采用生物统计法优化光合细菌产类胡萝卜素条件的研究

对一株类胡萝卜素含量较高的紫色非硫细菌红杆菌属的7—1菌株采用生物统计学上的正交实验法,分别进行四因子3水平和五因子4水平的正交实验,获得类胡萝卜素产量相对较高的培养条件,以乳酸钠为碳源,谷氨酸钠为氮源,酵母青为生长因子,5mg/L MgSO_4,2mg/L Fe_2(SO_4)_3,1500～2000lx光照度,28—30℃,微好氧培养48h。在此条件下,7—1菌株的类胡萝卜素产量由21.9mg/g_(干菌体)提局到54.7mmg/g_(干菌体)。

一个图G的邻域复形是以G的顶点为顶点,以G的具有公共邻接顶点的顶点子集为单形的抽象复形.本文研究图的邻域复形的性质,复形的嵌入数以及邻域复形与图的关系等,并提出一些可供进一步研究的问题.     

OPTIMAL ERROR ESTIMATE IN L~∞(J;L~2(Ω)) NORM OF FEM FOR A MODEL FOR COMPRESSIBLE MISCIBLE DISPLACEMENT IN POROUS MEDIA

We'll study the FEM for a model for compressible miscible displacement in porous media which includes molecular diffusion and mechanical dispersion in one-dimensional space.A class of vertices-edges-elements interpolation operator ink is introduced.With the help of ink(not elliptic projection),the optimal error estimate in L∞(J;L2(Ω)) norm of FEM is proved.     

Isomeric structures, isomerization and decomposition of silylenoids H2SiMX(MX=KF,KCl LiBr,NaBr and KBr)

The isomeric structures,isomerization and decomposition of silylenoids H2SiMX (MX= KF,KCI,LiBr,NaBr and KBr) have been investigated by 06 initio molecular orbital theory.These silylenoids have four kinds of very similar equilibrium structures.The three-membered ring and p-complex structures should be stable and experimentally detectable.The lifetime of o-complex and tetrahedral structures would be very short and experimentally undetectable.     

"光华寮案"的国际法律思考

“光华寮案事件”的解决,影响到中日关系的顺利发展,还涉及到政府承认、国家和政府财产继承等国际法理论。根据国际法,台湾当局无权以“中华民国”的名义在日本法院提起诉论,日本的各级法院也无权受理台湾提起的诉讼。中华人民共和国享有对光华寮案的所有权和完全排它的继承权。日本应对此事做出妥善处理。     

1.55-μm InGaAs/InGaAlAs MQW vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers with InGaAlAs/InP distributed Bragg reflectors

High-performance InGaAs/InGaAlAs multiple-quantum-well vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) with InGaAlAs/InP distributed Bragg reflectors are proposed for operation at the wavelength of . The lasers have good heat diffusion characteristic, large index contrast in DBRs, and weak temperature sensitivity. They could be fabricated either by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) or by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) growth. The laser light-current characteristics indicate that a suitable reflectivity of the DBR on the light output side in a laser makes its output power increase greatly and its lasing threshold current reduce significantly, and that a small VCSEL could output the power around its maximum for the output mirror at the reflectivity varying in a broader range than a large VCSEL does.     

Practical synthesis of new functionalized tetraphenylenes

The practical synthesis procedure of substituted tetraphenylene derivatives involving the synthesis of a precursor for 4, 7-dunethoxyisobenzofuran and Diets-Alder addition of 4, 7-dimethoxyisobenzofuran generated in situ to 5, 6, 11,12-te-tradehydrodibenzo[a,e]cyclooctene, followed by a low valent titanium mediated deoxygenation to give 1,4, 11, 14-tetra-methoxy-dibenzo[b, n] tetraphenylene, which can be further demethyiated to the corresponding phenolic compound, which was acetylated to afford 1,4,11,14-tetraacetoxy-dibenzo-[ b, n] tetraphenylene.
