人体血清中痕量铜的PAN分光光度法的测定研究

研究了用Cu2 -1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)分光光度法测定人体血清中痕量铜的最佳条件。在HCl-KCl溶液介质中,十二烷基苯磺酸钠存在下,其表观摩尔吸光系数为1.42×104 L.mol-1.cm-1,Cu2 含量在0~2μg/mL范围服从比尔定律,检测限为0.5μg/dm3。操作简便、快速,该法可用于人体血清中痕量铜的测定。     

HYDROPHOBICITY OF CONTAMINATED SILICONE RUBBER SURFACES

Silicone rubber (SIR) shows superior performance when used outdoors, but its surface can be transformed frominherently hydrophobic to hydrophilic by the adsorption of contaminants. Al(OH)_3, Al_2O_3, quartz powder and active carbonwere selected as authentic contaminants. Hydrophobicity of the surface was determined using contact angle measurement.The results indicate that the adsorbability of the contaminants can strongly affect the hydrophobicity of contaminated SIRsurface. The increasing rate of contact angle of specimens contaminated by Al(OH)_3 was much faster than that by Al_2O_3 andquartz due to the adsorption of migrated low molecular weight (LMW) polydimethylsiloxanes. Specimens contaminated byactive carbon could achieve sunde hydrophobicity within 15 min because active carbon has high adsorbability. Surfaces ofcontaminated ultrapure SIR, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and glass remain hydrophilic because they contain no mobileLMW components. The addition of oligomeric polydimethylsiloxanes has little effect on the hydrophobicity of contaminantscovered on SIR surface.     

羧甲基壳聚糖/聚乙烯醇/甘油环氧树脂蛇笼型复合螯合膜的制备及对金属离子的吸附性能

以交联甘油环氧树脂交联的聚乙烯醇(PVA)为笼树脂，羧甲基壳聚糖(CCTS)为蛇树脂制备了具有蛇笼结构的复合螯合膜，研究了其对Cu^2 、Ni^2 、Pb^2 、Fe^3 、Zn^2 ，Hg”^2 、Cd^2 等金属离子的吸附性能，研究表明，该树脂对Cu^2 、Ni^2 、Pb^2 有较好的吸附性能，其中PVA是对Cu^2 的吸附的主要贡献者，而CCTS则是在对Ni^2 的吸附中起主要作用。该树脂可以用于含Cu^2 废水的处理。     

聚酰亚胺LB膜热解制备SiC薄膜的XPS研究

用XPS对沉积在硅基片上的聚酰亚胺LB膜以及由它真空热解制备的SiC薄膜进行了研究 ,并对其形成过程进行了跟踪分析 .XPS结果显示聚酰亚胺LB膜结构均匀 ,质量良好 ;真空热解时 ,约在 6 70℃时LB膜中的C与衬底Si反应形成SiC ;Ar离子溅射深度俄歇谱表明所制备的SiC膜中Si和C浓度成梯度分布 ,说明SiC是由Si和C相互扩散反应形成的     

多吡啶钴(Ⅲ)配合物与Zn2+形成的新型“关-开”荧光探针

近十几年来,对小分子过渡金属配合物与大分子DNA键合与识别机理的研究一直是国际上生物无机化学领域十分活跃的研究课题[1￣3],已发展了一系列具有特定功能的配合物,如DNA结构探针和DNA荧光探针等。与其他类型的金属配合物相比,八面体过渡金属多吡啶配合物具有丰富的光化学和光物理信息,当这些配合物与DNA相互作用时,由于结构匹配或微环境的差异,配合物的光谱特征会出现不同程度的改变,从而达到对DNA的检测。传统的DNA荧光探针有[Ru(bpy)2dppz]2 和[Ru(phen)2dppz]2 (bpy=2,2′-联吡啶,phen=1,10-菲咯啉,dppz=二吡啶[3,2-a∶2′,3′…     

NiO/SnO2-ZrO2催化剂的制备及甲烷燃烧催化性能的研究

利用正交分析，通过溶胶凝胶－超临界干燥及复合浸渍的方法制备了NiO/SnO2-ZrO2催化剂，进行了活性评价，考察了前驱物、NiO、SnO2含量及制备方法对催化剂活性及稳定性的影响，并采用XRD、TEM对催化剂进行了表征分析，结果表明：NiO/SnO2-ZrO2催化剂具有良好的甲烷燃烧催化性能（t100%=640 ℃），其活性、稳定性与制备参数密切相关，其中NiO含量是影响催化剂活性、稳定性的最主要参数，它对催化剂稳定性和活性的影响规律正相反； SnO2组分的添加使ZrO2单斜相稳定，对催化剂起到了良好的稳定化作用，发现当SnO2含量在6 mol％左右时，催化剂具有较好的稳定性；对于制备方法，在凝胶前加入活性组分有利于催化剂的高活性，而在凝胶后加入活性组分，则有利于催化剂保持较好的稳定性；活性组分前驱物对催化剂性能影响不大，采用Ni(NO3)2作为前驱物较为合适。

Molten-salt Synthesis and Properties of ZnS with Hexagonal Prism Morphology

ZnS with hexagonal prism morphology has been synthesized successfully by molten-salt method with ZnS nanoparticles as precursors, and the ZnS nanoparticles were prepared by one-step solid-state reaction of Zn（CH3COO）2·2H2O with Na2S·9H2O at ambient temperature. Crystal structure and morphology of the product were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and HRTEM. Ultraviolet-visible optical absorption spectrum of the ZnS hexagonal prism shows a distinct red shift from that of bulk ZnS crystals and photoluminescence spectrum exhibits strong emissions at 380 and 500 nm, respectively. Further experiments were designed and the formation mechanism of the ZnS hexagonal prism has been also discussed in brief.
