CdZnTe核探测器的蒙特卡罗模拟的初步研究

以CdZnTe核探测器的工作原理为依据,探测器内反应的随机性和反应产生的电子空穴对数目的统计规律为物理模型,应用Visual C + + 自行编制了蒙特卡罗模拟软件.模拟了γ射线在CdZnTe探测器中的响应能谱,并将模拟结果与实际器件的测试结果进行了比较讨论.模拟能谱与实际测得的能谱的主峰符合较好.此外,通过分析⁵⁷Co源辐照下探测效率与器件厚度的关系,可以推测探测效率达到最大时所对应CdZnTe探测器的理想厚度     

2‐Cyanoprop‐2‐yl dithiobenzoate mediated reversible addition–fragmentation chain transfer polymerization of acrylonitrile targeting a polymer with a higher molecular weight

The reversible addition–fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization of acrylonitrile (AN) mediated by 2‐cyanoprop‐2‐yl dithiobenzoate was first applied to synthesize polyacrylonitrile (PAN) with a high molecular weight up to 32,800 and a polydispersity index as low as 1.29. The key to success was ascribed to the optimization of the experimental conditions to increase the fragmentation reaction efficiency of the intermediate radical. In accordance with the atom transfer radical polymerization of AN, ethylene carbonate was also a better solvent candidate for providing higher controlled/living RAFT polymerization behaviors than dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide. The various experimental parameters, including the temperature, the molar ratio of dithiobenzoate to the initiator, the molar ratio of the monomer to dithiobenzoate, the monomer concentration, and the addition of the comonomer, were varied to improve the control of the molecular weight and polydispersity index. The molecular weights of PANs were validated by gel permeation chromatography along with a universal calibration procedure and intrinsic viscosity measurements. ¹H NMR analysis confirmed the high chain‐end functionality of the resultant polymers. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 微纳米加工技术在纳米物理与器件研究中的应用

物质在纳米尺度下可能呈现出与体材料不同的物理特件，这正是纳米科技发展的基础之一。要想探索在纳米尺度下材料物埋性质的变化规律及可能的应用领域，离不开相应的技术手段，微纳米加工技术作为当今高技术发展的重要技术领域之一，是实现功能人工纳米结构与器件微纳米化的基础。本文根据几个不同的应用领域，介绍了微纳米加工技术在纳米物理与器件研究领域的应用。

By using the averaging technique, we obtain new oscillation criteria for second order delay differential equation with nonlinear neutral term. These results generalize and improve some known results about neutral delay differential equation of second order.

Fast Optical Switching Using Oriented Cyanine Dye-Doped Nematic Liquid Crystal

A cyanine dye, 2-[7-（1,3-dihydro-1,3,3-trimethyl-2H-indol-2-ylidene）-1,3,5-heptatrienyl]-1,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indolium iodide （NK-125）, is doped in 4-cyano-4＇-pentylbiphenyl （5 CB）, and the mixture is sandwiched between two pieces of rubbed glass plates. The third-order nonlinear optical properties of the oriented NK-125-SCB layers are measured by the resonant femtosecond degenerate four-wave mixing （DFWM） technique at 760 nm. The third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility of one of the present samples is 5.5×10^-8 esu. The slow DFWM response of the NK-125-SCB layers due to a population grating is accelerated by the increasing laser power because of amplified spontaneous emission （ASE）. On the other hand, we do not observe a similar phenomenon for NK-125- polyethylene glycol （PEG-400）. Oriented NK-125 molecules in nematic liquid crystals must have very high ASE efficiency. Hence the population grating in a DFWM signal disappears within about 4 ps. It is expected that NK-125-SCB can be used as a material for very fast all-optical switching.     

N-Widths and Average Widths of Besov Classes in Sobolev Spaces

In this paper, we consider the n-widths and average widths of Besov classes in the usual Sobolev spaces. The weak asymptotic results concerning the Kolmogorov n-widths, the linear n-widths, the Gel＇fand n-widths, in the Sobolev spaces on T^d, and the infinite-dimensional widths and the average widths in the Sobolev spaces on Ra are obtained, respectively.     

在Triton X—100存在下,用2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙胺基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)分光光度测定方钍石中的钍

方钍石是钍来源的重要含钍矿物。目前测定钍的含量的方法较多,虽有用5-Br-PADAP测定钍的方法的报导,但未见有在triton X-100存在下,用5-Br-PADAP直接测定方钍石中钍的含量的报导。Triton X-100的存在,使测定的酸度增加,从而增加干扰元素的干扰比;并且增加了络合物的稳定时间。本文采用5-Br-PADAP作显色剂,在氯乙酸-氯乙酸钠缓冲体系中用triton X-100表面活性剂胶束增溶分光光度测定方钍石(人工样品)中钍的含量,获得较满意的结果。在25毫升中,钍的比耳定律范围在0～20微克,摩尔吸光系数为5.2×10~4升·摩尔~(-1)·厘米~(-1),Sandell灵敏度为0.0045微克钍(IV)/厘米~2。我们对两种含量的方钍石人工样品进行了测试,结果良好,回收率在97.3～101.4％之间,此方法可靠,精密度较高,误差符合微量组分的测定要求,我们对样品测定结果表示满意。
