本文以流体力学、控制理论为基础,对限压式变量泵与调速阀组成的调速系统的工作原理、静动态性能进行了较全面的理论分析,并对系统的设计、调整等问题作了有益的探讨,为容积—节流联合调速系统的推广使用提供理论基础。     

Sound radiation from a water-filled pipe,radiation into light fluid

This paper is concerned with the sound radiation from a water-filled exhaust pipe. The pipe opening and a plate attached to it form a vibrating surface for this radiation. Fluid-structural coupling between the pipe and enclosed fluid is included in the system modeling, but light fluid assumption is used for sound radiation into the space above the vibrating surface. In this paper, a numerical study on the n = 0 mode in the pipe shows that the wave types associated with this mode have different characteristics in two regions of the nondimensional frequency omega. Novel chiral gallium Lewis acid catalysts with semi-crown ligands for aqueous asymmetric Mukaiyama aldol reactions

Asymmetric Mukaiyama aldol reactions in aqueous media (water-ethanol = 9:1) were catalyzed by chiral gallium catalysts with semi-crown ligands to give aldol products with good yields, syn-diastereoselectivities and enantioselectivities.     

Effect of matrix metallo-proteinase-26 (MMP-26) during embryo implantation in the mouse

Matrix metalloproteinase-26 (MMP-26, endometase and matrilysin-2), a novel member of the MMPs family, is detected not only in the placenta and uterus, but is widely expressed in malignant tumors from different sources as well as in diverse tumor cell lines. However, the function of MMP-26 in the reproductive system has never been reported. Expression of MMP-26 in mouse embryos and the function of the MMP-26 antibody during mouse embryo implantation was examined for the first time by injecting the uterine horn, immunohistochemistry,in situ hybridization, co-culture of mouse blastocysts and uterine monolayer epithelial cells, Western blot, RT-PCR, Northern blot and zymography. Our results show that there is strong expression of MMP-26 mRNA and protein in the mouse embryo. Furthermore, the MMP-26 antibody dramatically inhibited mouse embryo implantation and significantly inhibited adhesion and outgrowth of mouse blastocysts onin vitro uterine monolayer epithelial cells. At the same time, the MMP-26 antibody inhibited the expression of integrin αV mRNA and protein in a dose-dependent manner. These data suggest that MMP-26 may play a role in some of the tissue-remodeling events associated with the invasion of the endometrium by trophoblast cells and facilitate successfully embryo implantation.

Implementation of GPR Signals De-Noising Based on DSP

An important issue of ground-penetrating radar （GPR） signals analysis is de-noising thai is the guarantee of acquiring good detecting effect. The paper illustrates a successful application of digital single processor （DSP） based on wavelet shrinkage algorithm. In order to realize real-time GPP, signals analysis, some key issues are discussed such as the realization of fast wavelet transformation, the selection of CPU chip and the optimization of data movement. Experimenial results show that the DSP based application not only basically meets the real-time requirement of GPP, signals analysis, but also assures the quality of the GPR signals analysis.
