In the present study, an ultra-performance liquid chromatography method with diode array detection (UPLC-DAD) was developed for the analysis and determination of leonurine from motherwort (Leonurus japonicus), a traditional Chinese medicinal plant. This method was validated in terms of specificity, linearity (R(2) = 0.9995, linear range: 0.005 ~ 0.5 mg/mL), precision (< 5.0% RSD), and recovery (103.2%). The extracted amount of leonurine is 0.15 mg/g. 利用相干反斯托克斯拉曼光谱(CARS)探测技术, 研究了激发态Cs2与H2间的电子-振转能级的碰撞转移。用波长为532 nm和中心波长为716 nm的两束激光同时聚焦到样品池中, 扫描CARS谱确认了H2分子的S支(△v =1, △J=2)仅在v=1, J=4,5及v=2, J=3,4能级上有布居, 用n1、n2、n3、n4分别表示(2,4)、(2,3)、(1,4)及(1,5)上的粒子数密度。从CARS线的峰值得到n2/n1、n3/n1、n4/n1分别为6.34±1.27、3.66±0.73和1.45±0.29。转移能配置到振动、转动和平动的比例分别为0.44、0.06和0.50, 能量主要分配在振动和平动上。在T=523 K和PH2=2.5×103 Pa条件下, 通过求解速率方程组和对时间分辨CARS线轮廓的分析, 得到碰撞转移速率系数k1=(6.0±1.2)×10-14 cm-3s-1和k2=(4.0±0.8)×10-13cm-3 s-1。 相似文献

A novel immunosensor using eggshell membrane for determining the human immunoglobulin M (HIgM) in serum was developed. The immunosensor was fabricated by immobilizing goat anti-human IgM antibody on the eggshell membrane with glutaraldehyde. Based on the immunoreactions of goat anti-human IgM (primary antibody), HIgM (target antigen) and the goat anti-human IgM (secondary antibody), the sandwich complex were formed on the eggshell membrane and fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) labeling secondary antibody could be employed to detect the target antigen. Under the optimized conditions, the linear range for determining HIgM is 5-60 ng mL(-1) and the detection limit is 4.3 ng mL(-1), which are comparable with the results obtained by general immunonephelometric method. Meanwhile, this proposed sensor also exhibited remarkable storage stability, permeability and highly biocompatibility. The effects of temperature and pH value on eggshell membrane were investigated. Therefore, the proposed immunosensor, by using eggshell membrane as immobilization platform of antibody, offers an excellent fluorescence response to HIgM. The aim of this paper is to study the effect of low-level laser irradiation (LLLI) on proliferation of myoblasts in culture.
Myoblasts derived from rat skeletal muscle were irradiated by He-Ne laser with different doses. Compared with nonirradiated
control group, the number of myoblasts increased when the cells in normal culture conditions were exposed to the laser of
specific energy density. The amount of cells with proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) positive expression and the 5-bromo-2′-deoxyuridine
(BrdU) incorporation rate after laser irradiation were also higher than that of the control group, suggesting that LLLL at
certain doses can effectively enhance myoblasts growth activity in vitro. This study firstly demonstrated that stimulating
myoblasts to enter into proliferative stage from initial resting state was an important mechanism of regeneration and repair

Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) communications in the presence of motion is investigated using data collected from the Kauai Acomms MURI 2008 (KAM08) experiment, conducted off the western side of Kauai, Hawaii, in June-July 2008. The experiment involved a vertical array moored in 106 m deep shallow water and a source towed at a speed of 3 knots at ranges between 600 m and 6 km. In order to attain reliable communications with only a single receive element, a synthetic aperture approach is applied. After combining multiple transmissions, an error-free reception is achieved with a low-density parity-check code, confirming the feasibility of coherent synthetic aperture communications using OFDM. 相似文献

Cochlear implant (CI) users' speech understanding may be influenced by different speaking styles. In this study, speech recognition was measured in Mandarin-speaking CI and normal-hearing (NH) subjects for sentences produced according to four styles: slow, normal, fast, and whispered. CI subjects were tested using their clinical processors; NH subjects were tested while listening to a four-channel CI simulation. Performance gradually worsened with increasing speaking rate and was much poorer with whispered speech. CI performance was generally similar to NH performance with the four-channel simulation. Results suggest that some speaking styles, especially whispering, may negatively affect Mandarin-speaking CI users' speech understanding. 相似文献
