教育的目的就是为了全面提高人的素质，为适应素质教育的需要，积极推进专业实验室评估势在必行。本文就我院当前形势，结合专业实验室评估的实际工作，对以专业实验室评估为契机积极推进学生素质教育进行了深入的剖析。     

Improved optical coupling in waveguide photodetectors incorporating a wedge-shaped input facet

A simple method for improving the input coupling in uncleaved waveguide photodetectors is demonstrated. A wedge-shaped recess is incorporated into the input facet to reduce reflection. Over a range of device sizes and wedge shapes, mean quantum efficiency was increased by 16% relative to flat, uncleaved input facets.     

Dynamic modeling of stepwise internal transport barrier formation in DIII-D negative-central-shear discharges

The GLF23 transport model is used to dynamically follow bifurcations in the energy and toroidal momentum confinement in DIII-D discharges with an internal transport barrier. The temperatures and toroidal velocity profiles are evolved while self-consistently computing the effects of E x B shear stabilization during the formation and expansion of internal transport barriers. The barrier is predicted to form in a stepwise fashion through a series of sudden jumps in the core-electron and ion temperatures and toroidal rotation velocity. These results are consistent with experimental observations. In the simulations, the step transitions are a direct result of local E x B driven transport bifurcations.     

孤岛油田馆(1+2)地层划分对比与沉积模式

孤岛油田馆(1 2)砂层组属于河流相沉积，其纵向、横向相变迅速，砂体难以大面积追踪，本利用河流结构单元分析法、标准层与辅助标志层控制下的“旋回-厚度”对比法，很好地解决了馆(1 2)地层的划分对比问题，其中馆(1 2)砂层组内辅助标志层的发现为地层的划分对比提供了重要的保证．根据结构单元分析、砂体的岩性特征、粒度特征、河流砂体的空间展布形态以及河流曲率的计算，对馆(1 2)河流沉积的垂向旋回性及沉积模式进行了研究。对比Miall的16种河流分类方案，孤岛油田馆(1 2)砂层组属于细粒曲流河沉积．     

A Bass–Heller–Swan formula for pseudoisotopies

The Bass–Heller–Swan formula is a basic calculational tool in pseudoisotopy K-theory. We describe the Nil-groups and the Bass–Heller–Swan splitting for the group of the pseudoisotopies of a closed manifold. We use the methods of controlled topology used in the Bass–Heller–Swan splitting in K-theory.     

A genome-wide transgenic RNAi library for conditional gene inactivation in Drosophila

Forward genetic screens in model organisms have provided important insights into numerous aspects of development, physiology and pathology. With the availability of complete genome sequences and the introduction of RNA-mediated gene interference (RNAi), systematic reverse genetic screens are now also possible. Until now, such genome-wide RNAi screens have mostly been restricted to cultured cells and ubiquitous gene inactivation in Caenorhabditis elegans. This powerful approach has not yet been applied in a tissue-specific manner. Here we report the generation and validation of a genome-wide library of Drosophila melanogaster RNAi transgenes, enabling the conditional inactivation of gene function in specific tissues of the intact organism. Our RNAi transgenes consist of short gene fragments cloned as inverted repeats and expressed using the binary GAL4/UAS system. We generated 22,270 transgenic lines, covering 88% of the predicted protein-coding genes in the Drosophila genome. Molecular and phenotypic assays indicate that the majority of these transgenes are functional. Our transgenic RNAi library thus opens up the prospect of systematically analysing gene functions in any tissue and at any stage of the Drosophila lifespan.     

Solitary wave solutions to nonlinear evolution equations in mathematical physics

This paper obtains solitons as well as other solutions to a few nonlinear evolution equations that appear in various areas of mathematical physics. The two analytical integrators that are applied to extract solutions are tan–cot method and functional variable approaches. The soliton solutions can be used in the further study of shallow water waves in (1+1) as well as (2+1) dimensions.     

均匀细圆环和均匀薄圆盘对任意轴线的转动惯量

分别运用一般方法和投影法计算了均匀细圆环和均匀薄圆盘对任意轴线的转动惯量,在验证投影法计算结果正确性的基础上,对计算结果进行了讨论,可以用于对实际问题的分析研究.
