wet method using Li2CO3, Mn(CH3COO)2·4H2O and CO2 as raw ma-terials. The products were measured by TG/DTA, XRD, IR. The results Showed that the sample calcined at 800℃ for 10h was well crystallized monophase product. The contents of Mn(Ⅲ) and Mn(Ⅳ) of LiMn2O4 spinel were determined simultaneously by spectrophotometric analysis with pyrophosphoric acid. 相似文献

The interaction of pinacyanol chloride(PC) with nucleic acids has been investigated by a series of experiments.Extensive hypochromism,appreciable peak shifts,isosbestic points and new peaks of the product of binding to nucleic acids in the spectra were observed.They showed that the interaction between PC and nucleic acids occurred.The results from absorption spectra of DNA,DNA melting,electrophoresis and fluorescence polarization studies have indicated that PC binds to DNA in nonintercalative way.Consistent with the nonintercalation,the studies of fluorescence titration and absorption titration specified that the binding of PC to nucleic acids occurred by an outside stacking binding,in which nucleic acids served for acting templates,The fact that the new absorption peaks of bound PC at ca,485nm are just close to the absorption bands of Haggregate of PC at high concentrations without DNA further supports the outside stacking binding mode,In addition,other evidence indicated that the interaction between PC and nucleic acids is not purely electrostatic. 相似文献

A novel pyridinium salt, 2,4-bis[p-(N,N-dimethylamino)styryll-N-metlayl pyridinium iodide (BMSPI) was synthesized and characterized by TG, ^1H NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis, and the reaction process was studied by using ES-MS. When BMSPI was pumped by a pulsed 1064 nm, 50 ps laser beam, it manifests highly efficient TPA (Two-Photon Absorption) and up-conversion superradiance. The up-conversion efficiency was 6.0% at the pump energy of 4-6 mJ and the lifetime of two-photon fluorescence was measured as 59 ps. 相似文献

The enrichment of phosphopeptides using immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC) and subsequent mass spectrometric analysis is a powerful protocol for detecting phosphopeptides and analyzing their phosphorylation state. However, nonspecific binding peptides, such as acidic, nonphosphorylated peptides, often coelute and make analyses of mass spectra difficult. This study used a partial chemical tagging reaction of a phosphopeptide mixture, enriched by IMAC and contaminated with nonspecific binding peptides, following a modified beta-elimination/Michael addition method, and dynamic mass analysis of the resulting peptide pool. Mercaptoethanol was used as a chemical tag and nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) immobilized on Sepharose beads was used for IMAC enrichment. The time-dependent dynamic mass analysis of the partially tagged reaction mixture detected intact phosphopeptides and their mercaptoethanol-tagged derivatives simultaneously by their mass difference (-20 Da for each phosphorylation site). The number of new peaks appearing with the mass shift gave the number of multiply phosphorylated sites in a phosphopeptide. Therefore, this partial chemical tagging/dynamic mass analysis method can be a powerful tool for rapid and efficient phosphopeptide identification and analysis of the phosphorylation state concurrently using only MS analysis data. 相似文献

A novel solid-contact potentiometric sensor for ascorbic acid based on cobalt phthalocyanine nanoparticles (NanoCoPc) as ionophore was fabricated without any need of auxiliary materials (such as membrane matrix, plasticizer, and other additives). The electrode was prepared by simple drop-coating NanoCoPc colloid on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode. A smooth, bright and blue thin film was strongly attached on the surface of the glassy carbon electrode. The electrode showed high selectivity for ascorbic acid, as compared with many common anions. The influences of the amount of NanoCoPc at the electrode surface and pH on the response characteristics of the electrode were investigated. To overcome the instability of the formal potential of the coated wire electrode, a novel electrochemical pretreatment method was proposed for the potentiometric sensor based on redox mechanism. This resulting sensor demonstrates potentiometric response over a wide linear range of ascorbic acid concentration (5.5 × 10−7 to 5.5 × 10−2 M) with a fast response (<15 s), lower detection limit (ca. 1.0 × 10−7 M), and a long-term stability. Furthermore, microsensors based on different conductors (carbon fiber and Cu wire) were also successfully fabricated for the determination of practical samples. 相似文献

Bromoiodomethane photodissociation in the low-lying excited states has been characterized using unrestricted Hartree-Fock, configuration-interaction-singles, and complete active space self-consistent field calculations with the SDB-aug-cc-pVTZ, aug-cc-pVTZ, and 3-21g** basis sets. According to the results of the vertical excited energies and oscillator strengths of these low-lying excited states, bond selectivity is predicted. Subsequently, the minimum energy paths of the first excited singlet state and the third excited state for the dissociation reactions were calculated using the complete active space self-consistent field method with 3-21g** basis set. Good agreement is found between the calculations and experimental data. The relationships of excitations, the electronic structures at Franck-Condon points, and bond selectivity are discussed. 相似文献
