高性价比2MB／S会议电视图象压缩编译码器的研制

本文系作者研制低成本高质量的２ＭＢ／Ｓ会议电视图象压缩编码硬件系统的成果报告。在研制过程中，采用了作者新的电视图象编码方案。该成果：图象质量同ＣＣＩＴＴＨ１２０建议的编码系统相当，但成本比ＣＣＩＴＴＨ１２０建议下降数倍。     

N-烷基-O-烷基-O-(1,2,2,2-四氯乙基)硫代磷酰胺酯的合成研究

合成了9个未见文献报导的四氯乙基硫代磷酰胺酯,并对它们的合成、结构和性质以及杀蚜虫、线虫活性等进行了初步研究。     

Developing a hybrid emulsion polymerization system to synthesize Fe3O4/polystyrene latexes with narrow size distribution and high magnetite content

A hybrid emulsion polymerization was formulated for synthesizing Fe₃O₄/polystyrene composite latex. This system, containing binary droplets that are magnetic (Mag)‐droplets with a diameter of 100–200 nm and styrene (St)‐droplets with a diameter of 3–4 μm, was obtained by mixing Mag‐miniemulsion and St‐macroemulsion. With extremely low surfactants concentration (?critical micelle concentration, CMC), the nucleated loci are selectively controlled in the Mag‐droplets, as the result of smaller droplet size and larger surface ratio. Both water‐soluble potassium persulfate (KPS) and oil‐soluble 2,2′‐azobis(2‐isobutyronitrile) was adopted to initiate the polymerization. In the presence of KPS, magnetic polystyrene latices with particles size of 60–200 nm, narrow size distribution, and high magnetite content (86 wt % measured by TGA) were attained successfully. The synthesized magnetic Fe₃O_4/polystyrene latices assembled into well‐ordered hexagonal structure in the surface of a carbon supported copper grid. The influence of various parameters on various aspects of the as‐synthesized Fe₃O₄/polystyrene was investigated in detail: type of initiator on composite morphology, feed ratio of Mag‐miniemulsion and St‐macroemulsion on magnetite content, and hydrophobic agent or amount of surfactant on size and size distribution. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 狭缝式高速摄影机胶片的计算机判读

根据狭缝摄影机胶片的成象原理,运用数字图象处理技术,对狭缝式高速摄影机胶片判读工作的计算机化进行研究.应用结果表明,该技术先进实用,极大地提高了判读的精度和效率,将是这种胶片判读技术的发展方向.     

利用光反射精确测量亚共析碳钢的含碳量

本文从光学角度出发提出了一种经济实用、精度高的测量亚共析碳钢中碳的含量的新方法。阐述了该方法的测量原理，即以金相试样表面对光的反射程度来判定其含碳量，并给出了有关经验公式及数据处理方法。

Weak-mixing implies sensitive dependence

Let X be a metric space, B the σ-algebra of Borel subsets of X, and μ a probability measure on (X,B). In this note, for a measure-preserving map T (respectively a measure-preserving semi-flow φ) on (X,B,μ), we prove that if suppμ=X, and T (respectively φ) is weak-mixing, then T (respectively φ) has sensitive dependence.     

An approximate proximal-extragradient type method for monotone variational inequalities

Proximal point algorithms (PPA) are attractive methods for monotone variational inequalities. The approximate versions of PPA are more applicable in practice. A modified approximate proximal point algorithm (APPA) presented by Solodov and Svaiter [Math. Programming, Ser. B 88 (2000) 371–389] relaxes the inexactness criterion significantly. This paper presents an extended version of Solodov–Svaiter's APPA. Building the direction from current iterate to the new iterate obtained by Solodov–Svaiter's APPA, the proposed method improves the profit at each iteration by choosing the optimal step length along this direction. In addition, the inexactness restriction is relaxed further. Numerical example indicates the improvement of the proposed method.     

Existence of two solutions of m-point boundary value problem for second order dynamic equations on time scales

In this paper, by means of a new twin fixed-point theorem in a cone, the existence of at least two positive solutions of m-point boundary value problem for second order dynamic equations on time scales is considered.
