基于ZBLANⅩⅣPr,Yb频率上转换发光的三维立体显示

本文对利用ZBLANⅩⅣPr,Yb频率上转换发光的三维立体显示做了研究,探讨了其中的一些物理问题.在实验中,我们利用Yb³⁺离子敏化的方法提高Pr³⁺的上转换发光效率;通过降低能引起单频上转换发光的激光强度来提高寻址点和非寻址点在显示过程中的对比度.     

周期系数三种群Lotka－Volterra混合模型分析

考虑三种群Ｌｏｔｋａ－Ｖｏｌｔｅｒｒａ周期系数模型，种群间既有捕食关系又有竞争关系，得到唯一存在全局渐近稳定周期解的条件，并举例说明条件的可行性．     

Molecular cloning and expression of interleukin Ibeta (IL-1β) from red seabream (Pagrus major)

The interleukin 1β (IL-1β) cDNA was cloned from the red seabream (Pagrus major) by homology cloning strategy. A cDNA fragment was amplified by PCR using two degenerated primers, which were designed according to the conserved regions of other known IL-1β sequences, and elongated by 3' ends and 5' ends RACE PCR to get the full length coding sequence of red seabream IL-1β (RS IL-1β). The sequence contained 1252 nucleotides that included a 5' untranslated region (UTR) of 84bp, a 3' UTR of 410 bp and an open reading frame (ORF) of 759 nucleotides which could be translated into a putative peptide of 253 amino acids with molecular weight of 28.6 kD and putative isoelectric point pI of 5.29. The deduced peptide contained two potential N-glycosylation sites and an identifiable IL1 family signature, but lacked the signal peptide and the clear ICE cut site, which were common in other nonmammalian IL-1β genes. The RS IL-1β had the highest homology with piscine IL-1β according to phylogenetic tree analysis.     

一类几乎最优循环图{C_p(m,m+1,p/a)}

本文比较了循环图类{c_p(n_1,…,n_p)}和{c-p(n_1…,n_p,p/α)}的直径下界。对于p和α满足一定条件的循环图类{c_p(n_1,n_2,p/α)},本文给出了达到或几乎达到此图类直径下界的一类几乎最优循环图{c_p(m,m+1,p/α)}。     

利用排列熵检测近40年华北地区气温突变的研究

运用一种新的动力学突变检测方法——排列熵(permutation entropy，PE)算法，计算并分析了中国华北地区52个站点1960年—2000年逐日平均气温资料的排列熵演化情况，发现中国华北地区气温在20世纪70年代中期、80年代初均发生了较大突变；进一步用经验模态分解(empirical mode decomposition，EMD)方法对排列熵序列进行逐级平稳化处理，结果发现这一地区的气温突变与准10年这一年代际时间尺度的周期变率密切相关，其原因与太阳黑子活动有着密切联系. 关键词： 华北 突变 排列熵算法 经验模态分解     

An interior trust region algorithm for solving linearly constrained nonlinear optimization

In this paper, an interior point algorithm based on trust region techniques is proposed for solving nonlinear optimization problems with linear equality constraints and nonnegative variables. Unlike those existing interior-point trust region methods, this proposed method does not require that a general quadratic subproblem with a trust region bound be solved at each iteration. Instead, a system of linear equations is solved to get a search direction, and then a linesearch of Armijo type is performed in this direction to obtain a new iteration point. From a computational point of view, this approach may in general reduce a computational effort, and thus improve the computational efficiency. Under suitable conditions, it is proven that any accumulation of the sequence generated by the algorithm satisfies the first-order optimality condition.     

描述光伏效应的新解析模型

 对陆启生等人提出的描述光伏效应的解析模型涉及的边界条件进行了讨论，提出了一个适用性更宽的解析模型。通过对新模型、陆的模型以及另一个解析模型的比较，对前两个模型能够描述光伏型光电探测器在强光辐照时的信号饱和效应的原因进行了解释。     

双轴晶体Nd^3＋：KGd（WO4）2的非偏振吸收光谱研究

报道了用三个方向相互垂直的非偏振吸收光谱测量计算Ｊｕｄｄ－Ｏｆｅｌｔ参数从而算出双轴晶体Ｎｄ３＋ＫＧｄ（ＷＯ４）２的荧光寿命、荧光分支比和发射截面的方法。得到的荧光寿命为１１９μｓ，平均发射截面为２．３×１０－１９ｃｍ２。     

Molecular dynamics study on the structure I helium hydrate

A 368- water molecule structure I gas hydrate, encased by the number of helium (He) molecules ranging from two to twenty-two, are calculated by molecular dynamical simulations. The potential TIP4P (transferable intermolecular potentical with four sites) is used for water interactions and Lennard-Jones for He-He and He-water interactions. He molecules do not affect the water lattice and can stabilize the hydrate when their concentration is small. A trough signature of He encased is found at 80～90 meV in the phonon density of states. He molecules prefer to be more off-center in 51262 cages. Heavier isotope He are energetically favorable to be filled in cages.     

离子束引起的在Al／Cr双层薄膜界面处的原子混合

用600keV的Kr~ 离子轰击Al/Cr双层薄膜样品进行界面原子反应及相互混合的研究。实验样品是在单晶硅上蒸镀约500nm厚的铝膜,相继再蒸上所需厚度的铬膜而制成的。轰击剂量为2.0×10~(15)-2.5×10~(16)Kr~ /cm~2。用2.0MeVa粒子对轰击前后的样品进行了卢瑟福背散射(RBS)分析,发现界面处有明显的原子混合存在;当轰击剂量≥1.0×10~(16)Kr~ /cm~2时,RBS谱出现有明显的坪台,经拟合计算和x射线衍射(XRD)测量证实确有化合物Al_(13)Cr_2存在;还分别得到了原子混合量及混合效率与轰击剂量的关系;最后对界面处的原子混合机制进行了讨论。
