Eu3+-site occupation in CaTiO3 perovskite material at low temperature

In order to clarify the site occupancy of rare-earth ions in rare-earth doped perovskite materials, the un-doped pure CaTiO₃ and Eu³⁺-doped CaTiO₃ samples with a series of Ca/Ti ratio were synthesized via high-temperature solid-state reaction method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) powder patterns confirm that the crystal structure keeps invariant at various Ca/Ti ratios. Measurement results of unit-cell parameters and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) indicate that Eu³⁺ ions enter into the Ca²⁺ site. The high-resolution photoluminescence spectra of Eu³⁺ ions at 20 K in all samples did not witness a significant change under the excitation at different wavelength, implying that Eu³⁺ ions occupy only one type of site. Considering the small spectral splitting range of ⁵D₀ → ⁷F₂ transition and the large intensity ratio of ⁵D₀ → ⁷F₂/⁵D₀ → ⁷F₁, it can be concluded that Eu³⁺ occupies Ca²⁺ site with larger coordinate numbers rather than Ti⁴⁺ site.

为消除全局干涉,提出了一种基于K-D树及刀具离散的高效刀轴矢量调整算法.算法首先以有限个点离散表示刀具,然后利用K-D树快速查找刀具的可能干涉点,并在此基础上计算调整后的刀轴矢量.为避免过大的刀轴矢量突变,提出一种分角度区域方法优化刀轴矢量.实例验证表明:算法能够高效实现全局干涉避免及刀轴矢量优化.

指出高校家庭经济困难学生的压力问题近年已成为社会关注的焦点。以福建省四所高校为例，通过问卷调查、个别访谈等方式，对高校家庭经济困难学生面临的压力进行研究，并分析压力产生的原因，提出了一些缓解高校家庭经济困难学生压力的对策。

DNA-directed formation of peptide bond: a model study toward DNA-programmed peptide ligation

A model study of DNA-directed peptide ligation has been developed by transferring fluorescent reporting group from small molecule thioester to a DNA strand (template DNA) in the presence of a thiol-functionalized DNA strand (auxiliary DNA), mimicking the Native Chemical Ligation (NCL) reaction. This DNA-directed transfer shows dependence on the sequence complementarity of the two DNA strands, with in situ generated 4-thiolphenylmethyl functionalized oligonucleotide as the auxiliary DNA strand, under mild basic condition (pH=8.5), and with tris(2-carboxyethyl) phosphine hydrochloride (TCEP) as a reducing agent. Reactions with different amino acid α-thioesters resulted in varied transfer efficiencies from glycine to α-substituted amino acids. This study has provided the basic foundation to use DNA-programmed chemistry toward the chemical synthesis or unnatural modification of protein molecules.     

Super‐heptazethrene

The challenging synthesis of a laterally extended heptazethrene molecule, the super‐heptazethrene derivative SHZ‐CF3 , is reported. This molecule was prepared using a strategy involving a multiple selective intramolecular Friedel–Crafts alkylation followed by oxidative dehydrogenation. Compound SHZ‐CF3 exhibits an open‐shell singlet diradical ground state with a much larger diradical character compared with the heptazethrene derivatives. An intermediate dibenzo‐terrylene SHZ‐2H was also obtained during the synthesis. This study provides a new synthetic method to access large‐size quinoidal polycyclic hydrocarbons with unique physical properties.     

基于氟硼二吡咯的水溶性高灵敏汞离子荧光探针

以氟硼二吡咯作为荧光基团、以肼基作为活性基团设计、合成了一种可用于物质的量高灵敏地检测水溶液中汞离子的荧光探针(MS).该探针在水溶液中5 min内基本可以完成对汞离子的检测,随着汞离子浓度的增加,溶液紫外吸收明显红移,荧光强度大大增强.即使体系中汞离子物质的量浓度在0.1μmol/L时,溶液荧光强度也有明显变化,说明该探针具有很高的灵敏度.另外选择性实验表明该探针在相同条件下对其他常见金属离子没有明显响应,说明该探针具有很好的选择性.     

Goniodilactone and gomoheptenolactone,two novel cytotoxic styryllactones from the leaves of Goniothalamus cheliensis

Two novel styryllactones,goniodilactone（1） and gonioheptenolactone（2）,were isolated from the leaves of Goniothalamus cheliensis Hu.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic data as well as X-ray crystallography analysis. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited significant cytotoxicities in a panel of human cancer cells,including DU-145,PC-3,MCF-7,A-549, KB and KBvin,with GI₅₀S in the range of 1.29-4.56μg/mL.     

pH‐ and Thiol‐Responsive BODIPY‐Based Photosensitizers for Targeted Photodynamic Therapy

A diiodo distyryl boron dipyrromethene (BODIPY) core was conjugated to two ferrocenyl quenchers through acid‐labile ketal and/or thiol‐cleavable disulfide linkers, of which the fluorescence and photosensitizing properties were significantly quenched through a photoinduced electron‐transfer process. The two symmetrical analogues that contained either the ketal or disulfide linkers could only be activated by a single stimulus, whereas the unsymmetrical analogue was responsive to dual stimuli. Upon interaction with acid and/or dithiothreitol (DTT), these linkers were cleaved selectively. The separation of the BODIPY core and the ferrocenyl moieties restored the photoactivities of the former in phosphate buffered saline and inside the MCF‐7 breast cancer cells, rendering these compounds as potential activable photosensitizers for targeted photodynamic therapy. The dual activable analogue exhibited the greatest enhancement in intracellular fluorescence intensity in both an acidic environment (pH 5) and the presence of DTT (4 mm ). Its photocytotoxicity against MCF‐7 cells also increased by about twofold upon preincubation with 4 mm of DTT. The activation of this compound was also demonstrated in nude mice bearing a HT29 human colorectal carcinoma. A significant increase in fluorescence intensity in the tumor was observed over 9 h after intratumoral injection.
