The photoionization and dissociative photoionization of acetone have been studied at the photon energy range of 8-20 eV. Photoionization efficiency spectra for ions CH3COCH3+, CH3+, C2H3+, C3H3+, C3H5+, CH(2-)CO+, CH3CO+, C3H4O+, and CH3COCH2+ have been measured. In addition, the energetics of the dissociative photoionization has been examined by ab initio Gaussian-3 (G3) calculations. The computational results are useful in establishing the dissociation channels near the ionization thresholds. With the help of G3 results, the dissociation channels for the formation of the fragment ions CH3CO+, CH2CO+, CH3+, C3H3+, and CH3COCH2+ have been established. The G3 results are in fair to excellent agreement with the experimental data. 相似文献

A micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) method has been developed that can evaluate the purity of samples generated in combinatorial chemistry libraries. This method uses an open tube capillary (27 cm x 50 microm) along with a run buffer composed of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin, and sodium tetraborate coupled with UV detection. Neutral compounds and compounds that were insoluble in aqueous buffers could be analyzed under these conditions in approximately 3 min. The concentration of SDS and the concentration of hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin effected the separation. The affect on selectivity resulting from the addition of an organic modifier to the run buffer was examined. The low background absorbency of the run buffer made for easy detection of compounds that absorbed at low UV wavelengths. The quick analysis time made this suitable for analysis of combinatorial chemistry samples. 相似文献

By using hologram quantitative structure-activity relationship (HQSAR) and comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA) methods, the relationships between the structures of 49 gallic acid derivatives and their analgesic activity have been investigated to yield statistically reliable models with considerable predictive power. The best HQSAR model was generated using atoms, bond and connectivity as fragment distinction parameters and fragment size 5-7 from a hologram length of 307 with 3 components. High conventional r2 (r2 = 0.825) and cross-validation r2 (r2(cv) = 0.726) values were obtained. CoMFA analyses varying lattice size and location, grid spacing, probe charges and using, Tripos standard and Indicator force field were performed. The best model was developed with 4 components using sp3-hybridized carbon atom with +1.0 charge as probe, grid spacing (2 A), lattice offset (1.0, 3.0, -2.5). The CoMFA model showed a conventional correlation coefficient r2 of 0.889 and across-validation r2(cv) equals to 0.633. The robustness and predictive ability of the HQSAR and CoMFA models have been validated by means of an external test set. The results indicate that both models possess high statistical quality in the prediction of analgesic potency of novel gallic acid analogs. 相似文献

The Cu-Mo/ZSM-5 catalysts with different Cu/Mo ratios were prepared by wet impregnation method, and their catalytic performance for selective catalytic reduction of NOx was studied. The results showed that Cu-Mo/ZSM-5 is a very effective catalyst for NOx catalytic reduction with ammonia, especially when Cu/Mo molar ratio is about 1.5. It not only exhibited the extremely high catalytic activity, but also showed good stability for 02. The bulk phase structure of Cu-Mo/ZSM-5 catalysts was determined by XRD technique, and the results indicated that there is a maximum dispersion for Cu species when Cu/Mo molar ratio is 1.5, and an interaction between Cu and Mo along with HZSM-5 may be present in Cu-Mo/ZSM-5, which may possibly result in a special structure favorable for the catalytic reduction of NOx over Cu-Mo/ZSM-5 catalyst. 相似文献

A series of aminoalkyl-substituted polyfluorene copolymers with benzothiadiazole (BTDZ) of different content were synthesized by Suzuki coupling reaction, and their quaternized ammonium polyelectrolyte derivatives were obtained through a postpolymerization treatment on the terminal amino groups. Copolymers are soluble in environmentally friendlier solvents, such as alcohols. It was found that the efficient energy transfer occurs by exciton trapping on the narrow band gap BTDZ site under UV illumination. Only 1% of BTDZ content is needed to completely quench a fluorene emission for both the neutral and the quaternized copolymers in the neat film. Absolute PL efficiencies of copolymer films were greatly enhanced as a result of the suppression of excimer formation. Light-emitting devices fabricated from these copolymers show high external quantum efficiencies over 3% and 1% for the neutral precursor and the quaternized copolymers, respectively, with high work function metals such as Al as a cathode. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on an electroluminescent polymer which bears the high EL efficiency, the electron-injection ability from high work function metals, and the solubility in environment-friendly solvents at the same time. These features make them a promising candidate for the next generation of light-emitting copolymers in PLED flat panel display application. 相似文献
