石膏保温材料的工艺与性能研究

以建筑石膏为原料，采用松香类复合发泡剂发泡制成石膏保温材料。对石膏保温材料的成型工艺进行了较深入的探讨，并系统研究了各种外加剂对其性能的影响，利用汞压力测孔仪分析了石膏保温材料内部的孔隙率和孔径分布。研究表明，在稳泡剂的辅助上，发泡剂可对石膏浆体起到的引气作用。     

Biological activities of a neutral water-soluble agar polysaccharide prepared by agarase degradation

Depolymerization of agar was performed using agarase, which was extracted from the cell-free medium of a culture of marine bacterial Alterornonas sp. nov. SY 37-12. After ethanol fractionation and lyophilization, the water-soluble agar polysaccharide （WSAP3） was collected. The anti-tumor activity of the product was determined by using Sarcoma 180 tumor in mouse. The tumor inhibition rate of WSAP3 the product was determined by using Sarcoma 180 tumor in mouse. The tumor inhibition rate of WSAP3 reached 48.7% at a dose of 64mg kg^-1 after 15 days treatment. WSAP3 enhanced the aetivities of superoxide dismutase and catalase, which suggests that WSAP3 was effective in promoting the antioxidation ability and eliminating danger from free radicals. The result of flow cytometry showed that the WSAP3 had no activities of cell cycle inhibition or apoptosis-inducing activities. The anti-oxidation of WSAP3 was further confirmed by test in vitro, which might play an important role in anti-tumor activity. The immunological regulation of WSAP3, especially its effect on the phagocytosis ratio and phagocytosis index of rophage was also assayed in test in vivo.     

Dicitrinones E and F,citrinin dimers from the marine derived fungus Penicillium citrinum HDN-152-088

Two new citrinin dimers named dicitrinones E and F (1 and 2), together with one biogenetically related known citrinin monomer (3), were isolated from the marine derived fungus Penicillium citrinum HDN-152-088. All structures including the absolute configurations were elucidated on the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic data, and assisted by ECD calculations. Among them, compounds 1 and 2 belong to the class of citrinin dimers with a rare carbon-bridged C-7/C-7′ linkage. Compound 1 displayed antioxidant activity with IC₅₀ value of 23.73 μM.     

Sequence analysis of alginate-derived oligosaccharides by negative-ion electrospray tandem mass spectrometry

Negative-ion electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (ES-MS/MS) with collision-induced dissociation (CID) is attempted for sequence determination of alginate oligosaccharides, derived from polyanionic alginic acid, polymannuronate, and polyguluronate by partial depolymerization using either alginate lyase or mild acid hydrolysis. Sixteen homo- and hetero-oligomeric fragments were obtained after fractionation by gel-filtration and strong anion exchange high performance liquid chromatography. The product-ion spectra of these alginate oligosaccharides were dominated by intense B-, C-, Y-, and Z-type ions together with (0,2)A- and (2,5)A-ions of lower intensities. Internal mannuronate residues (M) produce weak but specific decarboxylated Z(int)-ions (Z(int) - 44 Da; int: denotes internal), which can be used for distinction of M and a guluronate residue (G) at an internal position. A reducing terminal M or G, although neither gives rise to a specific ion, can be identified by differences in the intensity ratio of fragment ions of the reducing terminal residue [(2,5)A(red)]/[(0,4)A(red)] (red: denotes reducing terminal).
