大豆脂肪氧化酶催化油酸氧化反应动力学研究

用（NH4）2SO4三次盐析法从大豆中提取脂肪氧化酶；用测氧仪测定和跟踪脂肪氧化酶催化油酸氧化反应的反应过程。实验表明，脂肪氧化酶催化油酸氧化反应是按Michaelis机理进行。其最佳反应条件是：pH＝9．0；反应温度t＝30℃。反应活化能Ea＝74．95kJ·mol－1；米氏常数KM＝2．97×10－3mol·L－1。本文还测出了多种抑制剂对脂肪氧化酶的抑制效果。在应用方面提出了用抑制剂除去豆腥味的新方法。     

利用有限域上典型群几何学构造笛卡尔认证码（Ⅰ）

利用有限域上辛几何、酉几何与正交几何构造了一类笛卡尔认证码，并且计算了其参数．假设编码规则是按照一种均匀概率分布选择的，那么假冒攻击成功的概率ＰＩ和替换攻击成功的概率ＰＳ也被计算。

海明威是一位在国际文坛上有着显著地位的现代美国作家。他以著名的“冰山”理论开创了一代文风，他的创作风格在当代许多作家的身上都留下了痕迹。《永别了武器》是海明威小说的代表作之一。从《永别了武器》中截选了两小段，尝试运用文学文体学的基本理论，浅析海明威小说的语言风格。     

Function and interaction of maturation-promoting factor and mitogen-activated protein kinase during meiotic maturation and fertilization of oocyte

Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAP kinase) cascade and maturation-promoting factor (MPF) play very important roles during meiotic maturation and fertilization of oocyte. Interaction between MAP kinase and MPF influences meiotic maturation and fertilization of oocyte throughout the animal kingdom, including stimulation of germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD), suppression of DNA replication, control of meiotic chromosome segregation, maintenance of metaphase II arrest, and resumption and completion of second meiosis. This review focuses on the function and interaction of MAP kinase and MPF during meiotic maturation and fertilization of oocyte.     

Analysis of simple sequence repeats markers derived from Phytophthora sojae expressed sequence tags

Five thousand and eight hundred publicly available expressed sequence tags (ESTs) of Phytophthora sojae were electronically searched and 415 simple sequence repeats (SSRs) were identified in 369 ESTs. The average density of SSRs was one SSR per 8.9 kb of EST sequence screened. The most frequent repeats were trinucleotide repeats (50.1%) and the least frequent were tetranucleotide repeats (8.2%). Forty primer pairs were designed and tested on 5 strains of P. sojae. Thirty-three primer pairs had successful PCR amplifications. Of the 33 functional primer pairs, 28 primer pairs produced characteristic SSR bands of the expected size, and 15 primer pairs (45.5%) detected polymorphism among 5 tested strains of P. sojae. Based on the polymorphisms detected with 20 EST-SSR markers, the 5 tested strains of P. sojae were clustered into 3 groups. In this study, the SSR markers of P. sojae were developed for the first time. These markers could be useful for identification, genetic variation study, and molecular mapping of P. sojae and its relative species.     

Rate dependence of temperature fields and energy dissipations in non-static pseudoelasticity

The temperature fields and the energy dissipations of shape memory alloys during the stress-induced martensitic transformations are studied theoretically and experimentally. The effect of the loading rate is analyzed. It was found that the temperature field inside a shape memory alloy sample varies strongly in space and time. The increase rate of the temperature is given by the difference between the rate of the latent heat release and the rate of the heat convection and conduction. The notion and the rate dependence of the energy dissipation are discussed in connection with the stress–strain hysteresis, the entropy production, and the Clausius–Duhem inequality.

Doubly stereocontrolled asymmetric Michael addition of acetylacetone to nitroolefins promoted by an isosteviol-derived bifunctional thiourea

A novel class of chiral bifunctional thioureas bearing a chiral lipophilic beyerane scaffold and a tertiary amino group was designed and prepared. The thioureas were proven to be effective for catalyzing the doubly stereocontrolled asymmetric Michael addition between acetylacetone and nitroolefins. The corresponding adducts were obtained in high yields (up to 95%) and with good to excellent enantioselectivities (up to 97%). In addition, the reaction of tert-butyl acetoacetate and trans-β-nitrostyrene also proceeded smoothly with good enantioselectivity.     

Determination of pseudo‐ginsenoside GQ in human plasma by high performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry

A specific, sensitive and rapid method based on high performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC‐MS/MS) was developed for the determination of pseudo‐ginsenoside GQ in human plasma. Liquid–liquid extraction was used to isolate the analyte from biological matrix followed by injection of the extracts onto a C₈ column with isocratic elution. Detection was carried out on a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer (API‐4000 system) in multiple reaction monitoring mode using negative electrospray ionization. The mobile phase consisted of methanol–10 mm ammonium acetate (90:10, v/v) and the flow rate was 0.3 mL/min. The method was validated over the concentration range of 5.0–5000.0 ng/mL for plasma. Inter‐ and intra‐day precisions (relative standard deviation) were all within 15% and the accuracy (relative error) was ≤9.4%. The lower limit of quantitation was 5.0 ng/mL. The pseudo‐ginsenoside GQ was stable after 8 h at room temperature, 24 h at autosampler and three freeze–thaw cycles (from ?30 to 25 °C). The method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic study of pseudo‐ginsenoside GQ in healthy Chinese volunteers. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
